We found a coupon for A/C clean and check in a coupon book and decided to call the company after seeing positive reviews. We just moved into a house so it was important to get the unit checked out. The receptionist called to reschedule twice. Not the receptionist fault. First time is understandable but again? Tiger Air lost a potential customer. All businesses that do that, push customers who have little jobs to be done, are pretty unreliable and unprofessional...every customer is important. Thanks for letting me know you guys can’t be trusted.

I called two weeks ago to have someone come and give me an estimate. We set up an appointment and then someone from the office called to reschedule for the following week. I waited around all day for them to come before I finally decided to call. I called and they said that I was the one that cancelled!! Not true, I said, “you guys called me to reschedule and now I’ve waisted my whole day.” I was finally able to get another appointment. The guy (Steve)came out and said he was going to call me the next day to go over financing/payment options and he never did. I called and was told that Steve would get back to me in one day. It’s been a week and have yet to hear a thing from him. I’m taking my money elsewhere!

Great experience with Tiger Air. Technician Steve arrived within 90 minutes of my original call to schedule an appointment and provided great customer service. Steve efficiently diagnosed my issue and provided me with a variety of options to fix the issue and ultimately scheduled my furnace replacement for the next morning! The efficiency and service provided is amazing!

I am very happy with the workers as they took the time ton explain everything to me on how best to use my new system. The workers left everything clean and were very friendly. I just recommended them to my next door neighbor.

Our air conditioner is in located under our deck and is hard to access. The technician took half the day to come out, then absolutely refused to work on the unit, wouldnt even bend over to look at it. Told us he wouldnt touch it without ripping out our deck first. I asked if he could stick around while I called our insurance for advice and he stood there asking how long is this going to take? We had another company come and it was fixed in under an hour. Extremely unhelpful, unmotivated, and rude.

I had issues with getting decent air conditioning installed until I called tiger air and they were great and it didn’t take near as long as the other guys.

Tiger air has the best heating air and plumbing services use them for all.courtesy, clean and very respectable technicians that go above and beyond their duties would recommend them to everyone.
