Ive been going here since 2017. Ive only had an issue twice - the second time they were actually closed but the manager saw me in the parking lot and when I explained my issue they took me in and fixed my issue on the spot. And I love that I can get my gel removed with a rotating file instead of just soaking in acetone which destroys my cuticles. They get super busy which is a sure sign of a great shop so be prepared to wait your turn!

Ive frequented L.A. Nails for over a year now, and never had an issue with services until recently.I re-visited the shop to have the issue corrected, but the owner was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive.He proceeded to argue with me about services I paid for that were done incorrectly. Worse, I was WILLING to pay to have the services redone, which makes it all the more absurd to place more importance on being right instead of taking ownership and resolving the mistake.Therefore, I wouldnt recommend this shop due to the lack of professionalism in resolving issues with services, as well as, the lack of accountability from the owner. If the owner behaves unprofessionally over the simplest things, then he certainly he isnt fostering those types of values in his employees.

This place is an absolute Zero ratingI was getting service at this placeWhen it was time for me to check outI was trying to get an explanation of the price for a pedi and full set bc the nail tech who did my nails quoted me a different price. The owner snatched my card out my hand and said “ I don’t have to explain nothing just pay” I was so shocked I called the police, needless to say I paid the price quoted and he was so upset and yelled at me and said don’t you come back. The work was horrible fir the price of $90.00 I paidBEWARE OF THIS PLACE HORRIBLE SERVICE

My gel pice started peeling a few days after it was done. Charged me 108 for feet and nails and the polish is off. Not going back.

The people are decent. I nails that I got were HORRIBLE!!! I got a manicure and pedicure and the next day my polish started chipping. I went back to get it fixed which was not a problem, but 3 days later it began to chip again. I paid $140 for my nails and feet. The employees were nice, but the quality of the work was not worth the amount of money that they charged me. I usually dont do reviews, but I was really disappointed. Unfortunately, I cant recommend them.

I paid $109 for a mani and pedi which included a tip. My nails started chipping the next day and I have gel polish. I will never return and would not recommend 😡

My person number 10 was phenomenal, but everyone else was Rude. And the prices are e to high. It’s cool that they except walk ins . But the social distancing in the waiting area is a joke. I will sh number ten worked on at another shop because I would follow her some where else .

They gave me 10 beautiful nails in a short period of time. I work a lot with my hands and cant worry about my nails. They are worth the money.

Ok so pictures dont do them justice. I had a man doing my nails, the place was partly full and they were still very fast. I loved their work, but I added a couple stickers once I was home. I would go on a Monday because it went so fast. I was able to go choose my colors before to make the process a little quicker. I got acrylic coffin shaped nails at medium length and will be going back for my fill ins. They were polite and decently priced. The shape was the only thing that cost extra and only by $2.00. worth it for any one looking to have beautiful nails!!

Visited this past Saturday, I was able to get in quickly but noticed they move around the clients to keep things moving fast, not very sanitary but I was already there and ready to be finished so they did my nails, basic short style VERY EXPENSIVE I’ve gone to beautiful spas with superb service and charged less than they do here. Overall my nails are decent but wouldn’t come back due to the high prices for the experience

I only see andy because he’s one of the best there .. but the QUALITY of their GEL POLISH is absolutely terrible, im ALWAYS back because my nails chip the NEXT DAY ... came to get polished after a salon did me dead wrong and he didnt even wanna fix it for me all i wanted was regular RED GEL POLISH .. was a longtime customer and enjoy andys work but i wont be returning here

Good and quick service, even thought it was confusing bacause I only want it to color my natural nails. The girl who helped me did a good job with my gel nail polish and a little design.

Somehow my gel acrylic with designs on four fingers came up to 81$ and the paint chipped the next day.

I went there for the first time before I went to Vegas never been there before but I enjoyed myself quick their kind courteous Ill continue to go there to get my brows and lashes done

I have been to a lot of nail salons that were more luxurious than this one but theres something about this place that always keeps me coming back! The customer service, the quality, the pricing, etc. All on point👍

So I usually go here because they are quick! But I get up charged for everything including things that doesn’t take much extra work. You get charged extra for 3 colors even if you bring your own polish, they only do basic nails no type of designs or ombré. They have very few gel colors. Today I was charged $3 extra for apparently long nails (which they weren’t) then another $3 to cut down! Plus $3 for a nail that was missing. He messed my nail shape up terribly so he had to fix it. Then he used way too much polish I sat for over 1 hour nail never dried. It was a horrible experience I usually don’t write reviews but I’m so feed up with this place I will never go back!

This place is okay . I didn’t like my lashes the first time but I was satisfied the second time with a different person . I only got a color change , the people are nice but it’s very busy and nails felt rushed . Multiple interruptions. I like smaller intimate salons for that reason. Anyway , I love the color on my nails !

Getting here sucks but the staff is great. They have been constantly upgrading their equipment. There are at least 12-14 nail tech stations and 10 pedicure stations. They handle lashes and brows. Love them!

