Takes too long to have mirrors replaced. After a week I gave up and asked for a refund.

I am a Property Manager at a large, historical building in Cleveland. We recently had a very large pane of glass in one of our main front doors break. I was nervous this was going to be a long and drawn out process to properly repair. I called City Glass and was blown away! It was completely and professionally repaired at a reasonable rate within the same business day! Excellent and prompt customer service!!! I work with service providers and contractors frequently, this was an amazing and uniquely pleasing experience. They will now be our go to place for glass repairs.

My storm door window was destroyed by a recent windstorm. Mind you, its a large piece of glass. Lisa was very helpful with my decision as to what type of replacement glass to purchase and when it was finished I am so glad that I followed her advise. They did a wonderful job! I was quoted $10 over the phone for the dimensions I specified. I drove all the way there from Parma Heights, for them to change the price to $25. Honor your price quote! I do not recommend them.

I called them to have some glass cut and it was kind of an emergency and it was late on Friday afternoon. They had it for me within an hour! I am sure they cant do that every time but I was impressed. Every thing fit perfectly and all is good at home tonight. 5stars from me! Thank you City Wide.

Not very responsive at replacement

First, I needed a piece of glass cut smaller to fit into a frame. This piece of glass was cut correctly, but I measured wrong! Lisa, the wonderful office support team member, said...because it was Saturday, no one was in to cut the glass. But, she then said the owner would cut the glass, so come on in. The owner, Sam Shannawi, cut the glass for free!Sam is a great man and a smart business owner. He is very friendly and very customer-service oriented.I subsequently ended up breaking the first window that Sam cut down for me, but upon my return (the same Saturday, just a half hour later), Sam stopped what he was working on to cut me a new piece of glass!Thank you Lisa and Sam!

Working on a restoration of a 1912 cleveland home which caught on fire and I needed 6 pieces of glass cut to replace the original glass which has been cracked and broken from the fire. I brought one of the pieces of original glass in and templates of the others. Sam was able to cut the pieces on the spot which was a huge relief because I needed the pieces replaced ASAP to meet the project deadline. Sam was honest and gave me reasonable expectations for my terrible templates I brought him but said if the don’t fit, bring them back. The pieces fit with no issues which was awesome but it’s cool knowing that he would recut or trim them if they didn’t. Friendly, great customer service, great price for what I needed. Called for a quote on some work individual who answered phone was rude and said he wasnt interested. Poor professionalism!

Waited for two hours for the technician to come out and give an estimate. finally called after they never showed up and the receptionist tells me that her boss said they dont do estimates and we need to bring the window in. NO ONE called to cancel the appointment. receptionist was less than apologetic - totally rude. dont use this company.
