We had new fascia put on, Eric and Jonathan did such a great job! J.D. and his team did an awesome job putting new gutters and gutters guards on our home. I highly recommend this company, very satisfied customer!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!This was a very small simple job, I would hate to see what happened on a bigger project! Had a storm tear down some siding and shutters on our home. Read reviews for this company and thought they were the perfect fit but was met with repeated disappointment. One of the corner siding pieces they replaced was dented when finished and the other was cracked ( they never fixed these on return visits). They showed up unannounced several times and I did not know they were here until I heard them unnecessarily drilling into my brick instead of lining the new shutters with the already pre-drilled holes. 2 days later the paint they put over the black shutters was peeling off. They showed up unannounced to get them and I called to mentioned that the shutters were uneven when they put them up the first time. They returned to fixed the paint problem but they were the wrong color and they took them back a third time. Showed up unannounced again and I again mentioned the shutter were uneven and asked that they be lined up when they were put back up. I went out to check this and they had left and the shutters were still uneven. 3 day later ALL 6 shutters had fallen off and paint was scuffed. They no showed 2 days they said they were coming to pick them up. They finally showed up and fixed the scuffed paint, plugged the extra holes they drilled, and used silicone for a more secure hold but.... the color is still wrong, they are still uneven (both on the same window and when compared to other windows they are all at different heights), there is paint on the brick in several places, and they stepped on my plants under the windows leaving foot holes and dead spots in them. At this point I do not want them doing any other work and will find someone else to fix their mistakes. They are overpriced and all I paid for was repeated incompetence. See pictures in yelp review

The work is great but customer service is awful. I recently reached out to the company and to date, no one had returned my call, even though I left a couple voicemail messages requesting a call back.

Windows look beautiful. It did take 3 days for the workers to install them instead of the 1 day we were initially told it would take. But they had trouble getting the old windows out, the workers did work late into the evenings to try and finish the job. Very pleased with the finished outcome!

Called them out to give me a quote for putting a new roof on. They came out got some information from me they said they would get back with me with a quote its been almost a month and I havent heard anything from them. I will definitely not be contacting this company again.

I rate the work I got from Affordable at 5 gold stars. It is the best looking roof I think Ive ever had on this house. Also, the gutters are spectacular. I couldnt be happier.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They were professional and communicative, and straightforward with pricing. The job was done by knowledgeable and friendly individuals. I had a gutter that had come loose, and they removed the gutter, replaced the rotten fascia board and flashing that caused the issue, and replaced the gutter, cleaned and swept the yard and driveway with magnets to catch any nails they might have missed. The gutter didnt even look any worse for wear despite being over 60 long and prone to bending. Well see how it holds up, but they did the job right so I expect it to last for a while. Ill be using them again for sure.

Tried to schedule for someone to look at my home multiple times for 2 weeks. I needs an estimate after tornado damage. 3 guys came out, one day when there was suppose to be an estimate scheduled and tried to get me to sign a contract instead. When I asked about what is in the contract, the man stated “ I honestly don’t know.” I told him I do not sign things I don’t know. The next day, once again, suppose to come out for estimate. Once again, tried to get me to sign contract and then ran off instead of doing estimate and refused to get on my roof. I called the next day asking when will you look at my roof and do estimate. Was told that he will not do that and doesn’t have to look at anything. Says he will just add more cost to the insurance adjusters claim. I am not about fraud. I do not agree with this. He was suppose to come out to put tarps on my home that day. I asked how much will this cost and he says 500$ per small tarp. This was suppose to be done days ago while he kept not showing up for different reasons. The first guy only covered the side of the house, I asked what about the roof and he tried to hand me the contact. Also, when I asked the other guy about the contract, he said “ you are giving us the right to all the money from the insurance company because you do not get to keep any money from it.” On the last day he was suppose to come out and do the tarps on my roof, I receive a text stating he will not do the job. I went back and read all the BBB reviews and I am so happy I did not get stuck with these frauds.

Ive had Affordable replace my chimney flashing, and repair a leaking gable vent. Both jobs were done right! I would recommend Affordable highly for any roof, gutter, and siding work. They always keep you informed about when they will arrive and they do their work quickly and professionally.

