Ive had an AMAZING experience with Joel and Beverly and the members at Credit Management Group. Their service is always personable, just like family. They LISTEN and WORK DILIGENTLY on your behalf to send out correspondence to the bureaus in a timely fashion to resolve issues on your reports. Credit scores definitely jumped way up! Would NEVER consider going anywhere else. Five stars! Two thumbs up!

I had my first appointment scheduled a week ago. I got to my appointment early, only to wait over an hour later, not being able to reach Erin, the lady I had my appointment with. After I left, she did reach out to me saying her child had become sick that morning, and she forgot our appointment. I let it go, and made another appointment for the next week. Well, here we are, the day of the second attempt, and I’ve wasted my time yet again. This is very frustrating for me as I have a newborn at home, so scheduling for someone to watch my son while I go out , only to have my time wasted twice now, is not acceptable. As of now, I have still not heard back at all this time from Erin.

Beverly is fantastic. A wealth of knowledge, friendliness, and an obvious sense of duty to her community. Highly recommend this outfit!
