When reviewing, providers need to be what your child needs are. There are a couple of hands on workers who does excellent job.Scott, Traci they are truly great. There are a few more unfortunately my son isnt assign .Office staff has majot turn over not so dependable as one would like . One thing dont be out spoken , owner Cara which I hardly have seen in the 11months feels very uncomfortable with parents . My son has been going daily 5 days a week . All of suddenly I was told he can no longer attend . Why ? The insurance doesnt cover it. But he also had the scholarship which they have taken . Being a parent I have the right to ask questions , and also have the right to be bitter angry . They dont care what they do to a austic child . Very sad . The owner send the messenger co workers to do her job . She doesnt want to handle this she wants the parents to do her job. Telling me to be my son advocate I do this everyday of his life . Call the insurance when I am not the provider so she can collect . Very mess up situation. So dont ask questions dont get mad or upset , what they did to myself and a 12 yr austic child was beyond wrong on all levels. There is excellent workers that do awesome job , simply not the owner when it comes to parents. At the end my son suffers the most only to hear we dont care .
