Hit a deer last month did some pretty decent damage. Luckily found a great place through my insurance to do the work R&R body in Brookpark. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough nice things about R and R. They are truly top notch. They installed a new grille onto my Audi A4. They contacted me to let me know there was a silver bumper bar behind the black mesh grille that just didn’t look good. Charlie sent me photos and communicated everything. They sanded and painted the bar black for me. The point is, there are places that would have taken the easy route and not told me, or wouldn’t have taken the time to correct this. They do the work properly the first time. They have also done amazing work on my friend’s Classic cars. The devil’s in the details!!

Im sure they do great work, but they quoted me $6,000 over the phone for a basic paint job on my Toyota Tundra🤪

There great painted my Lincoln & my benz a while back, Joe gets the job done. Fixed a Taurus after accident looked awesome never would have guess a few days prior it was wrecked. Im going to get my dually painted next. I recommend R & R 100%

This shop is fantastic! I was in an accident about a month ago and my insurance company sent me to them. The reviews on here are spot on. Charlie kept me up to date on repairs and let me know that a part was going to take a while to get into the shop and he would just call me and let me know when it was in. I have never experienced this type of professionalism at an auto shop before. NEVER. A few days after I picked up my car, there was an issue with my car door and I took it back and they fixed it with no issue during my lunch hour. Come to find out, this was not an issue caused by them, but from a previous (expensive) repair made by a car dealership. I cant see myself going to a dealership for repairs every again.

Everyone was pleasant and the quality of the work was top notch I am very happy with the work they did. They also gave me updates on the progress and cost and estimated completion date every so often during the repair process

Had to take my car elsewhere so, I chose R & R AUTO BODY. They did a GREAT JOB and didnt keep it for a month.

Went and got a quote from Charlie. Charlie is hilarious and down to earth! Havent had the body work done on the vehicle yet but if their skills are as good as their customer service you are in good hands!

These guys/gals were great, especially after the poor quality of service I had at a previous body shop...they fixed my windows properly, had great communication and were so kind. I’m really glad this was the body shop my insurance company recommended!!

Fabulous repair job from deer strike on my 2019 kia sorento. Rating changed from 5 to 3. Supposed to get new piece of glass on drivers front side. I guess they changed their mind. No follow up. Still a nice job overall.

I just picked up my vehicle today after having it dropped off here for repairs due to an accident. i will say not only did they do fantastic work and make sure everything was perfect but my car was washed and the inside was detailed. i could not have asked for a better repair facility. i would highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone!

Friendly staff. Amazing waiting lobby that even has massage chair. The real nice one too. Full body massage. Back , shoulders , arms , legs including the calfs , neck the whole nine.

Joe and the team at R & R do fantastic work! I took my truck to them to repair some rust and do some custom work to the front end. They performed the work as requested, in a timely manner, and even kept me informed on the progress. I got my truck back exactly the way I had wanted it. The rust was fixed properly, the paint was not wavy or orange peel-y, and everything was color matched perfectly. Took my WRX in for some body work and they did a great job highly recommend!

I cant believe this place gets such great reviews! My van was hit by a Mack truck (yes-a mack dump truck) and clipped the right rear damaging the bumper and right corner (repairs noted first time). After all said and done, they never reported that the truck hit the exhaust (which is on the right corner under bumper) and cracked the exhaust manifold (ripple effect). Stated van was like that and simply swapped out the muffler! Cost me $1600 out of pocket since insurance wouldnt cover due to not submitted by this company.Pros: Excellent body workCons: only interested in doing what they specialize in and not handle the whole claim leaving you half serviced.Would not recommend to anyone.

Had my vehicle for 2 months now. They tried to return it to me with a newly installed bracket that was cracked halfway through and the parts werent even chromed to match on top of it. Cant recommend at this time.
