At some point in life, you can still buy off the rack, but for a quality fit, custom, tailored suit, Tom James has an excellent product for a reasonable price.Dash knows what I like and offers a selection that looks good and jives with me. If something isnt right, he rectifies it immediately, which doesnt happen often.Investing in your appearance is an investment not only in yourself, but in your business.

Service, service, service! Yes, the fabrics are nice and made to measure. Yes, they look great and receive compliments. But not having to think about where to go and being assured that the end product is 100% what youre looking for is the reason why I keep coming back. Ive had TJ clothiers in Raleigh, Austin, and Cleveland, and the commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering. Most recently, Josh Smith has been knocking it out of the park, and I hope to continue my TJ experience in Chicago.

Grace Durbak was responsible for sizing and leading us in the right direction for my husband’s suit. We are extremely happy with her flexibility and knowledge. We highly recommend Grace and we will be returning to her!

My husband first ordered shirts & pants from this company in March 2020 and he has YET to receive his items - and he paid for it all - over $600!!! First person came out, did measurements, charged credit card and left the company. Five months later, he heard from a new sales person that his clothes were ready. After trying them on in September, the shirts and pants were all too short and they had to be remade. There has been no follow up from the sales person unless he reaches out first. 7 weeks later, after reaching out, he was advised that the pants were ready and now at the end of December, shirts are still not ready!!! This is completely unacceptable - especially for a company who prides themselves on customer service and who charges over $600 for a couple pairs of pants & shirts (regardless if they are custom-made or not). We will never be ordering from them again or referring them to friends!

The sales rep from Tom James is incredible! Exactly what a guy who doesn’t really know fashion needs. I asked her a few questions and she gave advice on fashion and style which helped me pick out my suit.

I really wanted to like ordering custom clothes. I was contacted in May, 2019. I paid half down on a $200.00 pair of pants. I was honest with the sales rep that I wanted to see how a simple order went before committing to a more expensive purchase. The process took a lot of time. I paid half down, up front, without question. I had about three fittings (did I mention this was for one pair of pants?), and midstream a new sales rep came on board. The new rep also realized the pants were not fitting me correctly and promised to fix it, but of course, asked me to pay the balance owed. I did, again without question. This was early August, 2019. In September, 2019, the pants were brought back to me, and they just didnt fit correctly. Thin material, no lining, poor sizing all-around. I asked to just get a refund. The sales rep suggested that I order something else, and said she would get it done for me for what I had already paid. It was a generous offer, so, once again, I was measured. This time, I was promised expedited processing and delivery. In December, 2019, after not hearing from my rep, I reached out to the rep to ask for a full refund. I do not want anything from this company except a full refund. Since my message to the rep, she now keeps calling me to talk about my dress. I dont want to talk about my dress. I want my money back. This has been a genuine waste of time. Women have many more options for high-quality clothing, so dont bother with this company.

This freaking girl.She comes to you on your schedule and even sends handwritten thank you notes and Xmas cards.She works with you to design clothes ready for the big screen. I cant keep the ladies at bay. Shell make you the mack of the town. Yeah baby, yeah!

Terrible experience, they simply charge your card and do not deliver what promised. After delivery the clothes are not the correct material and of quality promised, than you wait and wait and never receive the correct shirts and clothes and have to get stuck with items you did not order. Worst experience ever, I would not waste a dollar with this company.
