Use Larchmere for VW service usually and love it. Recently had a sunroof stuck open on a Honda and Jacob and team didnt hesitate to take the vehicle in and give it a look. I called around to multiple locations and even took the car to the Honda dealership but Larchmere and Jacob were the only ones willing to take a look at it. They took the car and stored it right away since we didnt have any indoor option while waiting to get it looked at. Better yet, they found the issue and fixed it for an extremely fair and reasonable price. A huge thank you to the Larchmere team!

The Larchmere Imports team always takes great care of both my German vehicles: a 2017 Audi A7, which I bought through their car buying service (and which most recently received a 60K mile service) and my 1993 BMW 325i, which is still running smoothly, thanks to their efforts over many years.What they dont know about premium vehicle service would fit in a thimble!

BEWARE LADIES AND THE ELDERLY! My last experience with Cleveland Larchemere Import location was horrible and would not recommend. I sent my 07 BMW 328i due to it running rough. Based off the shops recommendations to get it running smoothly I compiled (labor $707 parts $416). When I picked the vehicle up which was around closing time, I noticed the vehicle under the hood smoking. Figured it was due to the new repairs. The reason the car was repaired is for my mother. She drove it 2 days and it ran it hot. I immediately called and explained to matter to Jacob. He instructed me to tow it and he if the problem cause by them , they ll fix it.What a huge inconvenience cause I had to get the car towed mind you this a few weeks due to me getting ill. Finally, the vehicle at the shop and guess what folks. Of course they want to charge me for a problem I didnt go in with. Mind you this repair was in the same area, within the same time line, and this vehicle has a history with Larchmere. SO HE TELLS ME THAT NO ONE SEEN THIS PROBLEM!! I noticed the problem picking it up!! How absurd is that the repairs was to prevent the very exact thing! Very shabby customer service and take advantage of others. This couldve been bad for my mother driving or damaging to the car. HARD WORKING FOLKS PLEASE BE WEARY especially during a panadmic. Businesses will take your money and not care! Dishonest.Update: Folks dont fall for the generic messages thinking they care! John called and wasted my time and oxygen to admit it was human error/oversight. However, they dont WORK FOR FREE, implying its okay we mess up but you need pay! I suggest you not reply back to this post or Ill produce receipts showing how improperly you perform work. Let the public decide.

Larchmere is the best! We have two aging BMWs that are in excellent condition. We just moved here from California where we had superb service in Beverly Hills and San Francisco. Larchmere is every bit as good, but much more personal. We both feel that John, Jacob and the others at Larchmere are very knowledgeable and accessible to the layperson, and that the technicians do excellent work. I originally took my vehicle in for an oil change. After inspecting the vehicle, the service department found that I had a problem that needed to be addressed. The owner was very courteous and explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle. The oil change and repair were made in a very timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. I was especially impressed because I was leaving town the next morning, and they really worked me in to repair my vehicle. I highly recommend Larchmere Imports and will definitely use their services again.

I had seemingly run over some road debris and had a tire going flat. Even though their service schedule was booked up, they squeezed me in to get me out of trouble. In and out in 30 minutes. Im a long time customer and wouldnt take my BMW anywhere else.

Very bad and unprofessional service of selling a car. Scheduled an appointment two days in advance (would have came the evening prior but seller had an appointment) so scheduled following day. He double scheduled other people also without informing us, and sold car out from under us even though we drove hours out of way. Would have been much more professional to be upfront and honest. I paid $400 for them to fix an issue that was not corrected. They have no idea how to properly work on German vehicles. For the money I have paid I could have taken my car to the dealership.

I stopped by Larchmere Imports near closing time recently to ask if they could repair a bit of damage to the spoiler and tailpipe on my Audi A6. John Negus got me in for the repair a day later. Not being able to complete the work before the end of the day on Friday, he came in on Saturday morning and finished the job so I was not without my car all weekend. The work was excellent, the price was very reasonable and I was thrilled with that level of service. John also spent some time explaining what I could expect in owning and driving an Audi as this is my first time owning a European car. I will most certainly be back to Larchmere Imports for all my auto service.

