I noticed my tire was going flat while on the freeway, I exited and ended up at Big Joes. Mind you this is not a repair shop, they sell cars. I asked the man at the desk if he had an air pump, or if I could pay for air for my tire. He replied well we do, but nothing is turned on yet I said do you know where the closest place is to get air, once he told me I said theres no way I will make it there. He moved the cars they had in the garage and another man came in and then he not only offered to change my tire and plug it, but refused to let me pay him for his kindness. Thank you all so much for helping me. Good people

My last three vehicle, came from Big Joes! Like any other place, you have to do your homework! But they are honest people! They tell you like it is! Take it or leave itis a business not a charitable place

Bought an 07 Impala from here, one of the best cars Ive had. Had low miles and Im still driving it with 200k miles. I drive it all over the place to New Hampshire and back here. Runs great everything is great about the car. Had it paid off in no time. Highly recommend this place

The cars are overpriced and the asking down payment is the same as going to a new car lot. My question is why put down 3000 on a 2010 Chevrolet Impala that the asking price is 6900 when I can go to a dealership and put down 3000 on a car with a warranty. The cars are being sold here as is with no warranty.

***BEWARE Same Green Jeep Parked In front It Looks Good*** I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander from Big Joe’s in March 2019. When we test drove the truck the ABS lights were on and it had a rattle when you press on the gas and a weak throttle. The truck had a hard time gaining speed when on the freeway going past 45 mph. Mike told us that the truck just need tires and that the brand new tires that were in the back seat with him come with truck. We purchased the truck and Mike had us go to a tire shop near the car lot to have the tires put on. The tires did not resolve any of the trucks current issues and the rattling got worst and my check engine light came on due to needing a new catalytic converter within the first 5 days. They sent me to a back yard mechanic to have my catalytic converter replaced once that was replaced with a universal catalytic converter which ended being the wrong converter my transmission started acting up a week later. So we asked Big Joe’s and the mechanic place that “replaced” the converter for a receipt so that we could have proof that it was even replaced. No one could provide us with paper work we got the run around. We to the truck to firestone and that’s when everything hit the fan. The truck had so many problems from the water pump being cracked, rusted crack oil pan, exhaust issues (the replaced converter was universal that was the wrong size for the truck), suspension issues, an oil leak that was leaking from various places underneath the truck just to name a few things that firestone documented to use. I explained and provided paperwork to Mike and Joe… They seemed as if they really wanted to help so they requested my truck again and sent it to another mechanic for a day to have the water pump replaced and the oil leaks fixed as well. So now that the water pump is “fixed” and they “patched” all the oil leaks I think the car is fixed. I pull off go to Auto Zone on Clark. The car just did ride right we get to AutoZone and now the truck is running hot it is stating “transmission overheat” it won’t stay started it but the catch is there is no Check Engine light on so even though I’m at AutoZone they can’t tell me what’s wrong because there is no light on. We take the truck back to them they request and keep the truck for another 2 days trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I get my truck back it runs but now the check engine light is on. The truck now has an exhaust leak and it has a smells of burnt gas when your drive more than 3 miles. Plus the transmission light would still come on periodically stating “transmission overheat” the truck started stalling and cutting off. I refused to take the truck back to them to allow them to send it to one of their backyard mechanic places again and the truck runs worse than it did before as I experienced the 1st two times. Buyers Please Beware they act as if they are willing to help but the help they pay for cut corners and rig things up just to get the car back on the road and for the most part all these low budget car lots on that westside all work together from the owner of the land that the lots are on to the fake mechanics that try to fix on these used vehicles with minimal resources provided.

They sold my Mom a Sludge Mobile and didnt even tell here, They also lie about what is wrong with their cars and They see people in desperate situations and take advantage, We had to finish paying this Hunk of Junk off but we wont forget and will not do Business wit them again, I Suggest avoiding this ROB Shop at all Costs They get garbage cars and have a shoddy mechanic fix them just long enough to run Then sell them off or give you a big high payment and make you sign a document saying you wont try to sue them. Because they know they screw people over. DONT GO HERE

First car I bought for here ran well no problems. Second car was horrible check engine light came on within the first week. I asked could He do anything to help me and he refused later after fixing the problem that made the check engine light come on. The car broke down it was all within a month. Don’t waste your time

I HAAAATE THIS PLACE SOOOO BAD!!!!! Ive ended up buying two cars from them only because the first I bought four years ago when I met them and I was paying a note. That car lasted two years but only about eight months after I was done paying the note. This year I was doope into going there again because I couldnt make the auction and they sold me a Taurus 2001 and I knew I shouldnt have but being a woman when u have two men with u and they try to insist its a good deal u dont know what to doo smh. The radio didnt work from the jump they said they just had put a new transmission into it that too was a lie because 60 later the seals were worn out or bad and now the transmission has to be dropped smh!!!!! The window motor stopped working the brakes are bad need a tune up and oil change this car that I JUUUST PURCHASED THAT HASNT EVEN HAD TIME TO BE PLATED IS NOW THE CAR I HAVE TO GET RID OF IN ORDER TO PURCHASE A NEEEWW!! TRULY RELIABLE VEHICLE. Im so mad and we all need these cars for work and LIFE AND WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS ANYWAY??

They rope you in to buying cars that they know will only run long enough to get you into a contract and pay a down payment. I purchased a Nissan Altima from there with low miles not even a month in it was experiencing engine problems and was undrivable. They wouldnt work with me to try to get me into somthing different and basically said either pay the car off or we will make sure this effects your credit. The car lasted 3 weeks after I bought it how horrible of people are you that you knowingly sell cars that are basically done for horrible experience ! !!!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE.!!!!!!!!
