Love Groovy’s. Best pool place in Cleveland and best prices in TN!

Lightning wrecked my saltwater system so I went in his store the next day at 8:30 AM, after talking with him and discussing my options, he recommended a new saltwater cell and control system. By 11:30 AM he had the whole new system in and running perfect. This guy is great, I’ll be going there from now on. I even checked around for pricing to make sure and he was the best. He’s an honest guy with a great company and an attitude I enjoyed working with. They make owning a pool easier and more affordable.

I always give someone the benefit of the doubt but Groovy will LIE right to your face or over the phone, create a more expensive repair and then blame YOU. He is disorganized and not a good business man. I understand he is busy...but he could also hire other people rather than saying Ill be there tomorrow and then almost 4 months later...NOTHING. Now we have to drain the pool AGAIN...simply because of neglect. I really want to emphasize that I am an empathetic person. I understand life. But when you lie right to my face and then ignore us for months, the rest of the public deserves to know they are better off taking their business elsewhere, like to someone more reliable or even someone with a moral backbone. I really cannot say a single nice thing about Groovy or his business. He has cost us thousands of dollars and even more so in stress and frustration. Please enjoy your summer and your pool with another company.

Groovy did a good job replacing and installing a new liner in my pool this summer. However follow up is very very hard to get from Groovy!! Most of time phones are NOT answered and when answered he will NOT return a call! Would NOT RECOMMEND this business for any services on pools!!

Without hesitation I can give Groovys Pools a 5 star rating. Would give 10 star if that were available ! Groovy and Brooke have always provided nothing but excellent service to our family . I do not hesitate to refer Groovys Pools to others anytime I have the opportunity.

This is a revised review.Did good job replacing pump and filter end of last season. Had leak in pvc pipe joint a few days after installation. No success getting in touch by phone so went to their store. Was told more than one time he would be out to fix it. Closed pool for the season without it being fixed.Pool is open now for this season. Don’t feel like getting the run around again so I’ll try to fix it myself or pay another company to do it.Check the other reviews. Follow up is a problem with this company.
