I paid Eaglerider for a one day rental to be picked up in Fort Lauderdale Floriday. $168.21. Unfortunately i was unable to make the trip so they gave me a supposed credit. Now they wont honor the credit. So theyre keeping my $168.21 and screw me. A TOTAL RIP OFF.. Never again!!!!

I rented a bike through Eaglerider with a pick up at Rock and Roll Harley in Cleveland, Ohio, on August 27th. Well, I showed up up for pick up and they did not have the bike I reserved and paid for 2 months prior. I reserved an 2018 ElectraGlide. They offered streetglide that did not have full fairing and no navigation onboard. It was clearly not a touring bike. It also did not have the capacity to carry my luggage. The manager at R&R Harley said he was sorry, but did not offer any help. He said, Im just the drop off and pickup point for these bikes. I then said well you are making money for this transaction, so yes, you are involved. Fast forward...Eaglerider will not refund my $1300 paid in advance, not alone to mention my $700 in prepaid hotel expenses for the trip that I can not get a refund. I have never said this in a post before, but EagleRider and Rock and Rock Harley Davidson really suck. You ruined my much anticipated vacation and cost me a lot off money scrambling to change hotels and airlines to fly home without riding a 2018 Harley ElectraGlide. You folks really suck !!!
