A group of 6 of us in our mid-20s did the Elliot Ness themed room and had so much fun! Lots of creative puzzles and clues and fun, surprise elements of the room kept us so excited and intrigued the whole time. Loved the Cleveland theme of the room too. Would recommend for sure!

This was SUCH a GREAT TIME!! We did the Thomas Edison scenario and the person running it was so much fun. It was all around a fabulous experience and I highly recommend. We just got done completing our second room at Perplexity and it was, as we’ve come to expect, awesome. Both game masters we’ve had have been so warm and friendly and seems to really enjoy doing what they do. An abundance of clues to be given if needed (aaaaand we may have needed...) - the puzzles are fun and challenging. We plan on doing every room there and highly recommend! Thanks for a fun date night experience, guys!

My sister and I took my mom for her birthday. We were looking for something fun and safe to do. We did the Eliot Ness room and it was a BLAST! My mom has done escape rooms with work before and said this one was much more challenging. Also, 3 people was a little tough. But we were up for the challenge and though we did not solve it, we had so much fun. We will definitely be back to do another room.

We were in town for business and wanted to play a game one evening. Diana and her staff were extremely friendly and accommodating with our work schedule, suggesting which game and time would suit us best based on gaming experience and limited free time in the evenings. The two of us played the Eliot Ness room - the story line is a staple of Clevelands history, and they did a great job sticking with the theme. The puzzles were fun and challenging, and the room had just enough tech to keep things interesting. We would have definitely played their other rooms if we had time...but alas, work comes first. Thank for a great experience!

Went for a friends birthday on 3/27 at 5:15 pm and did the Quest for Valoria room. Overall bad experience--waste of money and time. Issues include rude staff, poor design of escape room, poor story and background for escape room, the solutions were not logical based on the information given. When we asked for tips, the gamemaster would not assist right away. 15 minutes later, after asking repeatedly for tips with no response, gamemaster came in and began aggressively and condescendingly re-reading the instructions while throwing pieces of paper around the room (paper related to the game). I have gone to multiple escape rooms and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Was hopeful based on positive rating of this business and number of reviews but am now skeptical how many of the positive reviews are legitimate.

What fun! We filled two rooms when family came to town and we had a blast! The games were more challenging than we expected and we love a challenge. Our group had professionals including engineers, teachers and students and we really had to think and problem solve. Don’t worry about it being too easy.We had 7 in one room and 8 in another room. I’d say 6 would be ideal. Our number was great in that we had more people to figure out the room and there was enough space but agreeing on things is more complicated with more people. So just fine to have that many but I could see that 5 or 6 would be cool. Under 5... I imagine it would be pretty hard to finish the room in time. It’s not a fancy place but it’s clean and has high quality rooms. Also, the people who run the place were just awesome! They accommodated us several times for different reasons and they really made the whole thing fun.Highly recommended. We would all do it again!

My husband and I did the escape room with our 13,12, and 11 year old boys while on vacation. Overall the kids loved it. Compared to other escape rooms we have been to, the rooms were bigger but they lacked the “immersion” quality. At one point we got stuck on an problem and the worker opened the door to help us (which was good for us but it kind of ruined the vibe). Maybe in the future add and intercom so you can talk to the group instead of opening the “locked” door.

For starters, the website was really well formatted and easy to use, which started us out on the wrong foot. We read the descriptions to the rooms and picked one that seamed the most interesting. It was a well marked location and easy to find. The staff was super helpful, so before even getting into the room we had a good opinion. When we walked into the Elliot Ness first room it felt like we were suddenly in a old style office, decoration/furniture/set up was high quality! The room progressed well with difficult enough clues to make it challenging, but also enough clues to make it fun and make us feel like we were making progress. The best escape room I have done, and I would recommend this place any lovers of escape rooms.

Really fun escape room! I hadnt done one before and was skeptical, but the whole team had a lot of fun. The staff was really great, too. My partner and I had a great time doing the Clockwork Caper room. Price was a little high for my taste and the location was a little difficult to find, but the room was a lot of fun, with some unique special effects and cool puzzles. We had difficulty understanding one of the challenges, even as fairly well-experienced escape room participants, but thats probably user error. :) The gamemaster (I believe her name was Dana) was amazing--welcoming, cheerful, helpful, complimentary, and just great overall. She was one of the best aspects of the experience. If were back in Cleveland, Id love to try some of the other rooms.

Only issue was with finding the place, as Google Maps seems to indicate the location is on one side of the building, while the main entrance is on the opposite. Certainly nothing more than a walk around to find it.. but having never been here before... there was that mental moment (Is this the write place? Are they still open?).

Well this is not what happened. The host was SO enthusiastic in his introduction into the Elliot Ness room, that we were immediately drawn back to life! We made it in to the room (we had 4 others scheduled for the same time as us) and by the time we left you would have thought we had been working together forever. We had a great time. We did the Elliott Ness room. It was definitely challenging, we appreciated the hint when we went wrong. In the end, the final challenge did not pop open like it should have but our game master came right in to fix. Because we were doing a divide and conquer approach at the end there was a lot he had to watch and respond to, he was a little slow as a result so he let us run over a little which is great because we were right there. We did go over by 3 minutes but we did solve it. I am not sure we were held up 3 minutes to justify him letting us finish, but he knew we were right there and I appreciated that. At another place, we were literally waiting for the last challenge to pop open when they came in and called it....so frustrating! Good time for everyone: three adults, a 20 year old, a 17 year old, a 15 year old and a 13 year old. Everyone enjoyed themselves!

They were prepared when we got there, told us how many kids would be in each respective puzzle (it was different for each room), as well as the difficult levels for them. The puzzles were all super fun, the kids really enjoyed themselves and all of them are begging to go back in the spring.
