Used them. They took my dumpster away and still charged me for it. Buyer beware. use literally anyone else

Theres a on going problem with my schedule pick up also when I call and give the address to complain no one can never find the address although they have been picking up my recycling for year. I. Give them zero stars

For some odd reason we still use this company for our weekly garbage & recycling pick up at work. The dispatch is NOT professional at all, I would use another word but I will be nice. The Account Manager didnt call me back last month, lets see if Damian calls back this time. The nicest person I have spoken to is Brian. Dispatch, customer service does not explain your contract in full detail, you have to find out certain stipulations when I call them to fix their errors. AND how is it that we cant put out as much garbage as we want, IF WE ARE PAYING YOU TO PICK UP OUR GARBAGE! If you have ONE bundle or ONE clear recycle bag written down on your account, you cant put more than that amount out. They will not pick it up. Every week is different why do I have to call to tell you Oh there will be one extra bag this week IGNORANT, this protocol is so stupid. I have been calling at least once a month since last year, I have had to call them the following day after our scheduled pick up. There is always something left behind. Its ridic! They dont care about their accounts/clients or business. Look at the reviews, DISGUSTING. Disgusted with their service, mannerism, professionalism. THEY NEED A WHOLE RE-BRAND, FIRE EVERYONE (EXCEPT BRIAN) AND START OVER WITH MATURE, CONSIDERATE, PROFESSIONALS!

The company collects garbage at 3 am in a residential area and does not care despite my repeated complaints of it waking me and my family up.
