Needed an alignment after having new parts and tires installed on my wheelchair accessible van. I took it to White Wheel on 1/15/21 after another local shop botched it (and failed to correct their own work two times). White Wheel listened to all my concerns, looked at my steering wheel (which was not set to center) and after I received my van back from them it was driving wonderfully! The steering wheel was positioned correctly and my vehicle was no longer pulling towards the left. I was so happy I called on my way home to thank them. Trust the team at White Wheel to care for your vehicle like it’s your own.

I took my car here for a track-oriented alignment, wheel balancing, and asked them to drain a quart of oil. I was pretty happy with the service, Ive got aftermarket suspension components but they were willing to work on them, unlike the last alignment place Id been to. They did all that I asked, and rotated my tires correctly (directional tires, cant be used on all four corners) without me requesting it. I also felt that the price was very fair, and plan to use them in the future.

Set up alignment for 4/9/21 8am for my 77 Corvette called me late afternoon 4/8/21 indicted could do the confirmed appointment at 8am indicated booked to much work they could not finnish to accept my confirmed appointment. If I leave my Corvette they might fit it in or 2 week delay if I want to be there. So why book an appointment if you cannot make it happen. Very disappointed in last minute change. I dont leave my vintage corvette with unfamiliar shop on the 1st time.

I live in the neighborhood so it is convenient. I have had estimates on cars I have owned to have repairs done and Whit Wheel is always priced right for the job. I do trust their work too.

Had a flat tire on I-90 passing through Ohio. Found White’s add on web with great reviews, called Tom brought vehicle right over. They had the tire fixed and we were back on schedule in no time. Big shout out to Whites for their excellent service and getting us back on the road !

They did completely opposite of what I asked them to do. I asked for my front tires rotated to the back and my new tires that I provided put on the front. I left a clear note in the envelope for the key drop saying to do so. My new tires were put on the back and my back rotated to the front. So now I have two tires in the front leaking and my new tires in the back. I was charged over $100 for this. I spoke over the phone and agreed upon bringing my car back a few days later to get the front tires sealed. When I took my car back a few days later they asked me for another $80. I refused the service and will be taking my car somewhere else. Do not go here! Their customer service was very professional about this situation. I have to give them that.

White Wheel Aligning Service is a family owned business. They do quality work on cars where they specialize in everything related to wheels and steering. They do brakes, mufflers, tires, oil changes, struts, springs, etc. They dont do engine and transmissions or body shop stuff. They have people who have years of experience and worked there 20 years or more. They do a lot of employee training and have many certifications. I have been going there for over 40 years and I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. They are fair and wont do work you dont need. They stay busy so always call for an appointment.

Thay do preventive maintenance. Wont do it if you dont want it.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I was in a bind and they really helped me out top notch service and customer service! They went above and beyond to help me and further explain tire care and answered all my questions they truly were a lifesaver! I was having a horrible birthday until stopping into their shop highly recommend!

So, first of all the people here are very friendly and pleasant. But, I brought my car here a year ago because it was making a squeaking noise related to the suspension and steering. White Wheel looked at it, and said and fixed one thing. Then when I test drove it afterwards and the noise was still there, they replace another thing, the ball joint free of charge. That was nice of them, but unfortunately it did not fix the issue. To be fair, I took it to another mechanic after White, who did the same thing. I finally took it to my dads mechanic in Cinci, who immediately pinpointed the issue and noticed the lower control arm bars NOT greased. How could such experts of auto suspension miss something like a part needing grease? Hope you enjoyed the $1000. I wasted my time and money here. Dont make the same mistake.

Family run business and personal touch work ethic. I was pleased to be referred to the White alignment service when my regular auto service location was unable to complete an older vehicle alignment. I sat inside the lobby while my vehicle was promptly attended to and heard so many positive comments by both old and new customers who walked in. Support small business and get treated like royalty. There is no greater consumer outcome than to feel that you have been let in on a long-held secret to the success of a three-generation ownership location. I saw that myself today and surely will be back.

Tom saw to it that my highway vibration issue was completely balanced out. Even went so far as to show me video footage of my wheel runout. Fair price for the high quality of the work done... Bringing both of my cars here from now on.

OK, so I like to give my business to the local stores, companies etc... Well, I have been to White Wheel a few time and overall was satisfied but in Feb. I had a problem with a front tire, a noise whenever I changed lanes, I brought it to their attention and asked for it to be taken for a test drive. It wasnt at that time, he said its just a rotor issue well I brought it back this week and now its a bearing issue after they finally took it for a test drive. Some people on this site have stated they do not listen to the customers and I feel this has been the issue. Sadly, time to find a new local business, and finally I was recently sent a postcard thanking me for being such a great customer

It took them all day to balance my tires. Even hearing that they got behind and the guys just got back from lunch. Excuses aside, the re-balance made a big difference. However, three (3) days latter, the front end of the car started shaking horribly. I thought one of the tires was going to come off the car. I took it to my local shop, and they found one of the rims was loose ot torqued properly. After they tightened the lug nuts, the massive vibration was gone. I missed a days pay because they didnt properly torque all the wheels. The car only has 64k miles on it. Bottom line, I dont think Ill go back there as I cant afford to miss work because they cant do the basic things right.

Recommended by a friend who has been going to Whites for years. Glad I got my tires replaced here - they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. Also took the time to help me select some great all-season tires. They are not on my side of town, but I would come back here regardless. 5 stars!

Place is TERRIBLE!!! dropped my truck off at 7am to just balance the new tires I had installed. Did not recieve any phone calls all day. 5pm comes around still no call. I called them asking about my truck... they said sorry we have not gotten to it yet and they need to keep it overnight. I told them to forget it.. and dont touch my truck im coming to pick it upI When I went up there to pick up my truck after waiting all day around 530. Both truck windows were rolled down all day and truck was unlocked. Walked into office then they couldnt find my keys..... finally found then after searching for them for 5-10min. Never will I take any vehicle there again.

A competent shop but can be difficult to deal with. Very defensive with questions. Impatient as well. Tell tale signs that something is awry.Would not advise not going to this shop but it is not one to swear by either.

I knew what was wrong w car, and made appointment for 8:00 am. I got there on time and went next door for breakfast at their recommendation. It took them 3 and a half hours for a 30 minute job. Unacceptable. 😒They only charged me for 1 hour. I went out of my way to go to White because a friend recommended them. Too bad they dont think customers time has value. It was my first and last visit to White wheel.
