Called me and asked for my full name and my full birthday. When I asked what the company was and what they were doing the guy said to check my mail and then google the company to learn more about us. Well I googled it and all the reviews are 1 star and horror stories. Dont use this company for anything.

Nobody wants to pay a creditor who is calling you repetitively and even Who has called your place of employment asking you by name with your managers eyebrows wondering who was that.I guess they had an old number of mine and couldnt reach me so thats understandable and after asking them not to call my place of employment again they they refrained.One time they called me after Id already set up a payment plan and had been complying.When I answered the phone I said oh thank God in response to this in they revenue group calling to collect a debt.Im pretty sure I stopped that womans heart.She told me that was the 1st time she had ever heard somebody praise her for calling them. LolWell in my situation I have 2 creditors to pay back medical bills that Circle K stuck me with. Is over $13,000 after getting hives and they wouldnt let me leave and then symptoms of covid.I couldnt remember the name or the phone number to the revenue group.And while looking it up online there were some couple different options and I really wasnt sure what I was even doing anymore.As soon as I started Hes renting my store all of a sudden I have extra bills coming in from all directions.I started renting the store in October And with bills it tolls over a $1000 a month.Since Circle K screwed me I Quit there and started driving for grubhub which was OK before the 1st of the year and now its not paying as well as what used to be.Still I managed to pull a $1000 out of my butt every month to afford a place that is not making any income.I definitely need a miracle!!!But as for the revenue group they are not the 1st people that have been surprised when Ive done things or said things.For example when I used to be on Is assistance I once offered to pay for copies involving their copy machine.I pulled money out of my purse and said how much for the copies and the women behind the counter stared at me with a look of disbelief because I guess I am the 1st person to offer to pay ever in Ravenna Ohio for use of the copy machine.I will probably be paying the revenue group for the rest of my life at the rate things are going.And let it be known that Im happy that they will call me and remind me because NAR incorporated my other bill collector for medical said that they dont do that.In my opinion if they did do that they would probably recieve more money owed and have to go to less court dates making regular everyday people like myself, lives a living hell.

Called 4 times leaving no messages. I called them. A person allegedly named Drew Brown said my name and asked for my birthday. I refused. He stated Well then youll receive something in the mail and the call was ended. Probable scam.

I love how the only 5 star reviews are from their employees. The rest are 1 star reviews. Bunch of crooks. I agreed to pay each month but found out they tacked on 2 accounts that were not mine. Plus not what I agreed to. Very dishonest company. Im calling the better business bureau. Also going public with this scam company. If I had not called I would have paid for accounts that were not mine. They didnt even appoligise

These guys are just not right. I have been working with them and paying off debts that I owned since last year. Account 3044784, 47534812, 18132517 all paid off. I started paying on 4112746 in January and paid on 2/2/20 of this month and NOW they put that one on my credit report? If I had KNOWN they were going to do that I would not have applied for a CC transfer so I could get a lower rate. I am at 28% on my cc and it was going to be lowered to 18% and because of this 1 thing being added the bank will not do it now. That was their words and said if I get it off I can re apply in 6 months. So basically I am screwed at this higher rate for 6 MONTHS because of this. Why would you do this to someone who is working with you and paying??UPDATE: Oh this gets better and this is what I sent.I would like to know whom to send the recorded phone call I made on 3/2/20 of my conversation with Amber Anderson, it was a 7 minute and 8 second call. It was concerning a 147.00 bill I had been paying on for the past couple of months. She stated it was an accident and that it had already been put in to be taken off and that I should wait 2 weeks before seeing that done. I went on to check and now it has changed to 2,276. I reached out to the Attorney general and I was told to ask you for a debt validation request for proof this dept is mine. I know the one I am paying on the 147.00 one is. The others I have not checked into and I was told I didnt have to that you guys can provide me with that info in writing. After reading your reviews a red flag went up and another one when I am paying on a bill and then it goes to the credit beuro.THEN when your associate says you are taking the one off and then you put more on?? Something fishy is going on here. I dont need transcripts of any calls as I record my own and will be glad to send them all to you. I have already paid off 3 bills I knew were mine and was working on this one and now all this happens.

This criminal organization called me said they represent the state of Ohio and that I owe them $71,393 for sales taxes from my tiny business back in 2000 . (My usual taxes collected was about $20 or so a month I was just a kid ) I know I paid all my taxes correctly and on timeThe only data they gave me was a list of Ohio sales tax accounts (none of which are mine)They are harassing me , I do not owe them anything I paid all my bills and none of the accounts they show as proof are even mineThey are trying to steal from me.This is theft, they are low life criminals and should be in prisonI’m trying to find the owners of this criminal organization so I can visit them personally and explain that they need to stop their criminal harassment

Absolutely love working for this company! Owner and his wife are awesome and always doing nice things for everyone. The managers and supervisors are very understanding and always willing to help. Your work definitely gets acknowledged here and they make you feel appreciated. I can honestly say Ive never had a job that I love, until I got this job!

