Im in love!!This place is under new management and wow are they doing an incredible job! Super satisfied, it was a wonderful experience AND I have absolutely gorgeous nails. My technician was quick and efficient yet still did my nails with care. Just look at the pic! Everyone was so sweet and the service was amazing. Ill definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends. Im excited that Ive finally found a nail salon thats perfect! Worth every penny.

All I can say is WOW. I havent had such a great experience at a nail shop in awhile. My nails came out as exactly as I wanted them (picture below). I dont get my nails done often, mostly due to past unsatisfied experiences, but I wanted to treat myself recently for my birthday. And these results were WELL BEYOND my expectations! There was barely any wait time, and staff was kind and most importantly LISTENED to my requests and concerns. I felt so heard and at home. The appointment was relaxing and felt like a girls day out - exactly the kind of feeling I wanted from a spa and nail trip. Plus, the price was affordable given the quality. Will definitely be returning soon, and bringing my sisters along as well. HIGHLY recommend!!! ❤️

Love this place! It’s under new management and from what I read in the reviews in the past it has completely changed thank goodness. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Kristi is the best, always makes time for me and does exactly as I ask for my nails and pedicures. I always get scared of people cutting my toenails from bad experiences with other nail techs in the past but she is super careful and respectful of that. She really goes above and beyond. I always leave happy and loving my services!

Omg! This place is amazing! I walked in because I had an appointment around the corner that didn’t work out. I found this place on Google. Awesome prices and even better service. My feet were literally tore up and the gentleman that did my pedi made me feel like a queen. He was gentle and thorough and whipped my feet into shape in under 30 min. I am absolutely in LOVE with how my nails turned out; my overall experience at Spa & Nails was wonderful! The service is so fast and the staff are all soooo kind! I had a very stressful week, but after getting my nails done here I walked out feeling so refreshed!

They take walk ins which is nice but they are WAY overpriced for the quality of the work. I got gel mani & pedi and the work is just so so. Also the nail tech got pretty annoyed when I asked him to adjust my nail shape.

We don’t have access to the google profile to reply to any reviews, but if the person who posted about the gift card sees this, we are supposed to accept it but that person who didn’t was in the wrong. If you were to come back we will make this right and I apologize for the behavior of the nail tech who didn’t accepted it. Went in for a full pink and white set. They were amazing. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time and I have never been here yet. They turned out amazingly well. The staff is Friendly, efficient and the place was clean. I have found my new place and I’m excited! Thank you Spa and Nails!

Spa and Nails is Extremely clean. This was my first time there but Ive been having Kristi do my fill with gel polish for years and she is GREAT. Spa and Nails ihave new management and they are friendly and clean, professional. I cant wait until the end of this month to get a pedicure. They just got new chairs and they are beautiful and look so comfortable for a relaxing pedicure. PLEASE give Spa and Nails a try. You wont be disappointed

I got a gel manicure here a few weeks ago and it chipped and peeled within two days. I always try to give places a second chance so I went back today for a gel manicure and the MN Deluxe pedicure. My nails look fine though he did not put the accent color on one finger like I asked and there was no lotion or anything at the end but maybe thats because of covid. I paid $15 extra 4 the nice, double foot massage. He kind of rubbed lotion on my legs for maybe a minute each. Definitely not a typical massage, certainly not a double massage. I tried this place twice and after walking out spending just under $100 this time I know I wont be back at third time. It was the fastest mani pedi Ive ever gotten oh, so if speed is important to you that would be a plus

Called ahead and they didn’t even acknowledge us upon arrival. We drove 30 mins away and they confirmed they would take us. Got here and sat for 45 mins and they never acknowledged us.

PEDICURES ARE GREAT AND AFFORDABLE HOWEVER....I went in for a mani/pedi set since they advertised a deal on their window that it’s $50 for both.Pedicures are great and affordable to other places however, when it comes to full set manicures, I was not all impressed.I headed over to spa and nails on a friday so i expected it to be busy, which it was.I was told wait was 10 minutes and when I went to sit down, their was a lady who was sitting next to me who got there before me and stated that they told her 6 minutes 20 minutes ago😂 -The wait did not bother me, about a half hour Later i get to my seat where they began my pedicure. A very deep and thorough pedicure. Comfortable and the lady I had did great. I recommend a pedicure because for an affordable cost, they do more than other places who overcharge.Later when it Was time for me to get a manicure , I asked if i can get a french fade done. I showed him a picture and He says “we don’t do this here” because it’s not the same powder that’s used. Bummed out, I chose to do a regular full set but with gel polish. He mentions that because of the gel polish, it will be an additional $10. I say okay with no complaints and proceed to get my nails done.He was a bit rough with the way he handled my hands but I didn’t let that bother me. But the way he shaved down the nail and uses his nail to fix everything it kept on hurting. I usually sit comfortably during a manicure but damn I was hurting in the process of getting themDone. Also, i understand that if someone hasn’t had their nails done in a while that the after feeling can be a feeling of soreness but it was bad like i needed two advils bad..Once everything Was complete i went to the register to expect to pay $60 ($64.80) with tax and he states my total was $80.I question him as to why so expensive and he says because i used gel polish. I respond by saying that he said it’s $10 more for gel so why Am i being overcharged. He proceeds to explain that he shaped my nails and placed the gel nail polish is what made it more expensive.I was exhausted and didn’t want to argue! But if u look at the picture i posted, As you can see, it’s a BASIC NAIL JOB!I continue to say that i walked in here because it was advertised $50 for both and after we talked $60 .. where did that $20 comeFrom I HAVE NO CLUE.He then tries to make me feel better by offering to take off $5 like that was going to make a difference.I ended paying $75 and tipping the pedicurist as well.DisappointedOvercharged (by advertisement)And was rushedSo pretty much i wont go there again but if someone needs a nice quick pedicure.. go for it ..Pros.. nice pedicuresAffordable pedicureNo long waitlistCons....Manicures are limitedA bit painful (i have a high pain tolerance)Overcharged

