Hair Phix is a really pleasant place to receive a haircut, and is full of professional and friendly employees. I have been going for about 2 years now during my time at CWRU, and have received excellent haircuts from Danny from the start. Id highly recommend booking an appointment with him, he is extremely friendly and will make great conversation while giving you a great haircut. Prices are very reasonable and I could always depend on a consistent and high quality haircut from Danny. Highly recommend coming to Hair Phix if youre in the area, theres also a bulldog that chills in the shop if you need any more reasons to come :)

Danny is a very skilled hair stylist. Although this is my first time here. He knew exactly what hairstyle I wanted. This makes me very happy.

I am OBSESSED with Hair Phix! I began seeing Heather over a year ago and I have never in my entire life received such a perfect gel manicure. She is so thoughtful and patient with her work. I’ve gone to a bunch of other places in the past and never received the effort Heather always gives me. I also see Leah for hair and she makes me just as satisfied!!! She was able to help me achieve the ash blonde look for my hair and I’m so so happy with it!! Hair Phix is such a lovely environment and I always feel like I’m at home when I’m there!! I recommend Hair Phix to everyone I know in the area!

I have never once had a bad experience at Hair Phix! I absolutely love the staff and always feel so welcomed while I’m there. Leah consistently does a great job with my asymmetrical hair cut! She also helped salvage a bad haircut I got out of town.The other hairdressers are great too, my boyfriend got a good haircut here, which is challenging for men with thin hair.

Im so sad , trying to help new business in the neighborhood. My experience was horrible, I wasted my time twice get stuck with a bill of $50 .00. I went for haircuts and style and they left me one side one more longer and different of the other side. Heather I dnt know , how can you do that , charge $50 plus I pull out $20 bill for tips and she asked is $15 for her. Girl do a better job instead of trying to make money bulling people. To make this short when back for a phix. Lea take care of me because I was waiting for Heather to show up, but she came late. Can you count w people like that in a business. Well never touch that place again. I continue w my hair with no style thank you to Phix, they cant even repair the damage of the haircut. They need to be Moore Professional s. Too much gossip, no good vibe at Phix.

Heather is professional and knowledgable of all different kinds of hair. My hair tends to stick out strangely but after my first time here, this might be one of my favorite haircuts yet.

It was my first time to this salon. Although I took an appointment, I had to wait for over 15 mins. The stylist did not even acknowledge that I had checked in, or had an appointment. And did not even request me to wait. I had to interrupt and ask if they were ready to take me. It was quite unprofessional. The stylist seemed very high headed. Overall a bad experience.
