Great experience! I had a flat and I called him 3 times during the day trying to figure out tire size and how to get there. Friendly, good prices, and he did not try to sell me on more work to get business because I am female. He was honest with me. I will be going back there in the future.

My brother got two tires first about 3 months ago and he was has been pleased with them. So, I called and they didnt have a matching pair for me, but they said were going to get me a set that day from the warehouse. Sure enough, they were true to their word and called me hours after and gave me a great set of tires for a great price. They even let me check them all out for imperfections before I bought them. I highly recommend them for tires and service.

Got my girlfriend some tires here, two years after I bought some here also, and she had a small issue with vibration after having them put on. But a quick visit back with an explanation and demonstration of their new equipment being re-calibrated fixed it all. Good customer service, they look for the best deals/rebates for you and offer opinions on the tires you buy based on your needs. I always recommend them when I can.

I first became a customer of Tire House today because of the fair and reasonable tire prices. I will stay a customer because of their wonderful service. As with any auto service center, the underlying issue is trust. And, I have come to trust the service recommendations of Ak and the rest of the crew. They make straight forward, common sense recommendations that I know I can trust. They are the best!

Attention!!! This guys are unprofessional, liars, and rude. They sold me 4 used tires for $ 180 where installation and balance was included. Their balance machine was out of order, but I was told that the balance wad done. When I went on Highway my van was shaking very bad. I went to other shop to get balance done on my wheels and was told that all four tires was with broken belt, and was impossible to fix them. After I went back to the shop and asked to replace my tires or refund my money I was told by the manager of the shop Get out of my shop!

Got a tire from them and I noticed as he was putting it on the car there was a plug the size of Rhode Island in it. I was told that was the only tire they had that size. The tire was already on the rim, so he said put it in the trunk and well have another tire ( when shipment comes in). I drove on spare, had my dad go back (I was working) when he said the shipment was coming in, and they gave him a hard time. Finally after a shouting match got my money back. The place is not worth the aggravation. Stay away.

I called around looking for tires (I have a rarer type) and they had my size. I went there that day and they put them on and had me out within 30 minutes. They were very friendly and efficent. I would highly recommend them.

I was hearing a really nasty sound by my left front tire. I live around the Brookpark area so decided to give this place a shot and boy glad that i did. All the other places I have ever been to always wanted to over charge me because Im a girl and dont know much about cars. The men working there Ak and Los not only told me I needed new brakes but also showed me the wear and tare on them. I have never had anyone do that for me before so I ended up getting brakes all the way around plus an oil change since i was due for one. All the service i paid for was a fraction of the cost i would have paid anywhere else, PLUS THEY WASHED MY CAR FOR FREE!!!! Hopefully i dont need to go back anytime soon but if i do need any automotive needs Im going to see Uk and Los at Moes Tire Shop!!!

Rip Off..Bought 4 there..went back with a problem..Employee who did not know purchase was made there said tires were unsafe and choppy..Would not refund or swap out Some months later..tire went flat.There was a perfect circle around the whole tire...they retreadded the tires..Stay away from these scam artists