They have been calling but I dont know why. I live in south carolina and have never been to the Cleveland clinic. I also have not used credit cards in 10 years , since my divorce. So no clue. My fiancee has been working at the Revenue Group for quite some time now, and theres been a few times where the work environment has not been friendly, nor helpful in the situation brought to their attention. I felt, after hearing that there are recurrences, that maybe I should become more involved for my fiancee. I call several times to speak with Human Resources, only to get voice mails, so after I leave my message of concern I decided to go in person to see what can be done. I spoke with the director of the center where my fiancee works and was told, I promise that I will make the situation better for you because I understand where youre coming from. I wouldve done the same thing. After a couple of days, my fiancee is sick and calls in. Michelle Scott, Human Resource, of the Revenue Group calls and asks if, ...everything is alright., this coming after the director and/or Human Resources tells my fiancee, If your fiance comes here again, thats grounds for immediate termination. Im sure you dont want your personal life to halt your advancement in our company? My concern was that my fiancee was being verbally harassed within the first two (2) months of employment and people have been terminated for physical altercations, so when a man yells at my fiancee, Im in the unknown if the director and/or Human Resources will be able to stop him, if he became irate and physical. All in all, if an employer is willing to terminate an employee because of a personal interference for the well being of their loved one, surely that is not the business that Id like to do business with. My next stop with this story is any local stations willing to understand my story as for this is a very much so inappropriate and unethical way to do business and show the lack of dignity for their employees. Especially being that theyll look at this scenario to be minor.

I have a debt through these guys. I have had no problems until today. They double billed me for the month. I had the funds so I wasnt worried about that but I didnt want it to keep happening. So I called and the lady was very apologetic thats why they got a 3 out of 5. But someone there set it up to bill me twice a month and said I verified it which I did not. The lady on the phone fixed everything and again apologized for the mix up. Shes the only reason I didnt close the account. She assured me it wont happen again.

When I made my payment with a debit card I was transferred to someone who was going to verify payment. He read me the last 4 digits of my card, which were incorrect. I then corrected him and he said well the payment went through.I asked him to repeat the card number that he read so that I could correct it and be done with this collection.He then said well the payment went throughI asked again.. well what card number did you just read because I want to make sure.He says I dont know what I readAre you serious???? What kind of company is this.So of course I asked You dont know what you just read????And then he says have a nice day maam and HANGS UP!Are you kidding me!! After I just made my payment in full, this is the customer service that I get?RIDICULOUS and I really hope they are a legit company for the sake of my identity.

Absolutely ludicrous!!!!! A man from Revenue Group called and asked if he was speaking to the parent of my daughter. I said yes, this is her mother, who is this? He said he was with Revenue Group (but did NOT give a name) and followed with, I need you to verify your daughters birthday for security purposes. I asked what it was about and he replied with I cant tell you anything until you verify that your her parent. I said Im not giving information out about my CHILD unless I know who you are and what this is about. Then, with EXTREME rudeness and an attitude he said fine then, well just proceed another way, spouted off my address and hung up on me. Since that time the same number has called with no one on the line when I amswer. Absolutely ridiculous. If you people want to get somewhere then learn to have some damn manners. Ill be going straight to Cleveland Clinic instead of dealing with these jerks!

So, i had a balance to Dominion that i had no idea until the Revenue Group popped up on my credit report. Ok, stuff happens...i paid it. So first off, they OVERCHARGED ME. Told me i had to call Dominion for the overage funds of $60. Ok. I call Dominion. They have yet to give the funds to Dominion MONTHS later. It is paid in full on my credit report. So it is still showimg an existing balance with Dominion!! Ghetto establishment for sure. I WILL HAVE THIS RESOLVED.

Called for a Direct TV bill. Direct Tv and I had a parting of ways. I had to return equipment and I kept the must sign for postal service receipt because it was $700 worth of equipment. Now this company is calling telling me that I need to act, provide and prove. I told them I am sorry Direct TV sold you a false debt.

This place is an absolute joke along with incompetent employees that’ll say anything to try and take your money. Had knee surgery almost a year ago and they’re calling me 5times a day to try and pry money out of me that I already have applied towards a payment plan directly through the hospital.

