Instructor Breck Stills accolades have been mentioned in other reviews, so I wont repeat them here, but know that he is a very talented instructor who cares about his students. Everyone at Leviathan is extremely welcoming. Its a great place to train BJJ and (recently added to the offerings) Muay Thai. Breck offers two weeks of free training, an opportunity that cant be beat. Come check Leviathan out!

My kids have done BJJ before, and Leviathan Academy is way ahead of the other guys when it comes to training kids. Even with smaller kids, he teaches technique, moves, etc. You pay to be taught, and thats what Breck teaches.

I train here every time I am in Chattanooga. Great place to train with lots of knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly people. Breck is an awesome instructor and runs a very welcoming establishment. I highly suggest this place to anyone in the Cleveland/Chattanooga or anyone visiting as well. Guaranteed to have a good training session with some good people. Maybe learn something new, too.

Breck is a knowledgeable instructor and high level competitor who has a welcoming and great place to train. I typically train in a different city but always enjoy coming to the cross-training sessions here. Definitely recommended if you are in the Cleveland area.

I came down from Knoxville to roll with Breck and team on their Saturday morning open mat. The gym is great, Breck is a fantastic professor, and I would highly recommend giving them a shot. I’ll definitely be back.

Breck Still is my favorite black belt instructor in the Chattanooga/Cleveland area. Hes a great competitor, instructor, and friend. He goes out of his way to make students new and old feel welcome. He is a very generous guy and posts free content to his YouTube channel @stillrolling. He also gives back to the community by hosting free bully proof and womens self defense seminars. No matter what your Jiu-Jitsu goal is Breck will help you to achieve it. If you are considering training at Leviathan you wont regret it!

If you train (or want to train) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the Chattanooga/Cleveland area, this is the place to be. Breck Still (the owner and head instructor) was an accomplished wrestler before taking on BJJ over a decade ago. He is constantly striving to improve his jiu jitsu, his teaching, and the overall atmosphere of the gym/school. He has the most impressive competition schedule of anyone I know in jiu jitsu (and Ive been training for more than a decade too). There are four black belts, three brown belts (one or two that are sandbaggers) and a host of other tough guys who train at Leviathan. You wont get better rolls anywhere in the Chattanooga area. Breck got his blackbelt from multiple time world champion Samuel Braga. Leviathan is associated with all of Sams gyms. So, not only will you get the best BJJ in Cleveland/ Chattanooga, you will also have the chance to go train at any of the many other schools associated with Sam, including Sams gym in Knoxville. If you want to improve your Jits, have great rolls, and be around good people Leviathan is the place to be.
