Respect is after calling them by phone and being told by front desk theyd call back because of technical difficulties, but they never did. “Utmost respect” got it. Be forewarned.

However, when you are working leads door to door and encounter problems such as used leads or people calling the cops, there isnt much done to protect you nor is there any sympathy from the boss.This job is only for people with a thick skin. Sink or Swim. With little forgiveness. If you are having car trouble and cannot drive to leads 1+ hours away you are SOL. Yes you can carpool with those willing or you pay for a $100 uber. But if you complain they will blame it on you for not having a car and not making enough sales.They will work with you, but they lose patience really quick. Especially if you are not hitting sales goals within a month. If you get an interview here, realize this job takes a lot of dedication.

My interview process with Leomhann Enterprises was great! I got to learn more about the company and their values. The young woman at the front desk was amazing - made me feel so comfortable during the interview. &their manager who interviewed me was very transparent during my interview. He really broke down what I would be doing on a daily basis and answered all of my questions without hesitation! I definitely recommend this company!

Honestly This place and the people are simply amazing.. The Environment is amazing I have never felt so comfortable coming to an interview as I did at LEI.. I did get hired and had an amazing first day Its like you’ve known them forever and the support and encouragement They give each other is amazing. Unfortunately I’ve had some family problems and wasn’t able to make it to my second day. And although this is a great place to work I decided it wasn’t a good fit only because I am out of a job and needto know, I am going to get a stedy paycheck weekly or Bi weekly. Not what I expected. I had to buy lunch for the guy who was training me. He kept bumming cigarettes from me all day. I drove my car with No mileage reimbursement. Door to door sales was never mentioned in the interview process...I could keep going but I think you get the picture.