Only received a total of 3 calls, each one done after I asked them to try again in a few weeks when I had more money. They told me the break down of my debt and said I could pay it back in chunks if I needed to since it would all be put toward the total. I think the processing fee is a little unfair, considering if I were actually ABLE to pay it online or by mail with no processing fee why would the phone calls THEY MAKE charge me a processing fee? Anyway, overall not satisfied, but Im not upset with the way they handled the situation

I got 2 letters in the mail with a total of what I supposedly owed. No breakdown, just what they think I should owe. I really havent had any interaction with these people yet other than reading these bills and reviews and already concluded I dont like them lmao so Im giving 1 star bc I cant give less. Im not going to waste my time calling. If Im in true collections then it really doesnt matter if I wait and then settle out for less than half of what these crooks are saying I owe. Updates: Spoke to another woman eventually, and SHE was able to remove our # and close it out because our account WAS Closed. (Thanks, Lady!)Somewhat concerned that the Cleveland Clinic chooses to utilize these guys. We pay our bills through insurance, but CCF has a mis-managed Billing department and ends up sending bills here early for some reason...In any event, they call you, dont leave a message, and if you talk to them they ask you questions right away... My wife said Please verify who you are - and their response is Well mark your call as a refusal to talk to anyone - which is weird because isnt their eventual goal to get money?So they do business as Revenue Group, but caller ID says something else so they come off as shady right form the get go. Then they sometimes say Everything is good with your account after you talk to them... Why the heck did YOU CALL ME then!?!I understand Debt Collection is a rough business, but it saddens me that a hospital like Cleveland Clinic would associate themselves with scum.

Heavy handed collections for the Cleveland clinic. The clinic starts a new account for each medical bill and even though you are paying on the total they ship the oldest part over to these jackboots so you can be harassed. Medicare for All (one payer) will stop this legalized thuggery and make the Clinic live on a reasonable return for services rendered.

This place is horrible! Note to companies that hire them to collect your debt DONT! My account was given to them when i called to make arrangements they told me no they cant do payment arrangements that I could pay half and half or they could try and get a settlement. I responded I cant do that and they need to honor me making payment arrangements which he repliedSays Who? This is not a way for you to receive any money from someone. So companies will never receive money if they deny money

I had a credit balance and they refused to admit to THEIR mistake. Asked for a letter admitting to their mistake and I got a lawyer letter making it sound like I had paid their bill rather then admitting fault . All I wanted was a letter , no money just a sorry we screwed up.Kimberly, was very helpful unfortunately, the lawyer Brin Dodez wouldnt authorize the letter or return phone calls. Guess he is to important to talk to people when they screw up Covered his corporate ass rather then do the right thing. . As far as I am concerned the guy is why people think of lawyers the way they do. Im being niceYou would think a class act like the Cleveland Clinic would use a better place to collect.

If the Cleveland Clinic could learn to code services properly they would not need to resort to this type of harassment really a very sad commentary on the sad state of Clinic business side, Doctors and staff know what the problems but shrug when asked what can be done about it

Keep getting calls where they hang up when I say hello. I get calls 3-5 times a week. I finally called back and was told “there is no do not call list” until I offered my attorneys information. Then was promised it would be taken care of. I recently filled bankruptcy so I know for a fact I have 0 debt.

Crooked company that does nothing but harass, employees are rude and nasty. You would think a company as notable as the Cleveland Clinic Foundation would want to be represented in a better manner than the Revenue group. I dont use and have never authorized treatment of any nature with the Cleveland Clinic. I have been reserving harassing phone call after phone call from the Revenue Group for months though, even after I filled a complaint with the BBB against them and the Cleveland Clinic. The Clinic was quick to look into and fix the billing problem, but I still get calls from the Revenue Group.

Rude, Rude, Rude. I am a Sprint IP Relay User and have transcripts of each call I make as I need a communication assistant. The operator even comments on how rude the agents are. Whats worse is that when payments are made, they dont communicate with the hospital and post it to your account. They dont follow through with what they say they will do, like send monthly payment plan bills, and refuse to help you if they are not the designated person who is handling your account. TRG just doesnt want to hear anything so why bother calling them? And yet they will call and harass from several different phone numbers. I just blocked them. I also called and complained to the Supervisor of the Financial Office of the hospital who was more receptive and apologetic for the RGs total mess up of handling my account. She emailed them and advocated for me, and set things straight. She also advised me what to do next as far as contacting them and being firm and insisting to speak to a supervisor, not taking no for an answer. So, it for any reason you wind up with this collection body, take these reviews seriously. Tell them you are recording the call, get peoples names, and know you have the right to not be harassed.

My situation with what I owed was way screwed up. After getting out of the Navy I couldnt find a job and I owed everyone. They contacted me on a debt I had, and then worked with me to find a way to get all of my debt under control.I cannot understand the negative comments about this company.Well I guess I can if you are trying to dodge your financial responsibilities and dont like your creditors demanding what they are owed.

These people are annoying, I payed my balance off 3 times and they keep calling saying saying there is a new balance and I was not even treated at Cleveland Clinic - Fishy. Called Cleveland Clinic and Revenue Group and compared dates I was treated and nothing matched. I blocked all numbers from these people. Beware they also call at inconvenient times.
