They have helped me design new pieces from old, repair old pieces to look like new and so much more. Everyone in the store is a pleasure to work with. Lauren is an absolute genius at jewelry design and deciding on the best way to go with things. She is patient and so very helpful. Best jewelers ever!

Believe it or not almost 2 years ago I took my Rolex and Tag for repair at DAmore. They are closed on Mondays my only day off so it was hard to get there. I sent my friend there to pick up the watches. At the time I was not in a position to pay $1200 to fix the Rolex and I assumed my friend picked it up. Was in no hurry to retrieve it from her as it didnt work. Kind of forgot about it. This morning i got a call from Mike there saying he had my Rolex. If they were not an up and up jeweler they could have sold my watch. Instead he called. Honest jewelers are hard to find. Go and see them! The store is gorgeous and obviously they are nothing but upfront and honest. Thank you Mike!

I had a great experience with this jeweler. I ordered some earrings, which were on backorder. When they finally arrived, they were not a good fit for me. Lauren at DAmore worked with me to find a solution. She was so patient, understanding and gracious. Best customer service!

If I give them 10 stars, I would. Came in for an inquiry about selling a personal jewelry item. Ended up meeting Mike, getting two appraisals. One for my Audemar Piguet and the earrings. Not only is their collection updated and primitive but also starts at a great selling point. I’ll be back when I become on the lookout for high quality jewelry again. Forget diamond district. Definitely recommend checking this place out first without a doubt. Ask for Mike.

Thank you Mr. Michael Duch for making my timepiece buying experience during COVID-19 an easy one. Michael is intelligent and well informed about many different watch brands. Their in-house watchmaker is great because you cant trust anybody these days with high end items.
