If you believe in getting what you pay for, avoid this business. My husband took his vehicle in for a problem he was having with acceleration. He was told he needed a new part on the engine. Almost $700 later ($89 diagnostic + $287 parts + $232 labor + tax PLUS 3.5% fee for using debit card) the problem was not fixed. A return trip costing around $175 still did not fix the problem. Took it to a mechanic in Benton and $100 later the problem was fixed. They will probably say they do not see where I was ever a customer, which is true because it was under my husbands name and it is not the same as mine. My husband said they were rude and not customer-oriented. I believe they may do good work for some people, but definitely not our experience. We will be taking our vehicles to Benton from now on.

The gentlemen at Top Tech replaced my alternator as I was enroute from Alabama back to my home in North Carolina. The need for the repair was, of course, unexpected. My battery light came on just as I approached their exit, so it was a fortunate happenstance that I found myself in their capable hands.Not only did they fix my car in less than two hours, they picked me and my car up at the nearby NAPA auto parts store after the tow truck was held up. They were friendly, courteous and professional every step of the way. I was still able to reach my destination that evening, much to my surprise and appreciation. Thank you very much, gentlemen!

I dropped my car off for an oil leak check and less than an hour later they called me with details. It ended up being my transmission leaking and I have to say it runs better now than when I got it. Only AAA repair shop in town. good service and very good people. theyve had our business for several years now. even helped me find a reputable service center for my son when he was in Macon ga going to college and broke down late one afternoon.

I dropped my car off to have it diagnosed after having an alternator put in, they told me I had a bad alternator because my battery had no juice. I got there to take my car elsewhere and they lied saying they’ve had my car charging for 3 hours which of course they did not. Once I was able to get my car towed (because they said it wouldn’t start, which it did) to TDG automotive (highly recommend TDG for all automotive needs not this useless top tech place) they informed me that it was not an alternator issue but a wiring issue. Top Tech did not do their due diligence with my car as they should’ve when being charged $80 for a diagnosis. 0/10 I do not recommend this place and once again save your time and money by going to a different automotive shop.

Absolutely horrible service, brought my car here THREE different times for the SAME problem... the first two times they claimed they fixed it, and the third they said they can’t even work on it. Spent about $600 to end up with the same problem. They’re dishonest, very rude, and they have no idea what they’re doing. If you want to spend money on ur car and not have it fixed... go here X( i would 10/10 not recommend.

I had a neighbor recommend Top Tech, and have been completely thrilled on their skill, honesty, and ability! We brought our van down there with an AC problem, and they checked as well as they could, couldnt find a problem, and returned the van to us with no charge. They have been very flexible with after-hours drops and pickups, and have been very fair on their pricing. I have checked their work, and have been very pleased by the quality of what they do (I have done much of my own auto work in the past).

We were towed in after losing an oil plug and all of our oil on the interstate. We called AAA and this shop was recommended. The service was quick and they used quality parts. Highly recommend!

These guys are wonderful. My daughter goes to college in Cleveland and I was on a visit when my car started acting funny. I asked around and top tech came highly recommended. They fixed me up and gave me a good price. Fast forward to the winter and my daughters heater went out on her truck they fixed her right on up. She has had to call and ask some questions and they talked her through a couple things. I am so very thankful that they are close by to her. She is from out of state and so I don’t worry now if she has a problem with her truck. They are trustworthy men and show such great character.

Most Dishonest company we have worked with they charged us $89 for the 1st Diagnostic charge 541. 48 for a replacement fuel pump for an F 350. Plus 225. 33 for labour. Now weve been told it was a rebuilt pump. And to honour their warranting I would have to pay to have it towed in about 200.00 more And there would be another diagnostic charge. We will never use these people again.

Quality work from quality individuals. Driving from Texas to Washington DC my 1978 Jeep Wagoneer was having some issues on the road leaving me stranded. The guys took a look under the hood, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in no time. The kind of mechanic shop where you can sit and talk even if you dont have any car issues. Recommend to anyone.

We have had great experiences here.I took my minivan in to get an alignment after new tires. They have a very simple/minimal waiting room. However, my 3 children ages 3, 6, 7 were comfortable and we had no problems reading books. It was clean, and the TEA was out of this world in their selection. (hot tea not southern tea). The kids enjoyed looking around.I did not wait very long, and was politely informed that I didnt need an alignment after all. I paid a very low fee for their time. And I was not given a laundry list of things that I needed to do on my van.The previous time I had it in to a very techy chain garage I was told my van needed 9,000 of un-necessary repairs. We will recommend them to others.

