The gentleman that works there made it all wonderful! The place needs some care. Tv doesnt work, no music. Half of the washer and dryers dont work or falling a part. I understand with the Covid going on and we are still transitioning. But this is the time to fix on whatever is cracked, broke and bent out of shape. This is definitely not a complaint but helpful hints. Thank you for clean water and the services provided.

The male attendant was nasty towards my sons. When he realized that they were with an adult he apologize to us and tried to make up some lame excuse talking about how they use to be before the pandemic. I told him not my son and you dont even know them. I felt like he prejudged them because they were young black males.

The place is very clean. The two gentlemen were polite and one was exceedingly helpful. There were quite a few machines in need of repair. Had to rewash a load. Other than that it was good.

There were quite a few machines that werent in order and after reading other reviews I understand why, however that forced me to use a washer larger than I really needed besides that the gentleman that I am used to seeing was friendly and helpful as always.

I love Euclid Beach laundromat its so comfortable and the people are really friendly they just have a few dryers that need to be fixed other than than I wouldnt trade them

Either most of the machines are broke or like today they don’t have any change how do u run out of change on the day u know most people wash clothes going somewhere else from now on

They keep a good eye on there customers. Bless there hearts. First time going there a lady yelled at my boyfriend said thats my washer and they came fast and said thats not your washer he was there first and didnt let this women bully my boyfriend. Thank you! Good workers! Nice and clean!

This is my third time coming here, each time I was rushed. This could be a nice place to wash but I dont like the way the employees go about doing things. Decent place but customer service needs a little improvement

Very clean, not too many people, plenty of different size washers and dryers, some of the dryers are free with paid wash, close parking, go shopping (while your clothes are washing) at the grocery store located about 100 feet away, clean bathroom for customers, comfortable tables to sit at.

Clean always free dry every day of the week with wash of course. Perfect place I love it

Great place to do laundry! Free dry and extra large washers.

No water went into the washing machine I was using, just enough to soak the blankets and thats it. My wash did not come clean. My partber called the number on the door so we could find out why this was m, he said the water is regulated, to me they regulated the water so they will not have a high azz water bill. Never will i come here again. No staff is here either. I do not have 8.50 to waste. I miss the old management which they never sold this. I will go back to 152nd St. Clair.
