I lived at Tremont Place Lofts for 2 years while I was a med student at Case and have only good things to say about living here. Ty, Myron, Joaquin and the rest of the team have made the apartment feel like a home for me! Theyre also so kind and responsive with whatever I need help with from losing my keys to responding rapidly to maintenance requests. I wouldnt have lived anywhere else during my time in Cleveland!

My husband, dog, and I lived in the lofts for five years, and had a wonderful experience. Our apartment was sunlit and beautiful, with a wonderful fireplace we used all year long and great wood floors. The building has everything you expect at this price point -- in unit washer and dryer, a/c, hardwood floors, etc. And, its in a beautiful and unique historic building with surprises all over the building. Ty, Myron, Joaquin, & Mattie are kind, wonderful, and became our friends over the years, and we were so sad to leave because of them. Couldnt reccommend living here enough.

Great location in the heart of Tremont! Each apartment is unique and includes an on-suite washer/dryer. Lots of amenities. Property manager Ty was fantastic to work with. Maintenance crew was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed living at Tremont Place Lofts. The landlord Ty was friendly and accommodating. The maintenance men were quickly attentive to my needs. The apartment was beautiful and huge, and each apartment is unique. I controlled my own heat and air conditioning, and had an in-unit washer/dryer and garbage disposal. Parking was secured. The apartment building is right in the middle of all the Tremont fun. Highly recommended!

Had an awesome 2 years at the Lofts and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The landlord Ty is friendly and always willing to help. The area is fantastic as there are several bars and things to do within a short walk. Nothing not to love here wish I could have stayed longer but my new job was too far away!

The outdoor space located within the building sold us. Amazing if you love getting outdoors.

If you are looking for the perfect combination of space, location and uniqueness in Cleveland then you will love Tremont Place Lofts. While the building and neighborhood speak for themselves, it is the staff that will make it a great place for you to live. The property manager and maintenance person are in the building six days a week and always available to be reached. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to help make you comfortable! On the rare occasion that an issue arises, they are responsive and never make residents feel as if they are an inconvenience. I couldn’t recommend a better place to live in Tremont!

Well managed and nicely designed apartments.

Tremont Place Lofts is a well managed apartment complex in the heart of Tremont.Location is the main reason many choose to live here. Located literally above a bar (The Spotted Owl), it has easy walking access to everything Tremont has to offer, and is less than 10 minutes away from anything youd like to do downtown or around Cleveland.The management is always responsive and very friendly. While there may be some maintenance calls with a historic apartment, the on-site maintenance team will always assist quickly.

This building is one of a kind. If you are anti-cookie cutter go see for yourself!

I lived in TPL for over 1.5 years as a student and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Ty is very personable and will help you in any way he can whether that be offering to help move, staying late to show you a different apartment, or working with you with finances. Myron runs the maintenance show and was super friendly. You know its a good place to live when the people that work there know you by name. All of the apartments have updated kitchens and have unique layouts (I have toured quite a few). Ive met people that have lived here for 5+ years.The location in my opinion is pretty ideal for Cleveland! I never felt unsafe walking around the area. There are bar and restaurants all over. New townhomes and such are being built all over so that is a great sign. The location is close to so many highways.. especially in comparison to the east side! I have lived a few different places around cleveland and this area has the best highway access with I90, 77, 71, 480 very close.There is of course the stuff that comes with apartment living, occasional burnt popcorn setting off fire alarm, community spaces being filled, they do allow pups here so you may hear a bark. I never had any trouble sleeping due to noise in my apartment except for 4th of July! Sweet place for sure and would recommend to friends.

Tremont Place Lofts is a great option for apartment living close to downtown. The apartments are comfortable and well appointed. Our apartment has unique architectural features and has lots of windows and storage space. The property manager is friendly and responsive. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, stores, and bars in easy walking distance and there is a bicycle/walking trail a block away.

Ty has been so responsive and answered all of my questions! I appreciate his willingness to help find me a great place to live!

Awesome warehouse vibe at the Lofts. My interaction with the staff was responsive and friendly. Had a maintenance problem and it was handled in 24 hours.

Overall great place to live, very responsive staff, great location, great gym! Expect some noise that is within reason at an apartment complex. Walking distance to great restaurants and the Towpath! Would live here again.

Cool place, close to a restaurant strip. Despite it looking nice, still a dangerous neighborhood. As with rest of Cleveland.