Had my oxygen sensor replaced on my ford focus. I dropped it off at 8am. And they had it done at 11am. Super quick, and fair prices. Will definitely use these guys in the future

Was recommended here from a towing company. Was broke down and stranded hundred of miles from home with 3 kids, these guys called me promptly at open with what they expected, by 12:30 they were calling to tell me the truck was ready. I was so relieved, they saved our vacation! Way better than chevy dealership that said it would take 2 - 3 days to get looked at. Definitely recommend these guys!!

Ran over a tire on I-75 and found this awesome place through google. They took a look at my car and found nothing was wrong besides a loose piece of plastic. While waiting for the car to be ready my family and I were offered doughnuts and coffee. The service was free as nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Highly recommend.

We have used Top Tech Automotive for about 10 years & have had excellent service. They are fair & honest. I also enjoy the womans touch that is rarely found in an auto repair shop. Hot tea & coffee with a newspaper & t.v.! Just as important to me is always a very clean bathroom. That always makes the wait so much better.

I had rah into a ditch.drivers front tire was obviously leaning in at the top.called them at opening time on saturday,they told me to come on in that they would work me in.i thought great,be sitting for hours waiting.NO I was in and out in less than 30 minutes,charged me the minimum price listed plus 3 dollars for shims.its a full service auto repair,great down to earth people.the dont RIP you off.highly recommend them.get top shelf service at a good price

A few years ago our car was diagnosed by and dealership. I took it to top tech for a second opinion. Boy was I glad. It was not the wheel bearing, but just cupped tires. Brent sent me to a tire shop. Didnt charge me for the diagnosis. Later we bought a van and we had them check it out before we bought it. He recommended a few things. Later when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, he reminded me that I could get a free rotation from the company I bought the tires from. Saved me some money. So, when the maintenance light came on, we came back for regular check up. New plugs, hoses, and belts. I prefer to have a mechanic that is honest, looks out for us, and doesnt break our pocket. Ive sent several friends here because they have done a great job for us.

My girlfriend and I are out of towners when our car broke down the afternoon before Thanksgiving. They were able to take us in and get us back on the road same day. Because of our situation, they had all hands on deck and were reasonably priced! Extreme friendly service and a family atmosphere. We are extremely thankful to have done business with them! Five out of five! Would recommend every time!

My husband and I have taken our SUVS to Top Tech several times. Ive also had my mom take her car there. They are very professional. We are always treated with respect. We trust them with our cars and believe they offer fair prices for the cost of parts and labor. Its good to have a place in Cleveland we dont have to second guess. This shop was great. They communicated well and were very friendly. They also worked quickly. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day. I had to leave town that evening and they worked hard to get it done in a timely manner.Only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is due to them not calling when my car was ready. I could have left town an hour earlier, but I had to call and find out my car was done.Overall, extremely satisfied and will use this shop again. Special shoutout to Brent who is upfront and shoots you straight. No beating around the bush at this shop.

I ended up at Top Tech because my fuel pump went out 500 miles away from home. As an out of state young woman, I was at the mercy of a local mechanic.The pros: Their parts were of good quality and came with a warranty. They were very responsive, I was never on hold nor waited longer than two rings before an answer. The service here was not lacking.Quote: I paid $740 for the fuel pump replacement, $120 of that was for a diagnostic which they did not warn about beforehand. A local shop down the road quoted it at $500. I stayed at Top Tech because of their AAA discount, warrantied parts, and they already did the diagnostic.Side note: on their key drop envelope, it said that they required cash payments. After this review Ive been informed they do take card.Now, I didnt mind the cost. I value others time and will pay for quality work. I didnt want to be on the side of a highway again.However, something was off when I got back onto the highway. My car was running loud and the floor beneath my feet was vibrating. I tried calling Top Tech but it was minutes after closing and they were out. So, with my poor dad on the phone directing me, I crawled under to inspect the issue. I discovered that my exhaust was disconnected. Something so obvious that my father, a non-mechanic with no eyes on the situation, guessed the problem immediately. I can equate this to Stevie Wonder saving my day.Top Tech or AAA disconnected the exhaust but who did it is irrelevant. I paid a premium mechanic to fix my vehicle and it was their job to identify any problem. They test drove my vehicle after fixing it and I dont understand how something so obvious was missed.So, if you want a mechanic who is diligent or who can finish what they started, this may not be the place for you.Three stars because my van is fine after I had to crawl under the car, burn myself on the exhaust, and fix the oversight. And they are very responsive again.

Brent and Sonya both are honest and straight forward people. I have never had any issues getting my car repaired here and prices have always been reasonable. I cant count the number of times that Brent has loaned me a car and helped fix my car in a quick time frame. Any negative review on here is unbelievable to me.. 1st, 2007 toyo taco owner w/ 314K miles as perspective; after inspection its a drive train replacement...I was taken in and my truck returned within 36 hours; approx. $700 and this is by far (like $500 difference) the most Ive spent on my taco...ecstatic to say the least; ill return to these fellas for major or minor. Blessings!

