Moving from out of town no other place would help us out untill we changed our identification to TN .The process was very quick and easy. We spoke with Bobby and he had us approved with money in hand in under an hour.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took a loan and when they explained everything to me, that the money they took from my account every 2 weeks was for interest fees and to my loan that would prevent my balance from going up.What they really do is take your money and still tack on interest fees so your loan balance keeps going up no matter if you pay your biweekly payments. So that way you never get it paid off unless you go pay the full amount right then and there. On top of you pay them way more money then what the loan was for.

The loan process took half an hour, longer than expected but the service i received was decent and i got approved. But my first payment was due on the 12th, i paid it early, then a day later i got a new email statement saying i owe slightly more than that same amount on the 12th, AGAIN, so i have 2 different payments on the same date...their system is messed up. Never heard of a system that penalizes you for paying early.

I received a money order from my husband when he was out of town and I went to cash it here and they wouldnt cash it because my husband and I have the same phone account but different numbers ,and the account is in my name. I have had 2 money orders there before when we bought them for rent but got it paid from someone else and it wasnt a problem. I am very upset because they were acting as if Im lying or it was stolen then the lady gone say to me why didnt he just give you cash we dont hold on to cash. She was rude and gave my nasty looks.
