I order a cab, everything was good but when he asked me where I was going I told them west New York, then he said I’m sorry there’s no cars available. For real?? How do you call that???

Clean and comfortable cars, picked me up on time to get to my meeting. The driver was nice and he showed some nice places around NJ which i can visit.

I use this taxi company for work 2-3 times a week. The dispatchers are always nice, the cab drivers are always early (5 minutes mostly), but dont charge you for waiting time

Ride from Hell!!!The dispatcher was very nice.The driver was a nightmare.He was supposed to pick us up at terminal 5 JFK; he was there and send us to the wrong floor to meet him: it took 20mn to meet him.Then it was the ride JFK to Fort Lee: usual traffic, unusual driver changing lane all the time at high speed; then we had to stop twice on the side of the road because the car was heating up; then on the Triborough bridge he took the exit for Randal Island to pee; then it was the payment. He ask how much tip I was going to give him to which I answered none; he was upset because he said he did its job. He swiped my card twice and sure enough I had 2 pending transactions to which he argued that none were posted and had been voided. I had to ask the Amex person to talk to him and confirm the 2 transactions. For 2 hours he was calling me and threatening to stop at the house to collect the fare. The next day we had a long conversation and kind of apologized.Never again.
