This service is so wonderful. Trustworthy and reliable and timely. The women were so quick and made our house sparkling clean - they were also just so pleasant and sweet and happy to help us. We work full time at home now and it was nice to have this team around who were so polite. Also, the owner is so sweet. We had an incident where I think my bottles that container some bleach were leaking. The leak got into one of my bath rugs and a cushion and she offered to pay the whole thing. Of course, I wouldn’t allow that and met her halfway but the fact that she was willing to do that shows they care about the client and take ownership. I highly recommend this cleaning service. These two ladies came to our new home after we had renovated a lot; sanded and stained floors and had our walls sanded and repainted. Lots of foot traffic, dust, and general construction stuff left on the floors so we had a deep clean done.Their attention to detail, kindness, and respect for our belongings/us was unmatched. Our refrigerator was really in need of some serious TLC, I even went as far as ordering a new one. Now I want to cancel my order; the refrigerator looks BRAND NEW! After every room was cleaned they asked us to look around to see if everything was done to our liking. Did I mention they disinfect EVERYTHING!? It definitely made me feel better especially during times like this! The products they use smell amazing. Everyone was so helpful, responsive and friendly. Scheduling was quick and easy!We needed a deep clean to get the house ready to list for sale. The team that came in got right to work and left our house sparkling and spotless. It was a big job - 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, living room, family room and kitchen! So happy with the results!!

She is very communicative and it was very easy to schedule a cleaning of our 2 bedroom apt over WhatsApp. Her team was very nice and did a very through job cleaning our apartment. Her prices are reasonable and we have now scheduled bi-weekly cleaning services. This is the third company I have reached out to for cleaning services in the past few years and Olgas is by far the best!!!

We booked Olga the week of a holiday and while they were 20 minutes late to the cleaning it was well worth the wait. We wanted to have a thorough cleaning before hosting and while we normally keep our house clean, they found and cleaned parts we didn’t know existed. Very thorough and unlike other cleaning services we’ve tried they worked tirelessly from the minute they walked in the door. 2 person cleaning team at $40/hr per person, the quality and their professionalism is worth it. We will be using her team again and would recommend her.

Started using this cleaning service when we moved into our new house. They are very professional and get the job done. We always have the same two people every time. They are very flexible and willing to start in different rooms or can let them know about something specific that needs to be done. They communicate very well with any issues and always willing to accommodate changes to schedule as needed.

I have been using this company for about 2 months now. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleaning, you could say borderline OCD. This company has by far the absolute best ladies working for them. They are detailed and thorough down to the tiniest detail. They are very kind and professional as well. They bring their own equipment and products and remove everything including any garbage bags when they are finished. They are always willing to accommodate any requests and take their time to make sure everything is properly cleaned. My house is left smelling amazing and looking fabulous! Their fees are 100% reasonable and affordable- which is what helped me be able to have them come more often. I highly highly recommend this company!

We found this service online after reading rave reviews and wanted to share another great review! First of all, I really appreciated the teams lightening fast communication and responsiveness. This team did a thorough and thoughtful job, and I really appreciated that they asked at the end for us to review and see if anything else we wanted them to clean, so they could make sure they covered everything we had asked for. Also, we had a snafu where the team didnt initially have a ladder for our apartment with high ceilings - as soon as I texted Oksana, she responded back very quickly, she went out of her way to fix the problem, and arrived with a new ladder for the team to use within the hour, which was extremely appreciated and timely. Overall, I appreciated the scrappiness of the team, willingness to go above and beyond, humility, and great customer service.

Oksana the owner is extremely easy and good to work with. I needed a cleaner on short notice to clean a house after an open house. Oksana had a team out within a matter of hours and did a phenomenal job. She was very responsive, professional, nice to work with, and did a phenomenal job. Not what I expected out of a deep cleaning that cost me $165. The top of the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned which I literally cleared off the night before so it wouldn’t be missed. Inside of the oven wasn’t cleaned. The couch wasn’t vacuumed. The tile walls in the bathroom weren’t cleaned. Just disappointed that I didnt get the cleaning service I was hoping for $165. It wasn’t a deep cleaning.
