2 year customer for lawn service, which has been ok. Called for snow removal for unoccupied residence. Booked it, and contacted them immediately regarding sidewalks, was told they didnt do them. Work was completed less than 10 minutes after it was ordered. Was told nothing could be done. Plowing was completed much earlier than I had requested. Will be finding a new lawn service this spring.

CALL someone local Please they are NOT it.Go with HAMM Landscaping if you are in the clevleand area!These people WENT to the wrong address1) Then called me to get the car out of the way-- and threatened to move on cause THEY GOTTA GO. Well they did just that.2) They sent me a photo of the finished work plowing 1/4th of the neighbors driveway. ( wrong house CLEARLY)3) I called back... NO apology--- to let them know they plowed the wrong house.... Oh yeah-- we will send someone back....4) HOURS later my tenant calls, still trapped in the house-- waiting.5) Called back- still no apology-- simply said-- OH yeah-- Ugh be there later- we had other work todo.6) I cancelled-- guy says Yeah- just do that--let me cancel it we have other big work to do. Let me confirm a cancellation.YUCKPASSS THESE PEOPLE save your 60 bucks.Perhaps slowing down and paying attention to customers and their addresses would help.

The app is really well done and starts you out feeling like this business is legitimate; however, the service fails to deliver. Our snow plowing service failed to show up. We were offered a 10% discount only after contacting support to inquire. The service failed to show up the next day either, and we canceled our order. All the while, never having any contact or updates from the business, only inaccurate responses from support that we initiated conversation. We will not use again.

Truly awful service. They will never follow up like they say they will so expect to have to call back every single day to hear about updates. Was told by multiple people they would text me and of the 3 or 4 that had, none of them did. Rescheduled multiple times only to be told multiple times they would guarantee someone would come on a certain day, though they never did. Also charged me about $10 more than the quoted price, probably for their services which are completely lacking. Cant wait to see how long it takes to get my refund back after having to finally just cancel the order altogether.RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:First of all it is extremely unprofessional to place blame on the customer especially publicly just to try to save face. Second, it is simply impossible for me to misquote my property as all I did was provide you with an address, pictures of the front and back lawn, a phone number, and method of payment. Also, way to not acknowledge the multitude of other issues with YOUR customer service representatives. Please call me directly to explain how your horrid service was MY fault.

This service is fantastic! They came within 3 hours on Christmas to plow me out!

I used this company for the first time for custom quote landscaping. I included yard cleanup, digging and edging, mulching and light haul away. I include pictures and included plants to be replanted. I communicated with Nick and agreed to the work. He seemed knowledgeable and helpful. When the work was completed, I initially thought the it looked ok with the indication that the mulch appeared thin. It seemed they just put mulch on very thin. Within a week, I noticed that they laid mulch over grass, did not dig as I requested , and used no netting. They also moved the wrong plants for replanting and did not edge straight even line. I contacted the company customer service and indicated my dissatisfaction after realizing this. I was initially told they will make this right and send their provider back. I waited one week. No one showed up. I contacted again. I spoke with Tyler who seemed to want to remedy this problem and promised to call back after he spoke with his boss. I indicated that I’m not sure I want the same people to come back. I indicated my remedy that I want is for the work to be completed correctly and not cheap shoddy work. I received no remedy as of yet. I paid for the work even though Nick originally indicated in writing that funds are not withdrawn until the job is completed to my liking. I originally thought the visual look of the work was ok. I was fooled. After a week of really looking at this, I feel taken advantage of. They say the right things, with no real follow up. I do not recommend using this company. Follow up..... the company sent their provider out to resolve the issues with me on 4/25/2020. The provider refused to correct the edging and when I questioned this, he indicating that he wasnt doing that work for $100.00. He sprayed for weeds and put down additional mulch and left. I notified both customer service and Tyler that their provider refused to complete the work to my satisfaction and I now want a refund of the percentage of work not completed. I have heard nothing from this company since. Complaint registered with BBB.

I have been using Plowz and Mowz for the times I am unable to mow my own yard. Every experience so far has been amazing. They work with true professionals who know what theyre doing. If there is ever a delay in service for any reason(weather, etc) they will be arching out to you and keep you informed on any changes. The level of service provided by the folks that work here is outstanding which is why I continue to use their service. True advocates for the customer who care deeply about the quality of service they provide.

Plowz & Mowz is awesome! I downloaded the App, asked for a plow and 45 minutes later my driveway was plowed and perfect. Great price, great service!

Dont bother using Plowz & Mowz. Their aeration service is a complete joke as their providers have bottom of the barrel equipment. The guy that came to do my service which I paid $160 for simply came with a lawn mower and spike attachment and this was considered aeration. He didnt even have cinder blocks are anything adding weight to actually punch holes in the ground. After contacting them about their inadequate service I simply got a sorry, let me know if we can ever help in future

Love using this app to schedule lawncare! Its quick, simple and user-friendly. Also, Dan is the man...he makes sure customers are happy to stay with good service. :-)

Affordable, convenient, and reliable. Had an incomplete plow once, called, and they sent someone out to redo it right away. The other 20+ times have gone smoothly.

Accurately estimated time of arrival (give or take minutes but, realistically accurate eta) and very thorough on completion of service. Would use again and recommend to others.

I ordered plow service on Saturday for Sunday afternoon. It’s Monday at 10 AM and no one has shown up yet!

Awful service ! Damaged my lawn and when I contacted them they were very rude. Avoid like plague.

Don’t bother as they never come out or assign a job. I’ve ordered them three times and only once have they come out.
