They added autopay to my account without authorization causing an overdraft and refused to reverse the charge. Last I checked that is called THEFT.

I keep reaching out to bill pay with no response on how they will fix there errors! It is really frustrating. Now my online account is gone. Go figure

It is obnoxiously hard to log into their online system. You need to have capital and lowercase letters and numbers and pick from one of their 7 special characters. To reset a password you need 3 security question anwsers.......This isnt the IRS what the heck! Mobile app or logon is not available! Get with the times NEO!

Let me just pile on to the bad reviews. I have tried to reach out to pay a bill and no one has gotten back to me. I am looking forward to them sending me to collections for their ineptitude. They must share staff with the water department. If you want to watch government inefficiency and incompetence in action. Move to The Cleveland area and use the mandatory water services here. It makes you want to dig a well and tell these people to take a hike.

Doing amazing work for the city and local surrounding regions. Have a very aggressive Consent Decree called Project Clean Lake that was established in 1972. This 25-year program will reduce the volume of raw sewage in Lake Erie from 4.5 billion gallons to 494 million gallons annually. Very proud of the work being done here.

NEORSD is the equally ignorant cousin of the Division of Water. We have two properties. I get the bills and find one is extremely low while the other is past due. NEORSD applied both payments to one property. The payments were sent separately, the properties have vastly different addresses, and the account numbers are different. NEORSD still screwed it up!

A few months back, I paid my sewer bill twice accidentally. The next bill I received had a large fee which is not possible because my credit card is attached to my Chkg. Acct. as a back up. My bank Manager gave me a copy of my activity and sure enough, the ewer dept took it twice AND charged me that fee anyway. When I called Customer Service for a manager, they were so rude and said they werent taking the charge off. This is criminal. Someone betterdo something or I will not be paying another sewer bill . I am fighting for my life with a cancerous tumor in my brain and undergoing chemotherapy and can hardly pay my rent. Someone please fix this!

Completely flabbergasted at the idiocy of these people. If u call expect to wait at least 2hours on hold then be disconnected. They cannot answer any of ur question because they simply have no clue. The employees are low educated and poorly trained but have an arragant attitude thinking they are of importance with a city job. The company itself is built on scams. They cheat ppl on their bills. They are rude to customers. They make huge mistakes and cannot correct them. I can go on and on and on. Good job Cleveland.

Terrible phone tree. It is clear they just plugged it in and never tested it. When I first called, I was greeted by a person, who then put me on hold. After a few minutes another person asked what I needed help with. They put me back on hold, where I was greeted with a typical phone tree of Press 1 for Billing etc etc. Then what were those first two people for? There is a system where they will call you back if it is a long hold but I do not have faith in that system. Terrible service when they DO answer.

Who the hell fix on water pipes in the middle of the night stopping family’s from bathing and eating smh I hate Cleveland Mann then they say they will b fixing on it til 2-3 am smh I have to work n kids have school that’s very sad in poor service to the neighborhood
