I’ve been here 3 times. My first time the lady showed up late and didn’t have the keys to the studio and asked me to wait 30 mins for the owner to bring a key. The second time - good experience with a different lady, she was nice and did a good job. My 3rd experience - horrible and would definitely avoid going here on Tues / Thurs. The lady’s work ethic was so poor (didn’t greet, has an attitude, just flat out rude).If the GM reads this, please provide her with some insight to good customer service. She really needs it..

I went for my eyebrows, chin and sideburns threading and as you can see from the picture ended up with cuts and scars, that lady who did this was just rushing to get it done and went harsh. My mistake walking in around 5:45 ( they close at 6 but still) Horrible experience, my eyebrows as so bad that I can’t even dare to put a picture, never ever going again!

Mrs./Ms. Isis (not sure what her marital status is) was the women I was lucky enough to have give my eyebrows a full a** hair cut. 🤣🤣 && when i say hair cut, I mean it. This was not a simple clean up or a reshape process, this was Chewbacca (Starwars reference) walking into a barber getting the platinum service. (Will post before and after photos)I am so so so so greatful for her knowledge and experience. She also was able to handle the sweat that I couldnt seem to stop producing 🥵💦 (took a break from my moving 📦🛻🏠📦) and reminded me how lucky I was to be able to produce such. Along with the thickness and amount of hair I had.The point, give this establishment a try.Hopefully you will have the same experience I had. I walked out with completely different eyebrows and an attitude. Not only about myself but how 1 person with a talent that may be looked over CAN change someones whole day.Simple acts.Thanks Isis.

I should have done come here a long time ago. I am very particular and extremely obsessed with my brows being perfect. Somer is a professional. She did microblading on my eyebrows. Her attention to detail and symmetry were on point. I have gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows. I have TTM and used to spend 15 minutes everyday drawing them in. She relieved me from worrying about my brows smearing or coming off at the gym. Now I just get up, wash my face and hit the road. Thank you so much Somer! I highly recommend microblading and I recommend Somer’s work. I also got my nails done by Julia and they were perfect. Thank you ladies and I definitely will be back!

I recently moved back to the area and was in desperate need of an eyebrow threading. I trust very few people with my brows and don’t regret visiting one bit. Everything was clean, the woman who helped me was lovely, and she killed the brow game for me.

Getting my brows micro bladed by Samar was the best decision Ive made. Ever. Seriously! After doing my research, I met w/her for the 1st time & felt 100% confident in her abilities & attention to detail. I wake up every morning more confident in me. I find myself wearing less makeup than before, & saving so much time in the morning not having to fill in the holes I used to have in my eyebrows. I get compliments all the time on how perfect my eyebrows are. Im not shy to say theyre not all 100% me, that my girl Samar transformed me.

So I’ve been going to Love Thread Bar for about three months now. The very first time I came in, a worker there Erika, welcomed me immediately. Ever since, she’s been my girl! It took a while to fix my caterpillars but I have always left so thankful for her work. Great customer service! I absolutely love this place and have recommended to many friends and family. Definitely recommend all of their services!! Must go!!!

Very nice person who was working on my eyebrows, but completely ruined them for me. They aren’t level and don’t match. She kept trying to fix them only to ruin them further.Never going back.When I told her she just said I was too picky- Which was inappropriate to say the least.

She is quick, but really takes her time to perfect each service to ensure every client is satisfied with the final result. Her skills are second to none. Let’s give it zero stars I have had many disappointing eyebrow experiences of course this is the worst f up. Got an eyebrow tint. I’ve been tinting my brows for over 10 years. I have middle eastern features it’s very easy to do it correctly. I do it myself with the same products they do but I ran out and didn’t have time to get a new box from amazon. The worst idea going to love threading. There is dye all over my fkn face. My face just looks dirty now. What the hell happened! My brows themselves are terrible also she not only overdrew it - she over drew terribly! The bottom of my eyebrow now looks like a triangle. Are you kidding me.

I went to love threading bar for threading of upper lips, lower lips, eyebrows and tenting of eyebrows. I cannot describe how good of an experience that was. Usually, threading can be good in a lot of places but the distinct and amazing customer service identifies a good place from a mediocre place. This place is OUTSTANDING! I have been to many eyebrows places and it takes a lot to give such a rating! The staff was super friendly, respectful, and they make sure you leave the place happy with the way you look! I would return in a heart beat😍 I have friends who I am making them come all the way from Nashville to utilize this place. Wonderful experience!

