The representative MR. Alain C was rude was judging me and made me feel like a homeless person. He was belligerent and did my taxes wrong had to redo 3 times I didnt feel like the commercial portraits tells you it will be a great experience fast, easy, friendly. I will not be returning because of this employee sorry.

Extremely unprofessional! I Made an appointment with them, got there on time, the lady I spoke to looked through my tax return and gave a quote of a whopping $300???? This includes a certification of a document which in this location they dont provide. I went to another HR block location, certified my document for $69, and another $90 for the tax return. How did she get to $300 exactly?