We first went to Top Tech to get a vehicle checked over before we bought it. They were able to find rust on the exhaust pipe. This alone was a $1500 repair. The owner reduced the price by $1500 for the repairs. We were happy! They also have amazing chicken eggs! Non GMO, pasture raised. I havent tried their beef yet, but were saving up for it! Great friendly staff!

We called them and they use very expensive overcharged parts and when I asked if they make sure to flush the radiator so theres no debris in it and make sure they fix it properly, he said yes but he had an attitude and hung up hard in our ear. Thats just rude. He didnt even tell us what kind of a warranty it had, if any, after they fix it. And they charge 100.00 for the blower which is like 30.00 and less for the part and even less if its just a loose wire. (Which is what we suspect it is) and takes hardly any time to fix it. But he didnt tell us if its just a loose wire that he would not charge us the 100.00. If he is just too busy then he should just say so. To say 100.00 for the blower and not explain that its depending on the issue, or he could have said that it could be less, he is making sure they get 100.00 for maybe just putting a loose wire together?I dont trust them. Christian doesnt mean they are in the up and up and obedient toward righteousness. Christians think they can shyster people too. Just because they have a bible doesnt mean they really obey it and do righteously toward people. His estimates show me that he is for the love of money, not righteousness and what is really fair toward their customer. He had no care nor concern in his attitude or voice and I didnt hear fairness in his quotes either.

After breaking down near Cleveland, Tennessee around 4am, Brent at Top Tech Automotive was highly recommended from the tow truck driver who was sent from AAA. Im not from Tennessee and had no knowledge of the area so I trusted the tow truck driver knew of the best repair shops around. It was around 5am when I was dropped off at Top Tech Automotive and it was there I waited until they opened at 7:30. As soon as they opened Brent was so helpful and got me in right away. Brent and his team worked to fix my truck first thing and had me back on the road within the next hour. I cant thank them enough for helping me out and getting me going so quickly. I highly recommend Top Tech Automotive to anyone in that area in need of some Automotive assistance.

Trustworthy & affordable service. Our alternator went out on our way from Florida back to Indianapolis today, they got us right in & back on the road in no time. My clutch went out on my car and I was left stranded.... I called the next day and they dint put me off or give me a week down the road. The guy went to my house and got the keys to my car and towed it to the shop. It was finished in 2 days. Slave cylinder and master cylinder.. I cant even order parts that fast . I dont know how they did it. If u want help now Id go to these guys.... It was a fair price too.

I took my vehicle to this business. My heater core was leaking. I asked them to repair my heater core, to refill my radiator, and to give me an oil change. I even paid for an extended warranty that was supposed to cover the vehicle because they were going to put in a special oil additive. My vehicle was gone for about four days. When I got it back, I drove it to work. I work about 30 minutes away. I then drove my vehicle back home. I was almost home when there was a dinging noise coming from my dash. I looked down at my instrument panel and noticed that my engine temperature was pegged to the max. I immediately pulled over and allowed my vehicle to cool off. I left that location after about an hour of cooling off and drove the remaining one mile to the house. I then had my vehicle towed to their shop and gave the a detailed description of what happened. They called me the next day and stated that I had blown a head gasket and that it was going to cost an additional 800.00 dollars to repair. I asked if it would be covered by the warrantee or because they were the last to change both fluids that were now being mixed in my engine. They then said that nothing that theyd done would have caused that to happen. I MEAN REALLY!?!?!?! You changed the only two fluids in the vehicle that were now being mixed together in my engine block and you did nothing?????? Did you bother to replace the a $2.00 thermostat? Did you flush the cooling system to insure that there wasnt any debris left in it after the repair?!?!?!?!They refused to admit that they could have caused the problem and would not work with me.I urge those that are going to deal with them to know my story and to know that I believe that they are LIARS and CHEATS that wear a cloak of righteousness and act like they are good people.This is definitely a buyer beware situation. I really wish now that I had obtained legal representation and sued them for their irresponsibility. If only I had the money to do that then. Since this incident, I had to sell my vehicle for scrap and then finance another vehicle with low monthly payments. They dont care about the hardship they created for one of their customers...they wanted my money for the poor service and then they wanted more for their ineptitude!!!!

Top Tech Automotive does not sell ANY type of extended warranty at all....EVER. We are not a dealership. We are an independent automotive repair shop.As to the loaner car remark, the cars are aged, but dependable, and a life saver if your stranded and in need of lunch ,baby diapers or just to do errands. If Mrs. Obeys has never been inside our shop how would she know if we had Christian materials in the lobby or not? We are 25yrs strong and we didnt get that way by being dishonest.-Sonya
