I am a new employee at JSI. From my first conversation with Ivan to the day I was hired, I have been extremely impressed. Hes very professional in his work, but more importantly, he is understanding when it comes to my personal struggles. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Im enjoying working with my immediate supervisor Pasha. She is experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about the quality of work we provide. She implements a team philosophy that allows us to help each other make sure all areas are completed by the end of the shift.I would recommend to JSI to anyone seeking employment or services.

Hello hello, J.S.I. janitorial services. Good morning they have some smart intelligent beautiful hard working employees willing to go the extra mile if needed. Cleaning, disinfectant, sanitizing is their speciality. Many supervisors/team leaders quite a few many many exceptional ones They need to take stock which employees need to be valued and appreciated more. Their customer service, secretaries personnel. I really would work for Janitorial Services Inc. And i do work at Moen Faucet Company just for me as an construction to do fancy place to work here at the office building. I really love this place to work here from Monday thru Friday @ 5:00pm-9:00pm which is right.

I was always short on my hours, management dont know what they doing, and they only hire part-time never full time... I was told that I can get 2hrs added on my check because they didnt have a trainner to train a new manager and they basically under paid me to train, had me doing management work and still shorted me on my check... No good experience.. when II talke the area manager she told me she didnt care

They are okay they told me I couldnt work back there because I was dnrd from not showing up which my car got broken into the night before I went to work . They dont give you a chance . Worse place to work

Ive worked for jsi for a year. They make promises to you and they dont follow through. They tell you they will pay you double time lol my pay checks was always the same so double time was not been paid. Kept my text messages stating that.. so just make sure you always write down hours and keep your text messages.

Worst company I have ever worked for. They could not give me a reason they relieved me of my job. The HR is rude. Ivan (HR) Continuously interrupted me when attempting to explain the situation to him. His voice would get louder in order to talk over me. I did Not want to deal with such blatant disrespect. So, I asked to talk to Ron (the owner). Ron has not once got back to me on the situation as well a the astatus of my position at JSI. I called March 5th to talk to Ron. Every person would transfer me straight to his voicemail. When I attempted to talk to his assumed secratary. She had put me on speaker with Ivan not Ron. Which is whom I asked for. They avoided as well as could not answer any of my questions pertaining to my job. They said they have called me multiple times to let me know I no longer have my job. I have no data of any phone calls from them in my phone records. I have not worked in 2 weeks and 4 days for they have not informed me of which building I would be transferred to when telling them I am ok with moving to another building. This has affected my finances drastically.I ended up being late on 2 bills. They Never updated me on when I can go back to work. They also have a drug addict as a supervisor at one of their locations. RON Martnett if you are Reading this. Hire new office workers for if they cannot have a calm, cool and well articulated conversation with your other employees and can not give direct as well as factual answers they will be your companys downfall.

They find you work really fast but its basically slavery! School building on Detroit me and another girl cleaned two buildings alone and worked 5hrs for 8.50 every two weeks thats not even 50 dollars a day we had to do alot of work for little pay....SO NOT WORTH IT