Had an excellent first time experience and it was pretty affordable. Just a heads up, they used rose water after the threading which some can be sensitive to. Walked in and had no wait time. Staff was engaging and professional. Will be my new go to spot.

I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for years, and this is by far my worst experience. Unsure of her name, but she accidentally took off a huge chunk of my eyebrow (the part near the center of my face.) The shape is completely ruined. Now I have to wait for them to grow back and get them re-shaped and look crazy in the meantime. She is super inexperienced.

I had a terrible experience here. While the girl assisting with threading my eyebrows was incredibly nice, she was trying to convince me of more services the entire time. I explained how sensitive my face was and she insisted that I should get all of my face threaded and be done with my hispanic facial hair. I asked multiple times if it would cause me to break out at all, she was very adamant that I would not. My eyebrows were fine but I had a terrible reaction on the sides of my face that are still not fully gone to this day, almost a month later. My face is scared with blemishes, worse than anything I had ever dealt with in my teens because I took very good care of my skin. I will be reaching out to the number the owner has posted on here and seeking a full refund. I cannot justify paying as much as I did to only be ashamed to even go into work. The amount of makeup I had to purchase as well is beyond ridiculous. As far as eyebrows are concerned, they are fine. I understand that different types of skin react differently but what is not okay is promising the scared client in the chair that a little rose water will absolutely keep you from breaking out.

Very inconsistent results, Ive been there maybe 4-5 times now and Ive had a different girl every time. Most girls do a fine job, the girl who I got on a Monday did the best job so far, but the girl who I got on a Friday cut the crap out of my eyebrow, like, there is a HUGE cut now. They have good prices and are very quick, but I wish my results were the same no matter who I go to.

I got my brows Micro bladed on April 11,2017. The procedure was very painful. So much that my sinuses began clogging mid procedure. I believe Samar said she doesnt like using the numbing cream because it somehow affects the outcome of the finished look.The procedure took longer because Samar felt the ink wasnt taking. I noticed my brows were not symmetrical and voiced my concern to Samar. She did attempt to fix it but by this time it was 30 minutes of cutting into my face and the pain was so unbearable that I didnt want to continue. They looked good but I was not happy with asymmetrical eyebrows.I did text Samar after 1.5 weeks to ask if this could be fixed in a touch up session, she assured me it could.I did go home to research about use of numbing creams and every person I spoke to and all You Tube videos confirmed that numbing cream is used. It seems unusual that it would not be used.At this time if not for the asymmetry I personally wouldnt be requesting a touch up. Since this needs to be fixed I am forced to return to fix an error made during the initial service and pay full price for a touch up to cover that.My appointment is pending. I will reserve the rest of my review until after that appointment. So far overall Im satisfied with the ink but not with the asymmetry. I have to use makeup to make my eyebrows look the same every day.

I had such a negative experience here. I went for an eyebrow tint - I wanted a medium brown tint to my blonde/brown eyebrows. Im very fair skinned with blonde hair and wanted a shade similar to my brown roots.She dyed my eyebrows black after I explained what I wanted. When I expressed that they were too dark and I was unhappy, she moved on to the next person. I sat and was googling how to try to lighten a bad brow tint at home, while the other employee noticed I was unhappy and told the girl to try to take some of the dye off as I was clearly uncomfortable.She rubbed my eyebrows for a while with a liquid, and also plucked at just one eyebrow though I clearly said I did not want threading or hair removal of any kind.. just a tint. The color lightened in the slightest. Mostly, the dye just came off of my skin.Im grateful her coworker said something because I was so embarrassed, but I still left upset. I understand it will wash out in a few weeks but this looks so terrible and unnatural on me. The girl did not care that it made me look ridiculous and still had me pay for it...Just buy yourself a tinted brow gel at Ulta.

