I had water damage in my basement when a storm came through. They were on time, pleasant, and kept coming back until everything was cleaned. Juan, Anthony, Christian, and Ryan were great!! They were very thorough and made sure I knew what was going on.

Our home was damaged when two trees fell on it during a storm that came through with high winds. Having never dealt with something like this before, we called our insurance agent to figure out what steps we needed to take. He gave us a few names and one was Roth.My husband got into contract with someone at Roth the night of the storm and then again the day after. They were able to get a tarp on the house within 2 days of the storm and then sent John out to estimate the damage.We had significant concerns about the water that had come in the house when the trees had fallen and it was raining. John told us that we did not need to worry about the water or water damage because the areas with damage “were getting air from both sides.”The day after John came out, my husband went up in the attic and pulled out 55lbs of water drenched insulation that was just sitting in our family room ceiling.John was suppose to schedule us with water mitigation when he was out, but he failed to do so. Finally water mitigation did show up a week later and upon showing up to our house to assess the water damage that we “didn’t need to worry about,” asked my husband if we could move out for 3 days since the equipment is loud and very hot and we have small children. They told us if they did not do the work right then, they were not sure when they could get to it. So we moved out for three days and they mitigated the water.We communicated to Roth, as well as our insurance company about how John had created this mess by not scheduling water mitigation when he was suppose to. In addition, we detailed to both parties how disrespectful John was to me when he was at our house, referring to me, a 32 year old adult with a masters degree as “princess.” When our insurance agent reported this to Mike, Mike said he would be reassigning our case to a different estimator.Water mitigation concluded and the water mitigation team came to collect their things and make sure everything was dried out.My husband reached out to Roth two days after water mitigation concluded and we were told by Josh (in charge of water mitigation) that he was told to stop working on our case and that they would not be completing the rest of the restoration work for us.My husband talked to Mike and he basically said that because we were asking for them to communicate what would happen next, they no longer wanted to work with us.So you can skip over everything on their website that talks about them taking care of people who have just been through a traumatic event, they won’t. I will say that the actual workers for Roth (the guys who showed up to tarp and water mitigate) were super friendly and professional. THE MANAGEMENT- WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT. I will be telling everyone I know in the Cleveland area to stay clear of this company. Their work ethic and communication are nonexistent.

Roth did an excellent job doing the repairs on our house after we had a large tree branch damage part of our roof and siding. They worked with us every step of the way, had excellent communication, were very friendly, and the quality of the work they did was outstanding. We are so happy that they were recommended to us by our insurance (Nationwide) and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs repairs done on their house.

This company is not what you are looking for to help with fire damage.they hired all 3rd party contractors that either did not complete the work correctly and had to correct mistakes, or they did not know what they were doing and gave Roth the lowest price. Roth did not own up to its mistakes and ended up just adding money to the increasingly high cost instead of owning up to their mistakes. Roof was installed crooked and fixed twice (still looks askew) , damaged gutters during roofing repair and they are still not replaced. interior window sills and stools unfinished/damaged, and the painting had to be completed twice. A huge issue was when they power washed the house before the painting started they just power washed right through an window that had an air-conditioner in the window, this caused a lot of water damage to the second floor and dining room ceiling and wall below and was not properly addressed only threw some paint on the damaged areas in the home! now, if these things were fixed/finished it would be ok, but they are not and now they threaten to file a lawsuit for the remaining balance that they say they are owed which is just ridiculous for work that is poor/unfinished/their fault.do not use this restoration company.

First their estimator John was degrading to my wife. John did not recommend removing wet insulation from the attic. “There is air on both sides so it will dry out.” The next day I removed the insulation after finding water pooling between ceiling and insulationt.Since we asked for a new estimator the operations manager Mike decided we were not a good fit for them. Mike made the decision not to work with us anymore yet never communicated that to us. After following up with what I thought was our new estimator, he said he was told to discontinue with us.I would not do business with Roth

It was a great experience. Roth came out immediately to start cleaning up the water damage and were on time, professional, caring and came back several time to check on the progress to make sure everything was getting taken care of. I would highly recommend Roth Construction.

My experience with Roth Construction was very good. My house caught on fire during the very beginning of COVID. Dale Flynn was very attentive and John in finance was very good. They were able to get me schedule and done a full gut job and remodel my whole house in 6 months.

Dale Flynn was a great project manager. All I had to do was to pick out cabinets, flooring, and granite countertops. Roth Construction had my complete trust. I just gave the crew the lockbox code, and waited to hear when the project was complete. It doesnt get any easier. And, the project came in on budget. Thank you.

I had fire damage at a rental property & Roth was able to handle everything from the emergency board-up to communicating with the police/fire department to scheduling the contractors to complete the work!From the day of the fire, I actually never stepped foot back on the property until everything was completed! Id highly recommend Roth Construction & will definitely be using them again myself!

Roth did excellent work in repairing damage from a kitchen fire that also required them to install new cabinets. Project Manager Mike Fazio was always courteous and patiently answered my many questions. Workers were professional and always cleaned up before they left for the day. Workmanship was Extremely Good. Nationwide insurance recommended Roth to me and I heartily agree that Roth is an outstanding referral. If your insurance company does not offer Roth, tell them you want Roth and they are a Nationwide Insurance approved vendor. Your repairs will be done RIGHT by Roth!

Roth Construction was fantastic from start to finish. I had a burst pipe in my basement and the clean up team they sent were amazing. I was a little freaked out and overwhelmed by the disaster/insurance prices, but they were great at calming me down. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and with care. The contract manager Mike Fazio is like “contractor Dad,” just keeping you calm, informed and actually got me to the place where I could have a sense of humor about the entir situation. And the crew that came to my house did really great work...my dog loved them and still misses them! I’m kind of disappointed Roth does mostly insurance work, because I would definitely make them my first call for any home repairs!

We had plumbing damage caused from the incompetent builders who slapped together our house without meeting any building codes... and we used Roth to fix the issues. Could not be happier! With Jeff, our highly detailed project manager, making sure every detail meets our expectations , Their work crew (especially Dave and Shawn) have gone above and beyond with their professional appearance, attitude, promptness, attention to detail, and work quality. My brothers home was vandalized (break-in/robbery). John from Roth Construction answered my call and immediately made a plan to go to the house within an hour/hour and half. He texted me when he was on the way and then arrived and assessed the damage. John not only evaluated the area but fixed it on the spot. He was able to secure the doorway so the house would be secured. They didnt even require payment before he did this. I was impressed with the timeliness and the professionalism. And all of this while I lived in NY and my brother is in Ohio. By the way, shout out to Home Depot who referred me to Roth Construction!

If you are looking for a responsible, professional, respectful company to handle your home restoration then Roth is NOT the company! I had the displeasure of having to deal with them as a result of my home catching on fire due to arson on the house next door. To make a very long story short, their workers used my toilet, left feces on in and around BOTH of my toilets. They used my microwave, and left food/sauce splattered all over the inside, and last but certainly not least, they left my doors unlocked! When Mike Fazio reached out to me about said violations, he NEVER took responsibility for his crews actions. Oh, and let me not forget to mention, that I wasnt able to live in my until the work was finished, and his crew were the only ones who had access in/out of my home, soooo who else couldve done such things? I could go on about other disrespectful, violating things that Roth’s crew did, but I dont have anymore time or energy to waste.