If I could I will rate zero . Keep your business concerning eyelashes matters. She uses hair glue while there is special glue for professional eyelashes extension my eyelashes were out next day. 32 $plus tip for a b.s job. Would not recommend

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. I called about a kid pedicure for my 9 y/o niece who has a dance performance today. The WOMAN that I spoke to on the phone said that it would be about $20/$25. However, once I was there a MAN told me that it would be $35 and insisted that he had been answering the phones all day and no one had called about a kids pedicure. Then he told me that I must’ve called the Euclid location. I then showed him my call log with the phone number and time that I called. He confirmed the number but still insisted that I had never called. He was rude and a liar. I will never go back there. Smh.

Only place my daughter and I get our eyebrows done. Tracy is the best and she always adds a personal touch to every experience! We absolutely love her. It can be a long line and we still wait for her.

They are liars. I was getting my nails done today and the man told me it would be 45 dollars for my length and shape and then when it was time to pay he said it would be 59 dollars. And on top of that he couldn’t explain why it was 60 dollars. The price of a full set is 30+, so why is coffin shape and medium length an extra 30 dollars?? On top of that he put one of my nails l crooked and he assured me he would fix it when I told him, but he never did. The other 9 nails look fine, but overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I definitely won’t be going back ever again.

THEY ARE LAIRS AND THIEVES STAY AWAY....... They stole my money off my card by charging me twice and they refused to pay me back for a week and a half. At first I called to arrange for them to return the money back on the card. The money never was returned. I finally got an off day and went up there a week and a half later. The owner argued with me, in front of all the customers in the salon. He said he had to talk to his accountant to pay me back at a later date. I called my mother and she overheard me arguing with the man she hung up from me. My mother then called the salon while I was standing there. My mother told his wife her name was also on the card account they double charged and if I didnt leave with my money she would be suing them. After all the arguing back and forth he reached into the register and gave me my money back. He knew he was wrong from the beginning. This place is underhanded and cant be trusted.

They rush through. I went somewhere else and found out my nails had water damage. I just had a fill 2 weeks ago at LA Nails. Theyre had to see my acrylic lifting. I was beginning to get a fungus.Ive even seen them rush an elderly lady out of the chair when she was done to get to the next client.

Got a mani/pedi as a walk-in. The woman who did the pedicure did a decent job. I was pleasantly surprised that she looked like the majority of the clientele. However she nicked the hell out of one of my toes.The woman who did the manicure however was unprofessional. She keep making phone calls while doing my nails. I also got Dip powder nails for the first time. She was so busy on the phone she missed an application on a couple of fingers and she tried to play it off with broken English when I called her out on it.One nail chipped within 48 hrs and today, one damned week after getting my nails done, THE PAINT SLID ENTIRELY OFF MY THUMBNAIL!That’s my last time going there.

This place is dirty and unsanitary. They use the same worn out dirty sponges,brushes and nail files on everyone. I stop going because I got a nail fungus from them. Went back because I was pressed for time a couple weeks ago and the fungus in my toe has reappeared. This time Im call the state. Stay away from this place.

I usually get my petiture by Quinn she was unavailable so another girl did my feet mind you I got there about 6:20 she act she was afraid to touch my feet, polished them poorly if I go back if Quinn or Tom which he has never did my feet but the he was very attentive to the person he was doing.😞

Terrible service. The lady that did my feet was lazy and mean.She did a rush job and you can tell. My polish didnt last the ride home.She was acting like a pit bull about me paying even before the service was completed. She had some nerve.They had dirty equipment and nasty attitudes. My nails are rugged and raggedy. I am going to report them to STATE BOARD.My nails werent dry and they rushed me out. I shouldnt have paid. I am going BACK TO DEMAND A REFUND.

Convenient location, Very unprofessional, fair prices but garbage work. I dont usually come here. I received a fill in with gel polish March 9th by March 13th the gel polish begone to tarnish.They use inexpensive product or possibly diluted product.I will never return to this location and would not recommend anyone waste their money for poor quality.

DO NOT GO HERE! I got my nails done Thurs the 7th of June. Left for Florida Saturday , and by Saturday half of my GEL polish was gone and my nails chipped. When I returned which was the 15th, I returned to them as soon as I got back and the told me OH WELL, its been over ten days, which is a LIE and they would not repair anything!!! I spent close to $90 to get my toes and feet done and even tipped the lady, and my nails are chipped, peeling and a MESS. WHEN I TELL YOU I AM BEYOND APPALLED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! What they dont know I am a loyal two week customer who WILL NEVER RETURN. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! I was treated very nasty and I came at them in a respectable manner! They come here take our money and NEVER WANT TO FIX WHAT THEY DID WRONG!!!!! Do NOT GO HERE!!!! Cleaning looking salon, friendly techs, cannot add tip to credit card so need to take cash. Tech I had couldnt do a simple rounded nail, had to have it fixed 2x, when I got home I found lots of uncut hang nails and uneven ends. Lots of polish all over my skin, didnt leave that clean fresh polished look. Ending up having to go home and reshape my nails which means the gel probably wont last. Disaapointing for $91. Not planning on going back.

Well actually she laid the acrylic then went and started doing eyebrows and just left me there for about 20 mins while some lil boy harassed me to buy candy and asking of I picked my color!!
