They even took my car in for a trade in as a downpayment. My vehicle had no warranty but the manager made sure he put a warranty plus other beneficial aspects I may need in the future. Do not buy anything from these crooks! I have had this car 2 months the transmission is going out, quote of 5 to 7 thousand to fix. Had the car 2 weeks had to replace the battery and serpentine belt. The car has been sitting at the shop more than its been on the road! Thanks north coast auto for screwing me out of my money. Dont buy anything from them they will try to screw you as well

Justin is great. He made me feel at ease in the process of purchase. The only thing is that it takes a very long time so plan your day to spend with them. I love the fact that they dont sell you junk. My credit is 550 and they got me in a 2012. Beautiful car. I have to pay more than most because of my credit. But it is well worth it. Chris the finance manager was great too. If I didnt want to keep the car I was able to return it. Thank you for everything guys.

What a terrible experience I have had trying to make a purchase from this dealer. Sent over photos of our trade in and we did receive a value from them, which was the only progressive part of this process. From that point they only would text asking when we were coming in to buy the vehicle. We had responded several times to them that we wanted to speak on the phone with them several times regarding the out-the-door purchase price that we would need financed (vehicle price, taxes, fees, and deduction of the trade in). No response to any of those requests, but still received continuous texts saying are you coming in today to purchase. What time can we expect you. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. To make it even more frustrating, since we couldnt get anyone to answer our questions or actually call us, I took it upon myself to call the dealer. Your call is then answered by a call center who forwards you to the person you say that youve been talking to (through text). No one answers the phone when it is forwarded or returns the call when you leave a message. More texts of the same though!! One of the times that I called I asked to speak to a sales manager or any manager. Surprise surprise, no answer or call back. It is honestly impossible to get someone on the phone besides the representative at the call center. As a nice little cherry on top, when I attempted to try again, the representative spoke a little more than just a transfer call. She has asked me if what I was inquiring from the call, and I told her that we were trying to get the final purchase price so we could get our financial institution that info so they could get us the money to purchase the vehicle. She responded to me saying oh we dont like dealing with outside financing very much. What?? So this is the reason we havent received a call back and why they are so adamant about us just coming in to buy without giving a final price?? A dealer should have way better respect for their clients and prospects than this. Its about helping the people that come to your business and not about what ever kickback you get from whatever bank you partner with for financing. We had the credit and our financing, All we needed was info.I have purchased many vehicles in state and out of state. Flown to other states for the exact car I wanted and drove it back. These other dealers have always gave me every bit of information that I requested (walk around videos, final price, solidified trade in value, held the car for days until I arrived, etc.) and that is how you take car of your customers. Never have I received such poor customer service like what I experienced at North Coast Auto Mall of Cleveland!! You lost this sale and Im now talking to a more helpful dealer. I hope this helps others from dealing with this ridiculous process and results in the loss of more business

My experience at North Coast Auto Mall in Cleveland was quick yet relaxing. There was plenty of help available when walking into the door, including Stephany Morales who was informative and happy to help. I had no idea of what I was going to purchase, whether it was a car, SUV, or truck. She patiently went through each option and what they had available, including driving back and forth from the office and the car storage lot. Called the main phone number one day to discuss trading in our car. Spoke with Will, who was very friendly and helpful. Stopped in to the dealership after talking to Will who it turns out worked at the call center. Walked in the door, was immediately greeted by Justin. Young guy, very pleasant, very helpful! He patiently answered all of my questions, worked with us on the trade-in, and we left there with a very nice Nissan Rogue. We are very happy! Justin, and the finance guy whose name I believe was Chris {sorry if I got that wrong}, we’re excellent to work with.Communications re pay-off of trade-in could have been more timely.

Terrible service and will scam you! Milad was to sign my friends mother up for a loan and put her daughter as a co-signer. Instead, they scammed them and switched them on the loan. When confronted, they said “well you left with a car, didn’t you?”. This place is a huge scam!!! Do not go here. You will regret it. Will be turning them in to the better business bureau.

The only thing they will be honest about is that they can get you approved. Everyone seemed very nice and like they wanted to be helpfulBut its all a show! I understand all used car salespeople are misleading but they crossed the line. They also make the check engine light go off before you buy it then its on as soon as you drive it home. We live in counties that have to pass e-check so thats a big deal if you have to pay to get the light off before you can get plates. IDK how you could go to work everyday knowing you are just lying and cheating people all day and making money off it.

Absolutely terrible experience. Purchased an Infiniti q50 and was given a fake car fax that said the car was only in a minor accident. The sales rep had me initial other pages and when I pointed out that they didnt match what the first page said, he took them back and said they were for the wrong car. Those pages are now being used as evidence that I was told about the damage. I still have the copy that he gave me that says no structural damage. Management refuses to acknowledge the documents I was given. This place is a complete sham and I encourage everyone to avoid North Coast all together.Update: it has been two weeks since North Coast responded to this review stating management would be in touch, and still no one has reached out.

If I had to choose only one place to buy cars for my entire life, that place would be at North Coast Auto Mall! My husband and I took a flight from Salt Lake City to Cleveland just to buy a car with this dealer, especially because of the good things that we’ve heard about them, and great features that the vehicle has. Actually everything was great. We gave a down payment when we were still in Utah and had no problem at all, Millad helped us with everything we needed, all the time. Also, the car was in great condition! I waited until we got back to Salt Lake City (driving) to give the most sincere feedback possible and for real: we had no problems at all, the car is perfect! Dennis made sure to keep in communication and he was patient, it was the financing team that was ridiculous to work with, I had to wait 3 hours just to know about the monthly payments.

I was very dissatisfied in the treatment I received from the Chris in the service department. He was very rude and unprofessional. He set me up with an appointment to get something fixed in my car. I missed the appointment and tried to reschedule and he made me very uncomfortable trying to reschedule. If you can, avoid him and ask for a different manager. Best of luck. Chris H.,the finance manager, (a different Chris) was amazing. He initially set me up with a used car that I absolutely love. Although the cars come as is, him and Leroy the salesman made my purchase a easy process. Make sure you ask for them!

Do NOT trust them. It took forever to get our brand new van fixed. And it never got fixed. They said they would give us a head rest for a van. They did but it took Ill forever and it was the wrong one. They could not fix our van so they gave it back. They do not take long to look over cars before buying them so if you get a car make sure you take it somewhere else and get it checked before buying it.
