Bunch of liars. After missing the garbage truck and explaining the. circumstances, was told to leave on curb and they would pickup. Called the next day and another rep tells me that since I missed the pickup, Id have to get rid of myself. So why couldnt they say it rather than have me drag to curb?? Not the first incident with them. What do we pay for? I should have dragged across the street since they were right there. Lazy and reps unprofessional.

Their quoted price is a lie I was always charged 4-5 times higher than my quote. When I finally canceled I was told there would be no additional charges which was a lie again!!! Now I’m paying a quarter of the price with another company! Look elsewhere Republic is a rip off!!!

A guy hauling a 20 yd dumpster near 615 just dumped rocks all over my vehicle and cracked my windshield. Secure your loads or stay off the road!

This service is terrible. They bought out a previous company that we had and has not sent out any transition information. I called several months ago and was told nothing will change. I still have not received a new account number.Fast forward until today and I have several bags of trash they they now claim they will not pick up because it is not in an authorized container. I spoke with two individuals this morning and was told different things from different people. Terrible customer service. And to top it off I was told they will now charge me $30 if I cancel my service to pick up the container. So basically a $30 cancellation fee because they screwed up. I will be contacting the Ohio Attorney General and the BBB. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would, you are a terrible company and your employees are just as terrible. The trash you collect is better than all of you.

When I signed up for residential service, they tried to slip in $78 service fees raising my yearly service almost 40%. Big red flag, but I got it removed and signed up anyway. Now that Ive canceled it after two years, they are charging me $70 to pick up the old garbage can. A bunch of crooks. Stay away from these guys.

Horrible service no accountability for missing trash. I had to call three separate times this week to ask why they didnt pick up trash for a paying customer. They had no answer in all three three scheduled pickups were failed. If you have a chance to pick another waste carrier do it. In the meantime Im going to leave my trash out over the weekend and if Eastlake sends me a citation Ill forward it for you to pay

I really didn’t want to give them even one star. They took my garbage can on accident on Monday and now I can’t get another garbage can until The following Monday. In the meantime what do I do with my garbage. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. But the Republic system is garbage literally.

Worst garbage service Ive ever experienced. After I signed up they came to drop off cans and put them directly behind my BMW, of ANYWHERE, WHY right behind a luxury car? Sure enough I backed into them as I could not see them over the trunk and dented my car, $782 to fix that. Then it was a few weeks before they even realize I was a new customer on the route and resulted in my garage being swarmed with flies, trash all over my lawn to clean up, and bags out on the curb all week. totally gross. Finally they started to pick the cans up but the driver never gets out of the truck or rocks the can back and forth one time (like all garbage truck drivers do to make sure the can is empty.....) so 90% of the time they did not empty the cans, the bottom two or three bags left all week to rot so I stopped paying until they started providing me the correct service. They hit me $35 SERVICE INTERRUPTION FEE and suspended my service, but I chose to not pay until I could get the fee deducted because they werent picking up the trash!!!! So I contacted them again and asked how you can charge someone a service interruption fee when their service has already been suspended; they terminated my service, then charged me ANOTHER service interruption fee while it was already interrupted!!!!! They refused to get me a supervisor or a manager and the woman I spoke with was pretty rude and unwilling to resolve the situation. I am having my lawyer look into this company as it appears they are running a monopoly which is a breach of antitrust laws and a clear violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890 and Clayton Antitrust Act of 1914, Ohio Revised Code 1331 and Title 15 of the U.S. Code dealing with monopolies.

Frequent pick up issues and billing issues. When I call they say sorry and they fixed the problem but we continue to have issues.

Had to call 5 separate times to get my dumpster replaced because the one they gave me had a giant hole in the bottom and I couldnt throw away my trash without it falling all over the parking lot. They then tell me they are going to charge me a fee for swapping out the dumpster! How do you give a customer a broken dumpster and then charge them to replace it?! Shady!

Very lazy men working for this company my garbage has been on my lawn for 2 days they didnt pick up when suppose to they flat out suck

Basically through my trash cans on the ground and left them there for me to pick up, also dragged one of my trash cans to the Other side of my drive way and left ot there instead of placing it where it had been.

Always issues with pick up, missing schedule, billing issues .. it seems they should be out of the business ... frustrating working with republic..