Went here and saw the prices on the window - $15 for a fill. I ended up leaving with multiple cuts & they were fairly rough with the nail file. When it came time to pay, I was told $35. I wasn’t asked if I wanted gel & even with gel, it should’ve been $25 (I didn’t do anything special with my nails). I didn’t want to argue so I paid, but I won’t be going back.

The man that did my daughters nails for her 16th bday was very rude. He did a terrible job . Uneven, crooked, cheap looking work. He also told her he cant do a sunflower design on nails and had no light yellow polish., This was after she showed him a picture and he said he could do them. Seriously what kind of salon cant do a simple flower design on nails...anyway still charged us 45 dollars for dollar store style nails.

I just love Spa Nails!!! I have been to other nail places and i will never have to again. Judy and Hanna are the best at what they do, being honest to make sure your nails are the best taking care of, not to mention their funny, cheerful, and so kind personalities. The prices are great along with not having to wait forever. I always look forward to getting my nails done there! Thank you ladies for such great service! ☺

Ive had my nails done in several salons in North Carolina, Wisconsin, California and Ohio and this place is by far the best. Judy is meticulous! My fill lasts at least three weeks, which is great for me. Id recommend them in a heartbeat.

Ive never had a bad experience here. I love Judy shes great and she stands behind her work. If you get a chip, she fixes it. She takes pride in what shes doing and shes really funny too.

I have been to all the nail salons within a couple of miles. I came her and finally got what I wanted..I love Judy, and my nails look fabulous..Im g oing to be a client for life.I thought Judy was good, but went there the other day and the place was sold and now shes an employee..I didnt like my pedicure..Old color was still visible and I didnt like my color.She said do you want to change it? It will be $3.The place is so dirty..She doesnt clean anything. Dont disinfect between clients..Going to go to one of the new owners..

This place has good reviews so I thought I’d give them a try. Stated hours are 12p-5p on Sunday (Google, at the store and on voice message). I showed up a little before noon and it was pitch black. Waited a while no one showed up. Called to 2x check times and voice mail confirmed hours 12-5p. Nothing was stated on voice mail or posted in store that they would be closed. Very disappointed to have wasted my time.

Looking for a new place to get my nails done has been tough. Saw Judy here yesterday and I am beyond happy with how my nails turned out. She listened to exactly what I wanted. This will be the place I go from now on!

Terrible terrible terrible service !!! Worst nail salon I have ever gone too. The lady Judy was very rude . I showed her a picture of what I wanted. First she told me the color on the picture I showed her was silver.... IT WAS GOLD GLITTER!!! then I told her I wanted it just like the picture and I wanted more gold... She told me she knows what shes doing because shes been a nail tech for 19 years... I told her I am a paying customer!!! If thats what I want thats what Ill get. I went with my best friend and her mom . we spent $81you would think some sort of respect would have been shown. So dissapointed. Ill be going to get a color change first thing tomorrow . You will meet the rudest woman in the world in this shop. I went in there today to get a full set. As soon as I saw her stand up to take me as a client I wished I wouldve gone somewhere else (see Ive been very lucky the past few times Ive gone she wasnt there or wasnt available) My nails hurt so bad and bleed whenever she does them, I thought it was OK because she was the first nail technician I went to when I started getting my nails done so I thought it was normal to be in huge amounts of pain but nope I was wrong and since the day I realized this I have avoided her for as long as I could without being rude of course. Today I got stuck with her because the other lady in today was with a client. I sat down, and of course Netflix was playing in the background because she loves to watch movies and shows while working on nails. Anyway to begin my rant, since I knew it was going to be painful, I told her my nails are sensitive since I took the fake ones off the last time, she said OK and chuckled because she probably knew I was lying, after my tips were on and (after she tried to cut my thumb off when she was shortening the tips replying yea when I said oops, ow thats my thumb) the acrylic was setting, the pain really started. The intense filing UNDER my nails, it literally felt like she was trying to pry my nail off with the file. I said OW, I cant, that hurts way too much! She stopped, put her hand on her head and said well you bit your nails, I said yes, but it only hurts me when you do my nails! She said fine but it wont be as good. Then it seemed like she was very angry while she was filing my cuticles with the electric file, which again was pretty painful, I did begin bleeding a bit, and also the skin around my nails is red and raw now. But no worries because I remembered to peroxide when I gothome! Anyway, I went to go pick a polish and she said, so what I hurt you, beauty is pain, the nails that I make look better than any other salon, look how good your nails look! To which I replied, yes theyre beautiful! But they do it good too, and they dont hurt me. Then She said fine, go there from now on! And I said I definitely I will! (or Ill keep going there but go to a more customer and nail friendly nail technician) This woman is a manager, by the way.