Horrible. I came here for lash extensions. They only lasted one week. I went and bought everything they recommended and was ultra gentle. So I went back & they “fixed” them. They only lasted three days ! So I decided to try one more time. The women said they didn’t have any lashes and I saw all the boxes right in front of me. When I left she locked the door and put on the closed sign. They close at 8 pm as listed online and on the door. I think she just didn’t want to do my lashes, so she lied. Although Nehad did amazing on my eyebrows this other women was awful and rude. She kept saying she did not understand. She clearly understood me. And if she can’t she truly can’t understand English the shouldn’t have her there alone. I am all for people learning but you have to be able to communicate. That’s unfair to clients and dangerous for her. She should have another coworker to help her. Poor service skills possibly due to language barrier.

Erica did a great job at threading my eyebrows! Totally flawless. She also tinted them which I had never done before, and made them look flawless. However, I think that they were too dark. I’ll definitely do it again, just with a lighter shade! I told her medium brown because that’s the ABH pencil color that I use, but it’s not a big deal. Thanks! I’m glad that there’s a great threading place close to downtown where I live so I don’t have to go all the way to Beachwood.

Im extremely upset with this place!! I just got back home from going to get my eyebrows done at this location and when I walked in the lady didnt even say hello to me until i was sitting down for about 5 mins waiting! When she told me to come sit on her chair I told her exactly how I wanted my eyebrows and she said okay so as shes doing them im hoping for the best and she gets done and shows me and I point out that she left me with 2 balled spots and as she can tell with my facial expressions Im very unhappy at this point and she said she can fix it so I lay back down to try and let her fix it and as she gets done again I looked in the mirror and its even worse! She kept asking me if I wanted to go thinner and I said no because at this point one side has 2 balled spots and no arch 😖😭 I really wasnt happy but stayed nice and respectful so when I go to pay even though I really didnt even want to pay for her messing up my eyebrows horribly shes like they look good I dont see why you are upset and Im like I have 2 balled spots and no arch 😓😤 but I payed and went on my way! Im very upset and if I could rate her -10 stars I really would!! This is upsetting because I went there 1 month ago and a different lady did my eyebrows and it was perfect so I was hoping for the same results but was extremely dissatisfied & disappointed! She didnt tell me her name but it was today around 1-2pm! If you are going here good luck..I tried to add a picture but its not letting me. Now I have to learn how to draw on my eyebrow tell the hair grows back 😭

I have tried this place twice for eyebrows. The first time I hate the way they came out. Since its close to home I thought maybe Ill try again with someone else and hate my brow even more then the first time! They took away my shape and thinned them out. Plus they were not cleaned up on my eye lid. I am beyond dissatisfied!

Worst place samar messed up my brows bad.. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I had to have the microblading removed bc she SUCKED. wish I could sure her for messing up my face as she promised she wouldnt.

Bought Groupon. Called to see if I needed an appt. Told just come in. Asked when is best time, not a busy time, told dont know, just come in. Went in in middle of afternoon. No greeting. Was told by another customer to sign in. Sat and waited. When it was my turn told to sit here. Told her I did not want above my brows done, only below, she shook her head. Went to pay and she redeemed my groupon then wrote on a piece of scratch paper that I had one left, nothing official. I left a tip, but regret it. No thank you from her. Next day looked in the mirror, still had to pluck and have a scab line under both brows. Completely unprofessional. Awful experience.

If you wamt someone who takes their time and asks you how and what you want done, find Tasha. Ive never been happier than the past two times Ive seen her. She is amazing at her job and she doesnt just start without asking. I appreciate that because I have had some real issues with two others that did not listen to anyrhing I said and they tried to talk me into believing I was wrong for being upset. This is my face, pretty or not, I like when things are done properly. Ill NEVER go back unless Tasha is working. Done deal. The best and nicest person Ive encountered at ANY place Ive gone to go get my eyebrows threaded. The other girl, I dont know her name, she made my eyes bleed, literally. I was scabbed for over a month and couldnt even wear eye makeup. She acted like she didnt understand English. Why are you working there if you dont even know what people are saying and you cant even answer a question? Idk. Tasha is the best and I will travel to the other thread bar to see her, if shes not at the one closer to me.

This Review is in reference to their Ridge Road location. This place started out very well __ the Ladies did a good job so I continued to patronize, even recommended, however, this past year with the new staff it started to go down quickly, has become extremely painful, more tweezers and pulling skin than threading as well as redness and scaring, carelessness -- more interested in their conversations and their phones then doing a good job and caring for the customer -- very disappointing will be looking for this service elsewhere.
