I applied at CDS a couple of years ago and I had no issues and I had a pleasant experience. Which is why, if I ever needed to go through a temporary service, I always called CDS first.I’m not too sure what Pam’s issue is, but she’s incredibly rude and disrespectful. She constantly interrupted me while I was speaking and never listened to what I was telling her. I called because the assignment she gave me wasn’t paying enough at the time, so I called back because I seen a manufacturer position that paid well. She said, and I quote “No, you just can’t do it, you have to lift 70lbs.” I was trying to tell her I could because I had manufacturing experience, but she continued to tell me that I couldn’t do it, and I needed to wait to get hired on by where I was working, but if she’d stop talking long enough she’d know that I couldn’t wait that long.She all around isn’t very honest, ‘nor pleasant to work with. The only agent I had a positive experience with was Laurel. I think it’s time they hire more patient and respectful people.

CDC is the best temporary service around here. Miss Pam is the best. Always found me a good paying job. She works with me until Im satisfy. Shes very professional. With God as my witness, the office manager is extremely rude & unprofessional. Also seems as if theyre only interested in making money. My advice? Go to a different agency where they actually take their time and treat you with respect.. OR keep job hunting on your own! Walk into buildings with a resume on hand & keep trying! I would have much rather preferred to continue doing that & get hired directly through a company, than to spend almost half a day dealing with their ridiculousness.

This use to be right time right place staffing. They do not care about you as a individual all they see is dollars signs. Pam Marion does not care. I delt with her had a problem where I was working but remember you work for the staffing company needless to say I lost my job and the which didnt even tell me not to go in the next day.