I had someone come out on September 3rd to give an estimate on exterior work on my house since my house was damaged in the Easter tornado. After that interaction I never heard back from them. I called 5-6 times since and every time I’m told that they will get that person to call me back and help me out. Hasn’t happened and I’m done waiting on someone who doesn’t want my business. I wouldn’t waste your time with a company that obviously doesn’t want your business.

Affordable Roofing try to repair a leak around the chimney was unsuccessful in repairing the leak tried 2 or 3 times still leaking I have called them they will not come back out and fix the leak paid $3,500 and I cant even get them to fix it bad service would not ever use this company

We LOVE our New Roof! Scheduled an appointment with Jon to get an estimate. He was running behind due to traffic but called to inform me ahead of time. Agreed on numbers and then a few days later Jacob called and got a day scheduled that worked for me and answered questions about the installation and temperature concerns for the glue. Even after the roof was complete Jacob was my go to for any questions or concerns. He helped so much and I cant thank him enough. I knew they would get answered quickly and correctly.They installed the roof and all I can say is Jorge knows what he is doing. He did not hesitate to answer any questions or concerns. His crew worked hard and did not stop until it was done. I almost went with another company however I seen that I was getting a better deal by having a MASTER ELITE roofer complete the project. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof and outstanding customer service!

I had siding put on about a year and a half ago. They cut pieces short. The siding is coming off. Bulking out. They broke both my Outside recepticals. Didnt remove the water damaged boards. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

My experience with Affordable Roofing Siding and Gutters has been nothing short of great. Extremely Unprofessional. When I called to set up an appointment for a bid on the roof and I explained that I am in the process of purchasing a home that was in foreclosure and that I am currently in the inspection period of the house. I asked if the company would be willing to give me a bid for replacing the roof to which she responded that it was not a problem and we continued to set up the appointment.The next day I received a text from Affordable RSG that stated they were canceling the appointment. I called Affordable RSG and the person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and continuously talked over me, without giving me an explanation as to why they canceled the apt.I understand that giving a bid on a house that I am not yet the official owner of is unorthodox and may not be something that Affordable RSG does. But speak to me in a professional manner and explain that it was a mistake and that it is not a standard operation of Affordable RSG.Due to the complete lack of professionalism, I doubt I will be doing business with this company in the future.

I used Affordable Roofing when I had a serious leak occur in January and for some additional work in March. Each time they were quick to assess the situation and provide a reasonable price for the work. Major kudos to Jim Redmond with Afforadable for taking care of both projects and taking the time to show me the issues as he found them on the first project and for quality assurance/cleanup on the second project. Had them install a new gutter, called back for some additional gutter work a year later, set up appt to meet them and Affordable pulled a “ No-Show” three times. We are very pleased with our new gutters and covers! Jamey and Kenny were terrific to work with. The weather did delay our project; however, Kenny kept in touch and we greatly appreciated this effort. I would gladly refer this company to any homeowner.

Sales representative gave a great sales pitch. Contractor didnt deliver. More than3 weeks on a 3 to 4 day job. Nothing done as told would be. This was started 1st part of July. Now mid November and still trying toget repairs done. Last I heard the whole back of the house would have to be replaced. Told I would hear from Contractor. Still nothing. Still left with leftover siding and scrapin front yard. No communication accept for wanting paid. Honesty ? Forget it. Work ethics None. What does it take for them to get a clue. This is not good business practice. Listen people Customer First! Give people what they pay for.

Quick response to inspection request and showed up on time. However, the biggest quality I look for in service professionals is that they educate you about what they are fixing or maintaining for you. Derrick Gibson, did just that and also provided additional advice unrelated to the reason he was there. He came out to inspect the roof, quickly found the issue, and instead wasting time on an estimate and booking a follow up appointment, he quoted me a very affordable repair fee and fixed it on the spot. Cant beat that! I hope I dont have to call him anytime soon, but if I do, Derrick and Affordable Roofing will be my first call!

Affordable came out and did a gutter replacement on my house. They had a fair estimate and I could tell they had a great reputation. Work was done quickly and they even ensured my satisfaction with an added drain to keep the water from my foundation.

