If youre thinking about using this company DO NOT. Had called and made an appointment two weeks ago. I was told someone would call to confirm on Friday. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Called myself on appt. day. Was told someone would be out between 3:30 and 4. At 4:14 when I called again, they said the appointment time was between 3:30-4:30 which was a lie because that is not what I was told. I was told it would be more like 4:50. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. They could not even bother to pick up the phone to phone us, as if their time is more important or we were unimportant. If commitment and integrity is important, call a company who cares.

I had my screened in porch replaced with a four seasons room. I had several companies to come and give me bids on my project. None of the other companies were as thorough and helpful than ABC Windows and sunrooms. The consultation was so complete. They even went to trouble of explaining the process in depth, including demonstrating how efficient their brand of window was, by using a UV lamp. The difference was amazing. No other company went to that trouble, and they certainly didn’t carry the brand of window that ABC windows and sunrooms did. I am extremely pleased with the end product.