This place is incredible! Not only is the location amazing, but the apartment is beautiful and a great deal for the price. Ty (leasing manager) was especially helpful. When he found out I would be starting my job in Cleveland before I could move into the apartment, he offered a 1600 square foot storage room to keep my things and a furnished apartment to stay in until my apartment became available.

We have lived at the lofts for about three years. Our experience has been great! It has the same general challenges as any apartment living does, but most of ours have been handled promptly. The staff is very friendly and responsive with the occasional communication challenges.Our place is spacious and the entire building is truly interesting with no two apartments the same. Our apartment could use some updates both esthetically and functionally such as appliances etc. Currently they are updating a lot in the common areas which is great to see! We love the courtyard space as well.Love living in Tremont, being in walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and Cleveland’s first membership based salon Urbane Society! We can easily bike downtown and to edgewater with the updated bike paths!Highly recommend the lofts!

Loved my time here- my husband and I lived here for two years and have no complaints. Whenever we had a problem or issue, which only happened once or twice, they were reachable and fixed it in a timely manner. There was even a time when we got locked out and called Myron (the maintenance guy) and he drove on a Saturday morning to give us a spare copy of our keys. We are actually relocating back to Cleveland and plan to rent a loft again. Ty is quick with his responses via email and hes always so nice and pleasant when you see him! Its also in a walkable neighborhood steps away from some of the best restaurants in the city!

Great renovation of an industrial building! They have modern high-end finishing within each apartment, all while keeping some of the great old touches (i.e. exposed brick & duct work). Management is friendly & efficient, & the location is unbeatable - very close to a ton of great restaurants & bars!

DO NOT live here! Yea the place is nice and the staff seems nice as well however it is not. Ty will tell you things that are not true. He and the rest of the staff is completely incompetent. They are trying to sue a ton of old residents currently for leaving early even though it isnt true. My car was stolen from the lot TWICE! My boyfriends was broken into. They dont fix things when requested. Please do yourself a favor and save your sanity and dont live her.

The experience I had with the staff over the phone was pleasant. The leasing agent made me feel welcomed to the area. Based on what I saw from going to the office, pricing and floor plans I could see making a decent living there. I would recommend anyone to this property since the area is nice and in a convenient location.

Weve lived here now for over 1.5 and love this place. The units are unique, the pricing is fair for the area, size of the units, and security, and the staff is nothing but pleasant, welcoming, and cool. The residents vary in age and background so it clearly appeases a lot of people. I can count on one hand the amount of times that its been too loud in almost two years. The building was just updated and looks great. The few maintenance issues that weve had come up have always been solved with a quick turnaround. I cant recommend this community enough!

I stayed there for years and it is totally Cleveland: great location, great people, cavernously large apartments, each one different than the next. It is totally Cleveland in that parts of it are old and non-standard, which leads to snafus, but that is how Cleveland rolls. I highly recommends it.

I stayed at a friends apartment here for a few weeks. The building itself is very unique. Theres a lot of history behind it, and its really fun to explore. BUT that doesnt mean its a great place to live. Before I start, I must say, Im not really a city person, so that may contribute to my dislike. But here we go.The insulation or heater must be below par because it was always freezing cold, even with the thermostat set at a decent temp. My friend also had issues where she was being charged way too much for the heat she was using.Half the time, the garbage chute was jammed full. Additionally, I dont think they had recycling. The entrance to my friendfriends apartment was back in this tiny little passageway. You could barely get thru it with any type of bags - and it was completely dark.My friend has told me multiple times that when there are large rainstorms, they will get leaks. Additionally, you can easily hear people stomping around upstairs.In conclusion, I the price for the place is way too high for what you get...but people love the location.

If you have an emergency, the response time is over 1 hour. I work out of hours and have occasionally been locked out of my apartment due to malfunctioning locks. Its taken about 2 hours for help to arrive. Plus they never really fix anything, just apply a bandaid and youre just waiting for the next malfunction. Windows dont open in the apartment so I dont have fresh air ventilation unless I leave my front door open. Its freezing in the winter so your heating costs go through the roof. Theres no recycling, you have to walk far to get to garbage suite. The roof leaks, snow comes through underneath the front door. The pleasant staff, great location is all this place has going but it isnt worth the price. I would not pick this place again, will be moving out soon.

While the apartments are beautiful management is terrible. Court yard is dirty beer bottles hidden I every corner trash suffer all over. Broken doors in public areas residents leaving piles of cigar butts in public walk ways and blocking off public walk ways with plywood to make a private balcony. Also the management places reviews arguing with residents. The only 5 star is from the management. This place would be so nice if management would do something about it.
