I agree with everyone else. Freck is the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic I know. The only place we will ever take our cars for engine repairs.

Frecks place is the real deal, honest, reliable and knowledgeable! Yes he does get backed up at times, not because he is slow, but because he really knows his stuff and that makes him very popular. He had worked on my younger sons old Volvo numerous times and not once did we run into Jesse James whenever we went to pay him. My daughter in law has an older Honda Civic that we diagnosed ourselves, it was the ECM. EVERY Honda forum that we read said that yes, we could replace it ourselves but it would ONLY be able to be programmed to her car by a Honda dealer. Dialed up Freck and was told to bring it in so they could take a look. Sure enough, Freck was able to program it.I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

These guys are awesome. I drive an 80s Pathfinder and not only were they the only shop in town that would even work on it, they went above and beyond. I needed the rear main oil seal replaced, and without making any fuss about it they went ahead and replaced the pilot bearing in the clutch too.

An honest mechanic. Imagine that. I took a 2002 Volvo to him. I had been told the problem was the ECM (the computer) and the part alone was going to cost over $1000 not to mention the labor cost. I took it to Freck at F&L. He said it could be the ECM but let me check. Turns out it was one of the coil packs and he had a used one for $80. Altogether he charged me $100 when he had to know that he could have said ECM also (I would have never known) undercut the other guy and charged me over $1000. Not only is he honest but he knows his stuff. Because of this he has a lot of business so dont expect to have your car back that day or the next because chances are hes got several jobs ahead of you but if you want it fixed right and dont want to be overcharged hes the guy..

Not happy with prices or attatuide will not be going back. Waste of time or gas going there 😦
