Im a 1st time customer to Weeks, I told Tim my issue was the Right front ABs sensor and he told me to bring it down. He checked it out and gave let me know that it was also the hub bearing and he gave me a fair price. I had him go ahead and complete the work and it was done by the end of the day. I will bring my car there from now on. forget those big chain rip off garages. If you need work bring it to TIm he will prove hes the best around. Thanks Tim

I recommend this place to everyone. Weve never taken a car to any other mechanic in years. Not only are they great mechanics, but customer service is stellar. Very helpful even when not making a sale or taking in work. Makes excellent referrals and gives great advice for body work, insurance claim processes, etc.

They did not try to upsell me for any other work and only did the work that was requested. The work was done in a timely manner at a fair price.

Car broke on short notice. They were able to get in me and out that same day only a few hours later. Prices seemed fair and the tech was honest with what was going on. Will definitely be coming back more often.

Being a student and coming from out of down, car troubles are the last thing I want on my plate but Tim did the most he could in accommodating me. He gives the price upfront and even ate the price of a service that didnt resolve my issue. Those whove heard of this shop has told me nothing but good things about it and I can attest. I have taken my automobiles there many times because they are very honest and wont rip you off. The work has exceptional quality and finishes the job in a timely manner, usually same day or next. Last week my radiator busted on the road, I towed it to his garage at night, he had it fixed by the end of the next day. Of all the repairs I had done, brakes, rotors, radiators, water pumps, never had to return due to a bad repair.

I go there since two years now. Tim works well, quickly and efficiently. Is a person which you can trust. I also suggested his place to some colleague who needed a car mechanic and they were all satisfied.

Tim is a great guy... We were new to the area and needed a trusted mechanic -- a guy who wont bleed you of every penny. Tim will actually call you after he looks at your car to tell you if he thinks you can save money by fixing or not fixing something. Hes earned my continued business. Ive had him work on our cars 4 times in a year now. Couldnt recommend more.

Ive gone here for many years. A reliable and trusted resource for the community. Tim is always up front with costs and concerns about the car. He tried his darndest to get me to not sink more money into my dying car that was really not worth saving. Now that I finally have a new car (it was that or rebuild an entirely new engine) Im only in the shop 2-3x a year for oil changes/tire rotations. Even though its now a 45 min drive for me to get there- its well worth it knowing my car is in capable hands.

There needs to be more mechanics like Tim all throughout Cleveland. I found myself driving 30 min to go see him when we had problems with our car. Tim is honest, kind and is up front with all of his pricing. I have been going to him for 8+ years and would recommend him 100% of the time for anything you need done. I wish more mechanics would operate like this.

I come back again and again because Weeks Automotive is trustworthy, they do great work, and put a lot of care into their efforts with cars and people. Love that. Ive been taking my cars to Tim for a few years now, mostly because he treats me as a human being instead of a wallet with legs. Hes friendly, honest and does excellent work. Hes practical, sensitive to my budget and never tries to sell me unnecessary repairs. I highly, highly recommend him.

They are a bunch of crooks! They damaged my car and charged me for doing nothing. I had to take my car somewhere else to fix what they did. I would give them negative stars if I could. I am filing a police report, making a BBB complaint and contacting the AFC board doubtful they even have a license.

Tim is a one time chance place to go. hes dishonest and does a horrible job . his repair didnt last 2 months and needed his attention. He argues over a 32$ Part and willing to lose a long time customer . i suggest you stay away , this isnt reputable
