I rented a Junior wet/dry slide combo for my daughters birthday. The kids LOVED it, they only got out of the bounce house to eat and sing happy birthday. Lets Jump was easy to work with and very accommodating, we had to switch the day because of rain and they arranged it to make it happen. The customer service was excellent they were easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions. The men who set up and took down the bounce house were extremely professional. They set it up very quickly and provided the extension cords! I will definitely rent from Lets Jump again!

I rented a large water slide for my sons birthday and the wholeProcess was simple and everyone I worked with was very nice. They were organized and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company and will rent from them again.

Love Lets Jump! These guys showed up on time, were quick to set up and were almost invisible to our guests who arrived early. Our daughter loved the bouncy house and all our guest commented on house clean, sanitized and safe it looked. We will definitely be calling them again next year!

This was my first time with let’s jump and I will def be using them again. This crew is great! They made everything so easy for me, as I am the type of person that needs to be involved in everything. I loved getting the text updates and fast responses from the many questions I had for Harold and his team. Making my partners circus themed 60th surprise birthday party was everything and more. I honestly didn’t worry about a thing and they are by far the best of the best, with such amazing customer service. Can’t wait for this summer to get here, as we will be using them for our annual Fourth of July party.

Rented from Lets Jump this July 4th weekend they were so great and professional. The bouncy house came so clean and sterilized. I have already recommended them to friends.

This review is way overdue, but i owe it to these guys to post. Prompt service and wide selection of bouncy houses. I rented a bouncy house for my youngest sons birthday two years in a row and am planning to make it a third year this month. The delivery guys assemble everything and make it as neat as possible and out of the way of where people will be walking. Theyre also pretty accommodating. I requested a bouncy house and since they didnt have it available they upgraded me to a bigger one at the same price. Thats great customer service in my book. Highly recommend these guys.

I recently planned a birthday party for my Godson and decided to order from Lets Jump based on a friends recommendation and i was not disappointed! I ordered two bouncy houses along with the popcorn and cotton candy machine and the kids loved it! I worked with Harold to book two obstacle courses for an event at the Elementary School I work for. He was wonderful. He was able to quickly answer all the questions I had ( and there were a lot) and gave exceptional customer service. The inflatables were clean and it great condition. It was easy to book the inflatable obstacle courses and a few days prior to the event I got a confirmation email. The two workers who came to set up the courses were so polite and clearly knew what they were doing. This event was enjoyed by all the kids and extremely easy on my end. Extremely professional. They answered the phone right away, answered all my questions and upon delivery they were early. The jumpy house was clean and fit perfectly. Eli set up the cord and taped it down nice and neat, he was fast and so nice. I’m thrilled with the service and I can’t wait for the kids to get here - they’re gonna lose their little minds! I highly recommend them. I wish I could add a photo but I don’t know how :-(

Will definitely hire these guys again for my younger sons 3rd birthday. I recently hired them for my eldest and they were extremely professional. They called about 15 min prior to arrival which was helpful since my wife and I were running around getting ready for our guests and the call gave us enough time to clear up the space in the backyard where the inflatable would be placed. Their driver was courteous and they were in and out in minutes. Would highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to rent a Bounce House from these guys. They are extremely professional and well educated on the product they deliver. The bounce house was very clean as if they deliver brand new Bounce houses every time they go out. They also have a very large selection of Bouncy houses from small to large. They have Carnival games, concession stands etc. Highly Recommended.

Complete No Show for my sons First birthday party. Was confirmed the night before but no answer to any calls or messages the day of. Future clients beware and have a backup plan so you dont have 30 disappointed kids like I did.

I just had my event on Saturday. I am very pleased with everything. The two men who delivered the equipment were also very nice and accommodated to our needs. We rented a bouncy house, table and chairs from them and everything was great. I Would recommend them.Update: I rented from them a second time and I am still amazed on how great they are with accomadating their customers.
