I found Todds Jewelers by doing a Google Map search for jewelers in my area; I had a beautiful watch I received for Christmas that I needed to have sized, with links removed, to fit. Todds was the first jeweler to pop up on the list and it is fairly close to my home so I decided to swing by and check them out. I am so glad I did!! It was a Saturday afternoon and I figured they would be pretty busy and would probably rush me along after sizing my watch. This was not the case at all. When I came in Todd, the owner, introduced himself and we talked about what I needed. He took the time to make sure my watch fit perfectly - which was a process because he had to remove about 7 links, and it was not a ten minute process. While he worked we talked and I looked at some of the amazing jewelry he has in his shop. We talked about different types of jewelry and he educated me on different period styles and designs and cuts and clarity of diamonds while showing me examples of all of these things, letting me use his jewelers magnifying glass to look at the cuts of diamonds and the intricate designs on pieces of jewelry. He told me about the history of the business, his familys business and the jewelry business as a whole, and about his own work on custom design and vintage jewelry. I have a thing for vintage, Todd does as well, and his shop has many beautiful antique and vintage rings, as well as other jewelry ... I mean absolutely beautiful one of a kind pieces Ive never seen before. Im so happy I found Todd and his business. Hes got a lifelong customer in me now and Im proud to tell my friends and family that he is my jeweler!

I brought my engagement ring to Todd a few years ago when I was looking to have it reset. I had an idea of what I wanted and Todd helped me bring it to life designing a custom ring setting. I loved it so much that I went back a year later to have him create a matching band. He also helped my husband pick out a vintage jade ring for our wedding anniversary last fall and it is one of my most cherished pieces of jewelry. Todd was recommended to me by my soon to be brother-in-law. She had given me a few pictures of rings that she liked for me to draw inspiration from as well. We had a fantastic experience when I was looking to sell some older jewelry and watches. Todd was very pleasant and shared his knowledge while evaluating the value of the rings. As this was the first place to get a quote we decided to check other places and found that he was two times better their quotes. The other ones didn’t even value the diamonds versus the gold content. Our journey started with Todd nearly 20 years ago when he and my husband designed my wedding/engagement ring. It is perfect to this day, and I always get compliments on this one-of-a-kind ring. Recently I inherited my mothers wedding/engagement rings, and I wanted to do something special with them. Todd is AMAZING. My engagement ring was not the most expensive. In fact when my husband and I decided to get engaged, we had very little money. We got a $75 clearance ring from Walmart. It was 1/4ct through the whole ring. the center stone was a huge metal mass with chips of diamond. but it was ours. then we needed to size it. we had no money left. my grandma stepped in and paid for the sizing. she passed away from her 5th battle with cancer before we got engaged and eventually married. my husband always wanted to upgrade my ring, but I didnt want a different ring. it had sentimental value, not just from my husband but my grandma. I searched high and low for someone who could take the center piece out and make it a real diamond, on a still small budget. My experience at Todds Jewelers was nothing short of fantastic!I had my Grandmothers wedding rings, that needed to be sized and the diamonds were loose. I had taken the rings to Jareds and Rogers(where they were bought in 1950) they both told me that the rings were not able to be worked on because they were too old and too fragile, that they werent worth anything and not worth saving. I was devastated!I called Todds in a last hope in trying to find someone who would at least be willing to try and help me. Todd took one look at the rings and reassured me that he would be able to restore them! In less then a week i had them back, they were the right size, prongs rebuilt, and refinished. Best customer service, honest, and knowledgeable! I came in after cleaning some of my jewelry and finding a few broken pieces. I dont trust the gold resale shops, saw the 5 star ratings, and decided to stop in to see if they purchase gold. He walked me through the whole process so I could understand the offer. It was straightforward, and very honest. I felt I could trust Todd right away! He took time to understand if I wanted money or store credit, and if I got store credit what would be the best for me based on my likes and use of jewelry. Jewelry store visits generally make me cringe. Not this time! Todd is practical, down to earth and realistic. I can honestly say, I felt comfortable. 10 years ago I was referred Todd for my wife’s engagement ring. He designed a beautiful ring, I still go to him for all my jewelry needs. I was interested in selling my engagement ring and wedding band after my recent divorce. I knew my ring wasnt going to get a lot but I hoped to get a little something for it since it was just sitting in my jewelry box and i could put the money towards something fun. Do yourself a favor and start at Todd’s. My girlfriend and I have been together for almost a decade, and I wanted to have a very special and unique ring when I proposed. I literally had been looking for 8 months before I found what I wanted at Todd’s. I had visited the majority of jewelry stores in North East Ohio, both big box stores and private jewelers. Most stores seem to sell the same or similar items, this search become very frustrating: same rings, same sales pitches, and same games everywhere. I was at the point of desperately looking at online jewelers when I came across these reviews for Todd, who is local and the highest rated in all of North East Ohio. At first, I wasn’t a fan of making an appointment because I was worried I would hear the same pitches I had heard basically everywhere else, but I couldn’t be happier I did. He put me at ease almost immediately after we started talking, this guy cares about his customers. He wasn’t trying to steer me towards an easy sale like everywhere else, he genuinely wanted to find out what my girlfriend wanted, what I wanted, and how he could deliver. Not only did he take time to gather information from me, he educated me throughout the process from his wealth of jewelry knowledge so I could make the best decision for myself; I walked out of there feeling like I was an expert. The most amazing part of my appointment with Todd was that I had spent 8 months unsuccessfully searching for a single ring I liked, and within 30 minutes of my first appointment with Todd, I had 5 ring options I was thrilled with, each were completely unique and I hadn’t seen anything like them anywhere else. There was no pressure, Todd gave all the time I needed to decide but made himself available to answer any questions if I had them. Once we picked out the ring, the stone, and decided on the customization, Todd walked me through the process of assembling the ring the way I wanted it and gave me a time frame of completion. The price was extremely fair, far better than what I had been quoted for lower caliber jewelry at other stores. When I went for my final appointment to pick up the finished ring, words can’t describe how gorgeous the finished product was, just so much better than I could have imagined. He provided exceptional service from the start -- during our first meeting we had lengthy discussion about the rings design. What impressed me most during this was how patient and detail-oriented Todd was.
