Super rude! Got a text message telling me they can give me a deal to ship my car for around 700$ and when I called about it they told me they had no idea what I was talking about and then when I called again to ask about why the actual driver was charging me more then we agreed on the man yelled at me and told me it was my own problem and hung up. It was the most stressful/ awful experience ever. This is the first time shipping a car and honestly it was thee worst experience ever.

Ben was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The work he did on the car was wonderful and complete. He also gave some good advice concerning possible future body work.

I commute an hour to and from work everyday and had an issue with my car as I was pulling into the parking garage on a Monday (of course!). I found raving reviews for Bens and I thought Id give it a shot. The service was excellent and they even communicated with my hometown mechanic since some parts needing replaced were under warranty. When I went to pick up my car, one of the mechanics came out and explained to me what had been going on with my car. If I ever find myself needing a mechanic or someone trustworthy to take a look at my vehicle, I will definitely be giving Bens a call!

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. First class, quality craftsmanship that only comes from generations of experience. Straight shooting professionals with a community conscientiousness; a fabulous combination. If youve experienced the BS of other shops, come here and youll never have to go through that again. I was given constant updates, he had my rental set up so I could pick it up and drop it off at his place, and when my repair went longer than expected he called the rental car place for me and extended my rental. I dont recommend anyone going here, unless you know exactly what your car needs. I had two small scratches, or abrasions. One was on the top of my trunk, the other was on the rear quarter panel, right above the rear tire. I had no dents or dings, I just wanted some touch up paint. I was told by the owner I would have to get the whole quarter panel painted, which would be $800.00 dollars. He explained that he would have to take off stuff to paint it, which would be A lot of work he said. I said ok. I get my car back and the scratches are gone, but it does not look like fresh paint. He told me he didnt paint the trunk, he said he wet sand it and polished it. I ask did he paint the quarter panel he said yes, but it still have small scratches, and cloudy spot, which was always there when I bought the car. Long story short I paid 800$ for wet sand and polished. I didnt know how deep the scratches were thats my fault. He beat me out of 400$ bucks aleast.
