Whats absolutely great about these people, nothing changes. They are still the same people, providing the same service. My family has been customers of theres for 25 years. It is amazing to me, the owners cared enough, they have kept there doors open and have had them open for more than 40 years! BRAVO! WAY TO GO GUYS!!

Im on q fixed income and i have chemo brain due to have had Carcinoma Cancer.I had the monies put back to pay my monthly payment. I totally forgot and ended up spending the monies. When i got text from them. I ask them to work with me. And Stacy, owner did just that. In the past they always hit us up

I paid cash for a whole living room suit, along with a fireplace stand. I bought a bedroom suit, that they delivered and came to my house and setup. The bed frame had a crack that ran from the bottom where my nightstand was placed. I guess to cover it up, So that I couldn’t see it and they wouldn’t fixed it. Anyone going to pay cash for any items, make sure you check it very well.

I purchased mattress through rental program,fair price and excellent service. Purchase use chair this week. They were nice enough to deliver it ,even though I bought it on cash price .will definitely visit them for my future needs.

Do not go here. I am dealing with a personal issue. They are aware. But the manager has took it upon himself to discuss my situation with a family member who is not on my contract. Hes giving her false information and telling her things that hes heard from someone else about me that are completely false. Telling this person that he heard from someone that the police are looking for me. I followed up on this and this was totally untrue. Hes also trying to say I stole a piece that is in storage because I had to leave an abusive situation and I would like to keep the piece and I made a payment on. It was a couple of days late but thats because of my work schedule. Im also still making payments on a piece that my ex busted and I returned to them and let them know the same day it happened. But hes still treating me very rudely. I work 55 hours a week and am also in retail so my hours at work are the hours they are open. He is making demands to me and threatening legal action because Im making payments but have the item in storage for a couple of weeks until I get found a place to move into because a domestic situation made me flee my home. I have told him that I would return the item when I have a day off but hes still threatening me so now I have to get a family member to do it for me while Im at work. I feel like I have been slandered and treated very unprofessionally. Im in retail management as well and have never treated a customer this way. Im calling their corporate office if there is one and the better business bureau about this store.
