We recently bought our house and about 2 weeks after moving in our septic system started giving us problems. It was backing up and overflowing in the yard, even to the point of our toilets not flushing. We tried to stay on top of the problem by calling a septic company. After getting the run around and having issues with the first 3 companies we used, I luckily called Pumpco. They have been awesome from the very beginning! They are truly good, honest, hardworking people. They have gone out of their way to make sure we understood what they were doing to actually fix our problem. Just great customer service all around. Would definitely recommend!

They came out in the cold to pump our tanks and unclog the line from the house to the first tank. It was clogged with grease. NO not from us from the previous owner. PumpCo Septic Solutions literally saved the day! My house was stinking like sewer and I couldn’t figure out why so I called them out to pump the septic tank and sure enough they found that my drain pipe had some materials in it. They cleaned out the drain pipe and even made some vent holes for me to help with ventilation and pumped my tank. I have had my tank pumped before and these guys way out did previous jobs, they removed the whole lid and pumped and raked the bottom of the tank to make sure EVERYTHING was pumped out! Now I have a squeaky clean tank and some new enzymes to put in monthly.These guys are super professional and very nice. I will never use a different company ever again. The customer service and friendliness were outstanding. Oh and not to mention they are 24 hours and come out same day. I called at 2:00 In the afternoon and they were here within a couple of hours!! Called Pumpco to pump out my septic and grey water/ grease tank coming from my kitchen sink and dishwasher. My sink wouldnt drain and my wife was really getting tired of washing dishes in a big pan and hauling the water outside. Pumpco pumped the tanks and worked on unclogging the drain line. It was full of grease and was really plugged up. They were very courteous and their prices were reasonable. Thanks to Lester, Meredith, Jake, Lonnie and Marco for all the help.

Weve been dealing with septic issues for quite some time now. We have had 2 different local companies come out who told us they could and would fix our problem. The first company came out totally ripped us off and charged us for work that come to find out, they didnt do. The second company came out and was somewhat helpful but again it did not fix our problem and we found that some of the work they did it actually caused more issues. I was reluctant to call anyone else local because I felt all these local companies were a rip off and dishonest. I decided to look around once more and found Pumpco and started researching and reading reviews. After reading, doing some additional research on the company and really needing to get our issue resolved. I picked the phone up and called Pumpco. I spoke to Meredith told her a little background about our situation, let her know that I was reluctant to call anyone else but I really needed someone who knew what they were doing and needed my septic repaired. Meredith said she would be out there the same day! She showed up with Lester and two other crew members and they immediately went to work and worked hard. Come to find out we had another tank that neither the other two companies found and we didnt even know existed that was full, a clogged field line that the previous company clogged up after hooking a suction hose to it and a few other issues. They fixed them all and are coming out to fix one more only because it was so late once they finished. They showed up at 6pm and worked until almost 8pm! I am highly impressed with their service, attitudes to get the job done and most of all honesty. All of which are hard to find in todays world. This is a company we will definitely recommend and always call on from now on. If you need septic service Id recommend calling Pumpco before you regret calling anyone else! Great people and great work!

I woke up Friday morning to a flooded yard. I called my friend who came over and told me I had a water leak, but he knew who could help. We called Pumpco Services and they came over before noon. They worked for hours repairing pipes, making trips to the hardware store, finding more leaks and repairing more pipes. I am 92 years old and live in a house with old plumbing, so it was very stressful for me. Lester told me not to worry that they would have it fixed for me before they left, and they did! They were very friendly and pleasant, and really put me at ease. They really put themselves out to help me with my problem. I will certainly call them again for any plumbing problem. Great company. Our sceptic system decided to stop working the 3 days before Easter. The first company I called came out, and basically said they couldnt unclog, or attempt to fix our problem so I called these guys. They spent time away from their family on Easter weekend to get my septic system working so we could shower and use the bathroom, which we had not been able to do for 3 days! Meredith and Lester have got to be some of the most honest and kind people I have met since moving here. They explained everything thoroughly, they were completely comfortable with me watching everything they did, and they fixed problems that the previous owner created. Pumpco is awesome!After searching all over town for a septic inspector who is honest and knowledgeable and not in the business of just selling you a new system and getting the runaround by 3 others, I decided to call Pumpco, even though they are quite far from my location in Santa Fe. I was a little reluctant as I thought that would be too far for them, but as soon as she answered, Meredith, the owner, was very friendly and compassionate and offered to personally come out the same day with her husband to help me out. I was in an emergency situation and this meant a lot to me. Although we couldnt make it happen the same day, they promptly showed up the next day, first thing in the morning and got the job done with confidence and professionalism. They even called my buyer with me and explained the details of the system and what needed to be done to bring the system back to full function. I cannot express how grateful I am for these kind, honest people. God bless them.

Very very very irresponsible company I dont recommend ...If you need a new complete system make sure look other options ..I contract this company because they offer $1000 least from other company and said complete job in 3 days..I will my confiance in this company because are a 4th generation company but now I have 1 month and they not complete my system.We contract for 18500 for a complete system and extra 1500 for a plumber connection around 20000 dollarsLot money for a not clean job..When they started we signed a contract for 80% of amount . they said me start Wednesday and complete Friday in same week but they starting Friday just come to open hole only but not install tanks after come Saturday morning to cover hole because tanks they dont paid amount from company ..Next week starting Wednesday open hole again truck come with tanks guys only install 1 pump tank with a bad level and second tank and truck hes gone because they dont open hole correctly . I talk about first tank to fix it and they said fix latter and actuality are not level and not fixed .. continue problem owner guys come in same day night time and open last hole and with dirt cover a small 3ft wide dished and make rain water obstruction complete to installer last tank but dirt continue block dishes and tanks are uncovered supposed to pass inspection .Our house are 5 ft close to the tanks .October 29 2019 they come to remove dripping line for a fall inspection and open tanks when they are working starting heavy rain the water come from dished come into septics tanks and overflow everything ..Tanks are fully and system not complete and not work .Old system are empty because gust cut wire and sprinkler not working ..Our house have 3 restroom and now have 6 days waiting and waiting ..We contact they company to send a pump truck to release tanks and use our bathroom but we continue whit problems and not response ..1500 to connect plumber from home and mobile home and mobile home are not done and pipe have leveling problem back to mobile home and not completed of connection .We paid 14800 + 1500 we are responsible in our payment ... This dont care job only money when they receive money are very friendly and make lot of promised ...We have picture ... Video .... From every fall .We dont recommend this company in any lifeMake sure to contract a honestly company for your next project !!!!....We turned off electric brake to care our kids because overflow water outside of tanks for the negligence they live a electric pipe not connected without electric wire and they traied to clean your reputation void our warranty for our action abaout turn off brake....But are more illegally take our old pump installed in new tanks just for pass inspectionTHIS IS ILLEGAL AND WE HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THEY NEVER INSTALLED A NEW PUMP.... Meredith and her a whole crew are amazing!!!! We moved into our new house and didnt even know we had septic. No one told us in fact they said we were on public sewer. A week later started having problems with the ac and the toilets. So we called a plumber for the toilets only to find out we were on septic thats when I called pumpco. Meredith was so nice and understanding came out the next day. It wasnt good news the system was all messed up missing parts pumps not working !! What a nightmare but they took care of us gave us a great price and I can do laundry now. I cant say enough about them.