The owner came to my house personally, he assessed my damage, gave me a quote, negotiated with the insurance company, and provided fast service. I received a new roof, new gutter guards, they hung new shutters and new siding around my garage. The crew was thorough and clean-up was immaculate. I couldnt ask for better service.

Before I had a chance to read any of the online reviews for Affordable Roofing. My neighbors had highly recommended them.I called a few of my neighbors who have had their roofs replaced by Affordable and a few others had repairs done on their shingle roofs. ALL of my neighbors had positive things to say about Affordable.I would like to thank Derrick Gibson for his assistance in helping me resolve a claim dispute with my insurance company, for a shingle roof leak repair. (The same insurance company had done a full home purchase inspection 2 months prior) After a few e-mails and phone calls with my insurance company, Derrick was able to get the insurance company to cover 70% of the claim. The day everything was resolved with my insurance company Affordable had a team dispatched to repair my roof.I was told up front that it may take a few trys to repair all my leaks, due to the age of my shingle roof and leaks were over a large area. I would also like to thank Jorge for the work he did and for taking the time to explain my roof repair process. Jorge had to replace a large piece of wood due to water damage and replaced all the shingles in that area. Im pleased to say it took two trips to resolve all my roof leak issues. The feeling of not having to worry about my roof leaking when it rains is priceless.I am very satisfied with the professionalism and attention to detail and would highly recommend Affordable roofing.

When it comes to roofing contractors Affordable Roofing is who you can trust, the truth is there are many out there. But I would argue that this company was the absolute best choice and you can never go wrong with them. Their office staff is amazing Alazay helped me with my appointment time and when they came out they talked us through all of our roofing options and the associated costs. They had a wide variety of materials to choose from. They were friendly. And when we finally hired them to do the work, they cleaned up the yard after themselves and our new roof has been holding up great!

Great experience overall! We worked with Derrick and the bid came in equal with another competitors but Derrick was able to give me an extended warranty as well. The crew worked very fast and did a great job. I had a few questions/complaints at the end of the job, and Derrick immediately reached out to me and we had the issues resolved within 24 hours. Surely the BEST roofers in Cleveland Tn! They installed three new roofs for me right after the hail storm. I recommend getting their yearly maintenance program that comes with free gutter cleaning once a year, it just saves me the hassle. They are very professional and on time.The site crew was courteous, the office team was helpful and responsive, and the office manager Sabrina was experienced and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend them to all, you will not be dissappointed!

We needed a small repair on our roof after a tree branch fell and punctured our roof. The timing was terrible because our house was under contract to sell and we needed the repair to be finished quickly.When I called the office, I spoke with a man named Jacob. He was friendly and pleasant and scheduled my estimate for the following week. Tyler, the gentleman who did my estimate, was prompt and quickly gathered the details he needed. After I looked over the estimate and confirmed I wanted Affordable to do the repair, he told me someone named Jason would call to let me know when the repair would happen.To my surprise, Jason called me the same day and said he would be at my house the next morning to do the repair. I was ecstatic because I didnt expect the repair to happen that quickly. Unfortunately, poor weather delayed work for 2 days. Obviously, that wasnt their fault and I wouldnt expect anyone to work on a roof during a rainy day; however, I was a bit frustrated that they didnt call me to confirm another date on the days they didnt show to work. It was up to me to call the office. Not a huge deal, but its good policy to communicate with your customer in that situation.Jason was able to do the repair two days after the initial appointment. All in all, the entire process took about five days. They worked quickly and cleaned up & hauled away the damaged roof materials. The repair was excellent and my roof has a seamless appearance.*On a side note: this repair took place at a time when every single contractor in Bradley County was extremely busy. Affordable Roofing was also extremely busy, but they were the *only* company who took my repair seriously. Every other contractor I called (of which there were six) said my repair would not be scheduled and could only be made at the convenience of one of their roofers who chose to do the work after-hours. This did not sit well with me. I understand companies were busy due to damaging spring storms; however, that didnt mean my repair wasnt important.Affordable Roofing won my loyalty and I am genuinely happy with the work they did.

