First time at this practice. Very professional. AETNA accepted. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new primary doctor.

Very satisfied with my first visit with Doctor Kushnar. I felt comfortable with my visit. I was also happy that I did not have to sit and wait an hour or longer before being taken care of as I had always experienced from my previous provider.

I have been going there for care since I have been 18 years old, 12 years total. She is a good family doctor. She doesnt say much, she mostly listens and takes everything in before stating her plan of care. She is a teaching doctor and has residents that she mentors. They come in and assess patients before she does. She is overall a fair doctor and I like you can draw your blood work at her facility during your appointment and not have to go to an outpatient lab to get it done.

Myself, my husband, and both of our kids have been patients here for a few years now and we have ALWAYS had a great experience. We moved away and still make the drive to continue our care here. This doctor truly listens and cares!

Staff is caring, extremely knowledgeable, takes time to hear any concerns. Leaving the office very satisfied with the care. Would highly recommend Dr Kushner to family, friends.

Dr Kushner and staff have always been chill and nice to me. Appointments are pretty quick. I was shot in 2018 and had a bunch of nerves messed up from it and she worked with me to get some safe meds to manage the intense pain. I live 3 hours away from Cleveland now, but I still go back for Dr visits because I like it at Dr Kushners.

Dr Kushnar has been my doctor for years, very professional staff in office, takes the time to listen to what you have to say. has helped after suffering with years of cervical pain, Dr Kushnar gave me a name of a specialist and in 3 weeks I was in surgery they years of pain were just about gone. I will have little minor pain from now on but that was expected. Her office always clean, alot of information papers to read. Im very happy with Dr Kushnar and staff.

My first experience at Ridge Park was some five years ago, the referred specialists was life changing. Upon this visit, my 1st. since then, I felt relaxed and safe in the waiting room, nurse practitioner was super, and Dr. Kushnar is golden...

Everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly, and extremely caring. The Doctor and NP listened to my concerns and explained in detail my treatment and goals.

Dr Kushner is a very patient person, she makes sure her patients accomplish the outcome to maintain their health issues. She takes your health personal. I recommend her because she will put u first.

Dr Kushnar is very honest and concerned for her patients well-being.

I saw some reviews that mentioned issues with one of the receptionists a few years ago and I know exactly who they were talking about.Apart from that one specific person who worked the front desk for a short period of time, Dr. Kushnar and her staff have always been exceptionally courteous, empathetic, and professional.

Extremely unprofessional especially the receptionist, Nicolette. Along with Dr. Kushner they like to make fun of patients especially senior citizens, helpless folks. It appears to me that the doctor makes fun of people because she is highly incompetent.

Always very fast and professional, everyone that works here is always friendly and courteous. Been seeing dr Kushner for over a year now and she is awesome!

The office staff and the doctor and the students are all very nice and they listen to me. I never have to wait long and Dr. Kushnar always answers my questions and helps me any of my needs.

Do not, I repeat do not go to this Doctor. The office manger and billing manger Dawn are some very disrespectful racist people. They will not give me my medical records, yes I have a balance but I never said I was not paying them. I am still an active patient (Not any longer) with her. I am in the process of getting a surgery and the other doctors need my medical records to proceed. Dawn had the nerve to tell me that my medical records are the Doctors records and then they are mine. HIPPA law states that they can not hold someone medical records even if they have a balance. A charge can be applied to print or mail them out. The things she was saying to me was very offensive and unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with HIPPA and my attorneys will be involved. I advise y’all to go to another doctor because she is not the one.

If you care about your health, and want results dont go here, had imaging done Jan 15th , confirmed with imaging center they were sent , my first call completely ignored ,my second call I was asked exactly what did I want to know? Uh the results, well its been 2 weeks and she hasnt read them yet will call you back in a day or 2 . Another week goes by my 3rd call uh we never received any results where did you go? I were you gave me order to go . Absolutely ridiculous completely unprofessional...DO NOT RECOMMEND

I love my doctor. She and Sheila have been taking care of my family for 8 years. Its hard to find a doctor that really listens and encourages you to participate in your health plan.

The person who answers the phone needs to go back to school and get some class or just learn how to actually make appointments, and learn how to talk to patients correctly.

I adore Dr. Kushnar and the rest of the staff. Theyve been nothing but helpful and professional since we began going there a few years ago. They always come through in anything you need or in making same day appointments for emergency situations.

Phenomenal in all aspects.
