My basement flooded in May I sent all the soil items here. Just now opening the bags they placed everything in 30% of the garments are ruined with red dye and the other has mold on it. Don’t recommend this place if you have a nice garment. They were unable to decipher between faded glory and Ann Klein. Just giving you a description of the garment Delicates that they don’t understand.

They should have a better system for when you finish washing. You have to wait for someone to get the free dryer, time consuming.

I loved doing laundry at this location. Some days (especially Sunday) are extremely busy. I usually went in after 7pm and the place was completely open. There are restaurants and convenient stores within 1 block to pass the time since there arent many places to sit inside. Their prices are very reasonable and of course they allow you to dry for free! They also provide dryer sheets and laundry soap for less than $1 just in case you forget to bring your own. There is always an attendant on duty and they are very responsive to any questions you may have.

I drop off weekly. I have been a customer for over a year. Always done on time, folded to perfection, and no problems...ever! It feels like home. The staff is great. All with welcoming, kind, and genuine energy.

Good place to wash your thing

Started coming here weekly since other family also comes here and have said good things. This is a really clean place, they have single, triple and six- load washers plus standard size dryers and oversized dryers. All dryers are free, if youve used their washers. There is always an attendant. The detergent and vending machines are out of service but they have laundry bags for sale at the counter.

Real good place to get your clothes washed, very clean

The washing machines are super clean and look well maintained. I was here on a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy, but everyone was respectful and waited there turn. The biggest bonus is the free dry wall. The dryers look kinda junkie but it works and it’s free. The only draw back (it’s not really that bad) is you need to get the attendant to rig it to work for free. All in all not a bad place to do your wash.

Nice size machines. Get your money worth and free drying. It could be a little cleaner and have someplace to sit outside for a smoke or air but worker was really nice. Not sure if his name but he had long gray blonde hair.

Made an account just to write this review bc I lost a bet with the owner. He told me my clothes would be dry in under 35 min. They were dry in 30! Lived in NY and been to my share of laundries. This is the greatest

I cant brag enough about this place!! Weve been coming for years we know all the sta8and we save so much money washing here as apposed to any other laundromat. Its cheap the washers and dryers are huge they even have small ones for those with less clothes to wash or for your white clothes and drying is free!! Our clothes always gets washed properly and weve never had a pro6at this place ever!! Highly reccomend if you are in need of a new place to wash and dry also they do have a service where they will wash dry and fold your clothes for you , you just pay by the pound for this service.

One of my favorite places to go. I can find things I need and want. The grocery store is a really good move and the quality of the merchandise is good.

The mat is always clean, nobody bothers you the staff is always friendly and the new decor is great! Free drying is also a plus!

The fact that you have to wait outside in the cold while your laundry is done is the reason for the 2 stars

Love this place! Been coming for several years, always clean, friendly staff, and good pricing! Love the new large dryers. Can wash all my king size comforters (5) in one $8.00 washer. Also one of the only places I know of that has free drying on all the dryers in the whole place, and they dry them until theyre fully dried!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Drop off service is great as well!

A busy place on Saturday afternoon! Heard about this place in another review on a different laundromat. Love the new fast machines. Free dry. Not a terribly large parking lot but it was definitely worth driving all around Ohio city and the surrounding area to find a good place. Will be back!

Finally a place that gives you actual FREE DRY!!!Been to all the free dry places and this one doesnt use that scam card system, and you get like 30 min at a time instead of like 7 and all the dryers in the joint are free. Best laundromat period!

New machines, clean, ALL the dryers are free (crazy but its true) and they will dry your clothes until they are fully dry didnt have to pay anything extra for my dry like most places. New spot for sure!

Great owner and great laundromat but this employee named Moe is very rude. Its the black guy that works there. He usually closes. I was rushed and couldnt even wash all my clothes before 8pm. I came in at 7:40pm. Wont be coming back unless hes fired.

I have never been to a laundromat before, but I needed to wash a two-person sleeping bag that was too large for my washer at home. Staff was very friendly and helpful to me having never used commercial washers/driers before. Equipment seemed pretty clean.

Lots of options ranging between $5.75 and $9. Free drying (takes two 30-min cycles to get fully dry). Could use a bit more seating, but those running the place were very nice and helpful.

Very clean. Good machines and hot dryers. Love the drop off service! Cant use big dryers unless you use big washers even around closing time when theres no one else there. They are RIDICULOUSLY STRICT about it. Everyone is friendly except the guy that closes. He does nothing but criticize the way people wash clothes and always has something snarky to say. Ill just go during the day. Overall best bang for your buck.

This has got to be one of the best run laundry services in the free world. Honestly the people that work here are some of the most efficient, friendly and capable personnel I have encountered anywhere - period.

I love using this laundry mat because the staff is usually helpful. The use of cell phones while at work shouldnt be allowed because it preoccupies the staff just a tad!