They installed our new siding about two years ago. For the first time in at least a year I used this outlet. Discovered it in horrible shape. The workbox was not even attached to the stud. Ended up having to replace the whole outlet, workbox and so on. Also it was not GFCI so it wasnt even to code since its an outside outlet.

Customer Service rating is a 0! If you are looking for any type of customer service, find another company. No one kept me informed with a time estimate for the job (they were approx. 8 weeks out). Supplies were unexpectedly delivered. I called regarding the install and was told someone would call to schedule. I received no such call and the workers suddenly appeared. They were very efficient and the roof looks good, that’s my ONLY compliment. My landscaping was not protected as outlined in the contract and I still found multiple nails/tacks on my property after they left - even in the driveway.I complained to the owner’s son about my experience and there was still no reasonable attempt at customer service after my call. I received my invoice and a collection call 2 days later. It’s clear they are only concerned about a contract and their payment, don’t expect customer service.

They worked very hard to find the guy and get him sent out, and called me back with regular updates.Now for the bad. The estimator was extremely late for our Friday morning appointment. When I called 15 minutes after my appointment time, I learned that he hadnt even left yet, which made his arrival over an hour late. When he arrived, he refused to get on the roof to measure it, and said they would have to reschedule because he doesnt get on roofs any more (a roofing contractor that doesnt get on roofs?). I even offered to go on the roof with him, as it is accessible from a 2nd story window, but he still refused. He was extremely apologetic for both being late and for not being willing to go on the roof, and promised to give me his a good discount to make up for the inconvenience. He said I would get a call to reschedule with the guy who does the actual work, since he is obviously willing to go on roofs.One of the girls from the office called me very shortly after he left, and scheduled for another estimator (not the guy doing the actual work) to be there at 5:30pm the next day (Saturday). At 5:45pm when no one had shown up, I called the main office, where I was forwarded to their after hours phone. I left a message on the after hours phone, and never received a call back. Its been over a week, and I still havent received a return call.In summary, if you value your time, dont bother calling this company.

The entire experience was very smooth and easy. From the office staff to the production workers everyone was polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I highly recommend Affordable Roofing Siding and Gutters!A tree fell on my roof and caused a major leak, during the night, it was bad, I called Affordable and talked to Sabrina and she was able to send someone to tarp my roof that night, that was so amazing and I was able to get some rest.....The price was, reasonable for the actual repair and the quality of the work, was Perfect.

Derek (lead roofer) came in and fixed our commercial building roof in Chattanooga, TN on an early afternoon day. He gave us an estimate which was very reasonable and the material used has a 50 year material warranty. They came back later that afternoon and finished the job by nightfall. No show 3 times. I am pretty disappointed that they would promise to come out at 3 separate times and fail to show up. They apparently did not need my business and are uninterested in helping me fix my leak or quote a new roof price.The first time they called and said they would be an hour late.. I thought.. OK stuff happens. I waited 30 mins past the time they promised to come and called them and was told they were on a roof and she forgot to wear her pants with the pocket so she lost track of time, they can come at 4pm. So I said that was fine... I am pretty understanding about life and things coming up you did not expect.However, when they did not show up at 4:00 or even CALL to explain they were going to be late or could not make it.. nothing... I called them at 4:15 and left a message to cancel. Very unprofessional, I would be concerned about the quality of their work at this point. I will go elsewhere.

I would caution anyone that needs roof repair to look to someone else. I had them come out to my house they told me how much it would be. They told me they would be back the next day to do the work and never returned. So needless to say it has not been repaired and I will be calling someone else. I also told them to give me an estimate on a new roof as we were planning on doing a new roof in the next couple of years and they never gave me that either. So there you go

Let me say this would you want someone hanging your vinyl siding at 10:00pm in the dark. Because thats whats happening right now outside my house. No one in the office will hardly call you back. Job was supposed to take 3 days and it took 8 days. As stated in the contract. All old water damaged boards were to be replaced before siding was hung. That never happened. Never would I recommend this company to anyone

Wonderful roofing company! Excellent quality of work and products when they replaced my roof and decking, and the turn-around was less than 2 days. They worked with my homeowners insurance company and they were very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of dealing with insurance companies. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of roof repair or replacement.
