That last storm that came through the area really did a number on my house. A tree crashed through the roof and before I knew it I had a raccoons rummaging all through the upstairs area. The insurance company was going to pay for all costs incurred by the storm, which included the raccoon removal. They recommended this service telling me that they had had great experiences with it.They allowed me to make the call, so I did call here. The insurance company was right. Michael was definitely a cut above the rest. He knew exactly what to do to capture the raccoons or get them out of the house. He even did some spraying around the outside of the home and the roof to keep them from coming back until the house was repaired. He was great. Now I am just waiting for my roof to get finished. Very good service though.

Best company! Very responsive toward your needs. They dont horse around, try to upsell you, or give you additional fees or costs. What you are told is what you will pay. They also keep on the problem until it is fixed. They helped get rid of a raccoon out of my attic, and came back every day for three days at no additional charge until the raccoon was gone. They even helped me fix where the raccoon was getting in. They gave me a two year guarantee that the work would hold. I could not possibly think them more for their responsive and exceptional service.

We hired their service to relocate the raccoons that we trapped in our attic. However, they have a different and more effective solution. According to them, their survival rate if they will be relocated carelessly will be alarmingly low. They need to be accustomed to their new environment before they will be released to increase the chance that they will survive. I was glad to find a company that cares for the welfare of these animals.