Judy is no longer there the new owner is Scott and he and Tran do a wonderful job and they back up their work and they dont over charge you for things or tell you they are doing one thing and do something different and charge you more. I was about to stop going here until Scott took over 😊

Worlds worse nail salon. Owner is R U D E, and very nasty about using a gift certificate. To me, its the same as cash.....somebody already gave your business the money..had a pedi done again, very disappointed, and pissed off. Now my feet are rough, and snag everything...the skin around my nails is painted, and I got cut twice with their DIRTY tools... If your smart, youll go ANYWHERE else besides here....its supposed to be relaxing, and a luxury to get your feet done...NOT HERE !!!

Absolutely love this gem 💎 Tran did such an amazing job with my mani pedi, on top of making sure ALL of her clients were comfortable and taken care of. Especially my boyfriend who got his first pedi! We love her! They have a great choice of colors, and overall nice establishment. I would definitely recommend them, and I will be returning.

Very poor for acrylics... I normally go there for my pedicures and they do a decent job.. but I needed a fill on a Sunday, theyre not my normal place but the only nail place open on Sundays... I walked out of there with 8 of my fingers bleeding :o( I will stick with the pedicures only

6 of us went for pedi mani. 2 of us were done in 15 min. I got a gel mani later to find out. They used regular polish. The tech cut my nails too short and cut my finger. Owner is probably the most obnoxious rude. Told me I didnt know what I had on my nails. Ive been getting gel mains forever I think I know whats on my nails.

Was not happy with the service or the cleanliness of the shop. The nail tech was very unprofessional and yelled at me when I said she cut me. She talked about other customers and it was very uncomfortable. The shop was dirty and I will not be going back. I do not recommend going here!!

The tools they use are not new like at other salons Ive been to. They reuse the same ones. It is cold in there like they have no heat, which makes it uncomfortable. Judy is soooo rude. When I get my nails done I pay before polish, and tip after my nails are completed, but when I was in there judy saysno tip I did a good job, and I said I will tip when I see how my nails look completed. This has never happened to me before I always hand them the tip as I thank them before I leave, but Judy says no you tip when you pay, and I am thinking its my money I can tip when I want, and decide not to give you one altogether if I want. I will not go back there period.

Go somewhere else! Very unsanitary dirty shop and the more you get to know the people that work there the less sanitary they become. Very lazy rude people and in your business. Will never go here again after Judy was trying to squeeze last of the nail glue on and it dripped on the dirty table and she scraped it off with the fake nail, laughed, and said Im just too lazy to get a new one and proceeded to put that on my nail! I was shocked! Cut me everytime and made me bleed. Not sure why i went long as i did. Staff talks smack about friends and family so dont bring them either. Judy watched tv while she was supposed to be doing her job which took forever, not to mention she would pressure you into getting regular polish instead of gel because she was too lazy to actually work. Never again!

Took my daughter here to get her nails done. Horrible, she started bleeding on all her fingers, then when she asked to get her nails shorter, the lady yelled at her saying it was too late.... she didnt even ask my daughter for the right length which is rude & not right. My daughter will not be going back there.

Will never go here again ! The owner is very rude. My mom and I and my bestfriend went there yesterday night and all 3 of us wanted full sets acyrlics . Well the owner told my mom she had nice nails but no my mom wanted a full set we are paying customers and she couldnt even give her a full set because Judy was to busy watching the show on netflix. I will NEVER EVER go there again so rude. I paid 20$ for my mom to get her nails painted very dissapointed.

Extremely disappointed!! I went in for a fill and was the only customer in there. The lady that did my nails, did not take all of the previous color off before starting my fill and I could still see the old color through the new color. I was charged $3 for a cut down, I thought that was included in the price of a fill?? Will not be returning!

Horrible quality, rushed through the whole full set and cut my finger and blamed me. Left some of my nails crooked and got super glue all over my fingers. Will not be returning.

My daughters acrylics were thick and poorly done, in addition to getting nicked and gouged 5 times, to the point she was bleeding. The owners response when I complained was to walk away and continue working on another client. DO NOT GO HERE. Poorly maintenanced tools, filthy products, polishes are clumped and dried out, and the technicians are pathetic. Anywhere but here!!! Youve been warned.
