Came along way to shop here today. Trying to get my granddaughter clothes due to their home flooding and they lost alot of stuff. She is 9 and needed to use the bathroom very bad. They had it blocked off. We can shop there but cang use the bathroom. Especially a child. Very upsetting. Will never go back there again.

The service isnt bad at all but the quality of the clothes just isnt as good as the other Goodwill on Paul Huff.

Its a really good store they always seem to have a great selection on dishes.

Goodwill pricing is waaay to high. I understand they help with wheelchairs and etc with the money they bring in, but most items are priced to high for it to be of any benefit for the poor to average person. Jeans with holes are almost $8.00. Shirts that are from Wal-mart new cost more there used. Furniture is ridiculous for the condition it is in. There is no good will in those prices, it is all about a buck. If it wasnt for half price days, Id never go.

UPDATE!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! BED BUGS ARE SO BAD HERE!!! FOR YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR HOUSE DINT SHOP HERE!!! go to rhe other one in Cleveland!!! They are very clean!!! Horrible experience. Went the other day and wanted to buy a furniture item and as Im telling the clerk up front we walk back and they changed the price tag to $60 higher. And everyone was In denial of it. They are a rip off! I was not going to buy anything from them! They are rude! I do not recommend you shop here! If i could give it no stars I would!