Extremely over priced, was quoted $1800 for a repair that I got done at another shop for $450. To be fair I can not speak to their quality of work.

These guys are professionals. When I came to them with what I was told the issue was from a separate garage. They didn’t immediately say that was the issue, they told me to bring it in and they will run their tests and diagnose from there. Turns out the issue was much less severe and came with a very detailed report and plan on further action. As well as being friendly and priced fair.

Great service on my Mini GP2. Fast and reasonably priced. They received my Tire Rack tires, mounted and installed them. Replaced the cowl covers and changed the oil.

John & Jacob are consummate customer service oriented autos techicians. The service is efficient with a level of detail that I rarely got when I used the dealers. They are always my first call when I have any question or need for my E550.

Not happy. Dropped off for diagnostic of engine light. John called to tell me the thermostat needed replacing, the cost and that he didnt think that they could get to it today. We ended call with him checking to see if there was space or not and for him to call me back. In mean time I get lower estimates for the work to be done and learn that there is a mfr coverage of that part and dealer service center is no charge. When I get the call back Larchmere performed the work without me saying yes do the job. Im upset with the way things were handled in this matter, I spent money that didnt have to be spent. And I cant be reimbursed for it. When I didnt have to be charged for it. Ill never go to larchmere imports again nor ever recommend them.

My cars brake warning light lit up suddenly and they were able to take me on very short notice. They replaced my brakes and fixed a leaky window washer nozzle the same day. I love that is a well run, focused, local small business. There is even a shop dog! Those attributes contribute to the feeling of customer appreciation every time there is phone or personal interaction. I first went in to get an estimate on my 2005 325i when it was closing in on 100K miles and I wanted to know a fair price. They convinced me to hold onto it and 5 years later I still bring it there and it still runs great. In stead of trading it in, I put money into it instead of making a new car payment and I bought a 135i for weekends.

They were super professional over the phone and were able to get me an appointment for the next day.On the day of when I got my car back they had really gone above and beyond what I expected for just regular service. I brought my 2007 BMW 335i in to Larchmere Imports for the very first time. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. John, the owner was fantastic to work with and went very much out of his way and had his team pick up and drop off my car because of special circumstances. After using Larchmere Imports I will never again use a dealership.

I recently purchased a 2001 BMW 530i. I knew there would be some maintenance needed on the vehicle based on the cars age, but I didnt expect some of these things to happen all at once. Needless to say BMWs can be a little more expensive to maintain. Larchmere Imports and especially Jacob was honest and fair about the repairs. You cant trust just anyone with these vehicles and I believe I was given a fair and maybe a little less than market prices for my repairs and a small freebie or two (rear tail light indicator was on and Jacob wouldnt let the leave without addressing it, at no charge). Im not big on leaving reviews. If I like a place, I go back. If I dont, I wont. Larchmere Imports is customer oriented, professional and excellent at what they do. Allow them to maintain and/or repair your vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I am also so glad we found Larchmere Imports for our two German cars --one eight years old and the other almost 17! The staff provides reasonably priced, high quality, personalized service -- a BIG contrast with the actively rude Audi dealership to which I took my car for so many years and much more conveniently located. (Larchmere Imports is a short walk from the Shaker Square rapid lines.)

Great service - in the 7+ years Ive been taking my cars to them, I encountered a single issue - a novice tech forgot to tighten a bolt. The owner took care of the issue immediately and without question, made sure I had a loaner, and in general made the situation right.I trust them and their advice implicitly - theyre honest and straight shooting guys that love BMWs.

My 2004 s430 had suspension issues in which they advised me on what was the best plan of action well me being me had all of it done no more noise....returned a few days later for check engine light which turned out to be crank sensor fixed yeah... drove home that night went out and was on highway check engine light came back on dropped car off first thing in the morning ran test now spark plugs.... I know what you thinking guys but read more... they told me it was possibly spark plugs due to mileage and two cylinder shutdown and multiple cylinder misfires .... due to some miscommunication the price should of been 485.00 but being the good people they are ,they waived the cost of plugs and labor honest fair and reliable ✊🏾
