I left 2 messages for a service advisor, and Lexus customer service tried to help me get a hold of someone 3 times, too. Could never reach anyone and not a single return phone call. Lexus customer service ultimately said I should try to call a different dealership because for whatever reason this one is not responding. This was nearly a week ago, so pretty sure no one is calling back. I just had a simple 30 second question about a vehicle.

Hands down the best car purchasing experience you will EVER receive. I HIGHLY recommend this Brookpark location in Cleveland. Specifically salesperson Ryan Lee. He made the whole experience for me unforgettable. He was very tentative and had great communication. Was always on top of our appointments and made sure we were happy throughout the whole process and that all our needs were met. I can’t say highly enough what a great salesperson he was. I’ve gone to several dealerships, but wish I would have stopped at metro Lexus first. It would have saved me a lot of time! I was immediately greeted and set up with an excellent sales Professional. Although I didn’t want the original car I stopped in to see, Ryan listened to my needs and was able to direct me to the car I absolute love. The NX300!! I stopped in at the end of the day and instead of rushing me to come back when they reopened, he took his time, walked me through the process and let me know next steps. My car arrived within 2 days and the personal welcome and reveal of my vehicle was phenomenal!!!They actually we’re clapping when I walked into the show room!!!! In addition, Skyler- my personal technology specialist, took her time with me to show me how to operate my vehicle. She was very personable, didn’t just rush me through the amenities, but made sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership! Again, due to my schedule, I was there very close to closing and that was not a problem at all. I was not rushed to hurry up and read a manual later. All in all, I was treated like they were honored I chose them and not like they were doing me a favor!! Excellent customer service!l, which goes a long way!

Sales person never contacted me to let me know how the deal was going. I had to reach out to her to see if the deal closed and then again to see if I was approved. Then the Sales manager had me contacting the FBI and TREASURY DEPT because I got red flagged because of my name. A simple fix which the finance department was supposed to handle. I had the worst experience in my life dealing with this place!!!!

I went in with a service issue and I honestly was not happy with the outcome of what the service person told me needed to be done and I proceeded to say just give me my keys and let me pay my bill so I can leave. Dan Booth saw that I was unhappy and intervened with a very comforting voice. Dan instructed the team to put me back in a loaner and told me to let him look into a solution for me. The very next morning Dan called me and said he wanted to let me know he handled the situation with my vehicle and it would take a couple of days to have the problem fixed. Ive recently contacted Metro Lexus for a family member in regarding to the Remote Starter feature. Initially, I get transferred to Service Dept. but no one was available at that time. Then I spoke with Skylar whom was super helpful and went out of her way to assist. After 5-10 minutes on the phone, Skylar emailed over PDF documents and a link to YT video on how to set it up. I was able to get the Remote Starter feature enabled (in 10 minutes) from the info that Skylar provided. Huge Kudos to Skylar for went out of her way to assist us! Thank you.

They are the biggest liars I made appointment with them and they supposed to give me a loaner when I get there they say we can’t give you no longer and I get fired from my job because I was late and I called the manager and he don’t try to hear it I bought 4 cars from them before they used to have the best service but not anymore I usually fix all my cars with them but I will never support them again

I bought a IS F sport 2017 about a week and and half ago. Everyone I dealt with at the Metro Lexus dealership was more than pleasant to deal with. My first sales rep I met and worked with day one was James Neff. He was extremely detailed and thorough. Unfortunately, he wasnt there when I went back to do a test drive. I however, was fortunate to have a second fabulous sales rep. That rep was Karen Mason. She had excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, great organization skills and was a good listener. She not only was my sales contact, but we were able to become friends. Her boss Micheal Gleydura was also very friendly yet professional. He was very kind during the process knowing that I spent a lot of time there and researching what car I wanted he made sure he did his best to throw in a little extras show appreciation. Overall, I really would recommend this dealership and the staff is worked with to anyone. One more person I want to recognize, but I couldnt find her business card was the lady that helped me with the lease agreement and financial part.
